We stayed in SKOL609 for one week. The (duplex) apartment is located very centrally along the beach of Marbella. Perfect place for 2 people. The apartment itself is a little bit outdated, but the teras and the view are compensating all.

We had a lovely holiday - the accommodation was perfect for us - pools were fab - and no early 7am queuing for sun beds. Staff are all really helpful and location can’t get any better. Would definitely book again.

Great apartment exactly as described. Nice touch that beach towels were provided and process was easy. Overall very happy, had a fantastic holiday and would use again.

Stayed at apartment Calle Nuestra Señora de Gracia for a week and loved the location. Near a lot of restaurants, shops and only a short walk to the beach. Was very spacious for 2 people and also had a decent size pool on the roof which was never too crowded. The staff at Marbella Skol were also lovely and friendly. Rafa had waited in the area for us to arrive after us getting stuck in some traffic from the airport to hand over the keys, and also allowed us to keep our cases at the office on our last day since our flight wasn't until later on the night. Unfortunately didn't get the ladies name who had also spoken with us too but would definitely recommend staying here or at any of their apartments 😊

A fabulous view although could be noisy with people late at night and machines working on the beach at 7am. The apartment is well equipped and the main bedroom was fantastic with a massive bed. Lots of towels and everything you would need. The pools were excellent with lots of company for our children with other families. Cafe/ Bar on site is amazing too

We had an amazing stay, apartment had everything you needed, very clean and spacious and in a great location. Only thing I would say only 1 mirror in the bathroom was a bit of a squash when 3 girls trying to share it 😀 but that was only minor. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment in perfect location for all you want to do in Marbella. thoughtful additions like providing beach towels, water in fridge on arrival made us feel welcome. The balcony is perfect with comfy seating for reading and dozing! Will be back

Great location, could not be better positioned. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool facilities are excellent. Special mention for the ladies in the Garden Cafe - such lovely people. The food is great too! The accommodation was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed!

The apartment was very well equipped Everything you needed Check in and check out was easy. Although apartment was right beside Orange Square it was very quiet for good nights sleep. Some things needed fixing or updating but nothing major. No English TV channels but again not big deal We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back

Location on the promenade was perfect. Many cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Le Jardin cafe was unexpectedly excellent.

We stayed in skol 715 for a long weekend, which was a wonderful apartment, with amazing views. Clean, comfortable, secure, spacious, well equipped kitchen and fabulous wrap around balcony, which gets the sun all day long. Perfect location for sightseeing and within walking distance of everything Marbella has to offer. Would definitely recommend and return again!

The apartment was very clean with a lovely balcony and in a superb location, close to all amenities. However, we were awoken very early on our first 2 mornings with the noise of very loud industrial cleaning machinery. On the 2nd morning it was on our floor and right outside the door. They knocked on our door and tried to gain access which we refused. We should not have been accommodated there whilst this cleaning was in progress. It was very messy and we had to watch our clothes and shoes so they were not ruined by the mess. I addressed this with the company who did not acknowledge or address it

Great apartment with a brilliant view. 2 bed, 2 bathroom with huge balcony which was great (great power shower). Good wifi and air con. Best location in Marbella with everything on your doorstep including private gate onto the paseo. Company were great to deal with too.

Bright, clean, pleasant accommodation although not 'Wonderful' as advertised. Some accessories low budget or dated, many plates and glasses mismatched and was dissappointed only to have 3 full size mugs for hot drinks when booked for four guests. Towels were years old and crusty, the iron has seen better days, the air con box on the balcony needs a lick of paint/camouflage and bedroom doors and surrounding wood work needs attention if wants to earn the title of 'Wonderful' as advertised. It is a lovely apartment, in a great spot but would class it as 'very nice' or 'pleasant ' rather than 'Wonderful'. I feel really picky, there was nothing major and the apartment was bright and clean and beds were comfortable, overall we did have a really lovely weekend stay xx

The 1 bedroom apartment was a home from home, that included some lovely plants for the 1 week we stayed there. Very comfortable apartment with sea views which was lovely with our breakfast on the balcony in the morning. 1 minute walk to the beach but we preferred to stay by the pool. Would stay again.

