Store is clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunately the burgers taste and look like trash and the fries were way too salty. Shakes were okay though. Don't understand how they can put these price tags.

literally made the best burger i've had in a while. perfectly made, from this location specifically. my order was correct, excellent customer service, super chill vibe, everyone in great spirits and as efficient as could be. I love a simple perfect burger. They absolutely executed my order. Don't even get me started on the fries, chefs kiss 😙🤌 i'll be coming back here regardless of where i'm at. I like coming to this store when I’m in Inglewood because it’s near Jamba Juice and I can get my Jamba Juice (Peanut Butter Moo’d without chocolate) and little cheese hamburger at the same time. Every time I come here the staff is friendly and the store is clean!! I never feel ignored like I have visiting other five guys locations.

I've been in the five guys restaurant where you see they have won numerous awards. I don't see how. I received my order through door dash. I only live 5 minutes away. My food was cold and they had the worst fries ever, too soft or over cooked. Bun on the burger is to soft to stand up to all the toppings, and just not tasty at all. I give a place 3 chances and five guys had just struck out.

Not only the quality of the food is awful but the quantity is very disappointing. I’ve tasted Mcdonalds food is better then this over priced food. The menu and customer service was very upsetting. My husband and I walked in for the first time we weren’t greeted we informed the cashier we were first timers she treated us like children?!!!!My husband wasn’t pleased and the (chef) sort of say was rude cursing and being unprofessional in the workplace while in uniform I was absolutely discussed and displeased I will certainly not refer anyone to be going to this awful restaurant !!!!

I would not recommend this place. I spent $45 on 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Being that expensive you would think the food would be great. The burgers were good but the fries seemed old and nasty. Each order of fries costed almost $10. It was a generous portion but they didn't taste good enough to eat.

It's OK. Tastes similar to Fat Burgers (burgers only) Fries are great and so are the shakes. The price is the issue. This isn't some fancy gourmet burger from a restaurant. This is a fast food joint burger costing 10-12 for the basic cheese burger. But taste like Fat Burger? Nah gtfoh with that. I can go to In and Out and get a whole meal for that price. In fact pay a couple of more bucks and there goes my combo from Fat Burger. If you guys are going to do al la cart style fast food dining, then you gotta taste better than your competition.... which you don't.

OMG! The bathroom smelled so rotten. It’s like the pipes need fixing. I literally coughed wanted to throw up on the way out of the bathroom. Both “all gender” and “women” bathroom smelled rotten. Heck no! 👎

Update: apparently they don't take large orders through the app placed order twice and they declined both times. Called credit card company and they said it wasn't them it was on 5 guys side. Rather upsetting being that my son wanted 5 guys for graduation. Food is consistent. Never been disappointed. The ability to order on their app and pick it up in store is a plus because it cuts down your wait time.

Fresh burgers, great fries. If you don't specifically say "single patty", it's a double. That's my only issue.

Unfortunately this location has gone down in quality. The staff was very nice, but that doesn’t offset the fact that my last two sets of orders were incorrect. (How do you miss putting bacon on little bacon burgers?) The prices are too high for orders to be wrong. And how are the floors that sticky?! Disappointed and dissatisfied.

This location is horrible. The drinks Machine don't work. The drink they give you is tasteless. The burger height was half of what I used to because they squeeze it. In general five guys charge premium and should offer better experience.

Food was made as expected. My only complaint, I asked for "lite" mushrooms and it seemed like it was more like extra mushrooms because every bite had a mushroom. Customer service was just ok. I would come back for sure because I love the burgers at Five Guys.

The wait at this location can sometimes be ridiculously long. As a customer and food delivery driver there have been times where I wait 30+ for an order. The employees don’t seem to have it together and sometimes there’s only 2 or 3 people working to make and take orders. This five guys location is very popular because there aren’t many five guys in this area. Every time I have came here I have tried to keep my hopes up that my order or orders will come out in a timely matter but that has never happened. I hope in the future, this location gets better.

Just FYI this isn’t McDonald’s the food is made fresh when you order. Good burgers and fries I like it