I booked the studio for my boyfriend birthday and it was the best choice ever , the studio was cleaned 👌 but the best part was the view ! Sooooo beautiful, every morning to wake up on the 8th floor and see the sunrise or to go in the bed with sunset 🌇 view . I'll definitely be back soon. I love Marbella ❤🙏

Stayed 5 nights at Skol 206 and enjoyed every day. Well equiped, clean place with a nice balcony and great seaview. Staff was friendly, very supportive and good to communicate with. W'll be back.

The location is perfect and pool is very nice as well I did like the apartment, but the beds were of poor quality. Which to me is one of the most important things in an apartment. I needed a back massage after a few days because of the bad matrass and poor bed steas The organisation and staff is very good and friendly. Clear and fast communication

Excellent location, clean property, good communication

We stayed in apartment 242 which is a nice apartment, not luxury but pretty modern and very clean. The bathroom has been nicely renovated although the kitchen is a bit dated and the appliances are old. The balcony is spacious enough but the view is only ok. There is a partial see view but it's mostly the next building over. The bedroom is fine but there's no double bed and the ones that are there are not that comfortable. If your a couple then you have to push the beds together which is common enough in this type of accommodation. The issue is that the mattresses are different heights so there's a step of about 2 inches when you push them together which is kind of annoying. The location is excellent, very central and directly across from the beach. There are also 3 pools which are very good and great for kids. Altogether, we had a good time there for 2 weeks and it suited us fine. Addendum in response to Marbella Skol: This review was not meant as a complaint, I would have complained directly if I had a major issue. It is only intended to give others an overview of what to expect. I believe it is a fair reflection and does not contain any inaccurate statements.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Fantastic views of the sea and the park and local to many shops, restaurants and bars. There are 2 pools and a children’s pool set in a beautiful garden area on the seafront. Check in/out was very easy. I would highly recommend.

The apartment (131) was absolutely lovely, it had everything that we needed for our stay. Easy to find and situated just beside the seafront (and only one floor up), it was the perfect location for our trip. Very clean inside and has a beautiful balcony with side view of the water. Comfortable beds and lovely shower too. Light and airy inside. Kitchen with various dishes and utensils and host left us some water and juice which was very handy! Easy to get a lounger at the pool (€2 per day). Staff on reception at all times and has a bar serving food beside the pools (there are 2). Taxi rank situated just up from the complex. Our only complaint is that we weren’t there long enough. We plan to return to this apartment again - it was wonderful. Hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. 5/5, A+++ we highly recommend staying here, it’s a hidden treasure in beautiful Marbella. Thank you!

Apartment 508 in Skol block A facing west. Very nice apartment,clean, comfortable with all appliances Inc 55”Smart TV with all English channels. Only problem we had was lose fitting strip lighting under kitchen cupboards. Trying to switch on and the bulb fell into my hand !! Other than that I would definitely use again. Terry.

SKOL has prime beach front location offering you easy ability to go from beach to pool. On-site cafe is excellent. Our room had great view from patio where we spent most of our time while in the unit. Unit was clean, kitchen well equipped. It was a bit dated, which was clear from pictures, however clean and had all we needed for our stay. We would go back.

Despite the apartment being a little tired, it was safe with very secure door lock and the sea view was stunning. Overall, all of our needs were met. Having stayed twice before in recent years in Marbella Skol apartments, we did notice this time that there was no welcome bottle of wine, chips and olive oil like there had been on previous occasions when we stayed there! 🤔

Our apartment (SK440) was very clean and tidy and the supply of hand wash, shower gel and toilet rolls was excellent. The amount of storage available was surprising. Unfortunately we seemed unable to operate the blinds and experienced problems flushing the toilet. The view from the balcony out to sea was very pleasant. We would be more than happy to use again.

From the start and throughout our stay, the communication with Marbella Skol was excellent The location of the apartment was in Block B, 6th floor, with a magnificent view. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were first class. There is a washing machine in the apartment but better still there is a laundry just across the street! The location of the Skol is excellent with many first class restaurants within walking distance We will be back!
