    This was my second visit here (3-19-20)and every time I place an order and don’t see them make it, it’s skimpy premium entrees. The first time it was a second order made by a different associate and this time it was a pick up order. I pay extra for “premium” entrees so I should get full servings like I would with the regular entrees. Also my rice was crunchy, I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know if this was because there were less orders with sheltering in place and the rice was sitting for a while but it was unacceptable and inedible. I had the bigger plate with two sides of the shrimp.

    DONT TREAT NO ONE LIKE ANIMAL... RESPECT FOR THE EMPLOYEES.. AS A MANAGER YOUR DISCUSTING....... THE MANAGER HER NAME IS ALEXANDRA, I ASKED ,FOR A MANAGER SHE IS AWFUL. I DONT THINK SHE SHOULD WORK THERE. YOU DONT MAKE NO ONE GET ON THERE KNEES AND SCRUB THE BATHROOM. NOT EVEN THE JANITOR DO THAT. SO WHO GAVE HER THE RIGHTS TO MAKE YOUR TEAMS.     I came here with my family to pick up some food 1 hour and 15 minutes before they close, which is within hours of operation and the Latin male cook over the counter refused to cook chow mein because “he didn’t feel like it.” This franchise turned down 15 plus customers because of the unprofessionalism and attitude this cook. I consider this to be a lazy was of conducting business.

    I made an online order through Panda Express website. One store employee asked us (there was a woman in front of me) to put down our names on the white board. We were hesistant since we did not want to touch the pen. We also were not sure why we needed to do that since the orders were ready on the shelf to pick up. We could just say our names! Anyway, we still wrote our names, and got our food. I ordered two bowls: 1) chow mein with green beans and chicken breast, 2) fried rice and broccoli and beef. I did not have higher expectation, but rice was undercooked! Other items were okay.

    Panda Express at closing time. Employees gave me excellent service even offered to cook fresh food for a small wait!!! IMPRESSED beyond words!!! Way to go Panda!!!

    Good place to come for food when you are hungry. They give you good portions for the food, and for a reasonable price. The orange chicken is always so juicy- and it feels good biting Into a piece. The compow chicken looks mouth watering, Juicy and fresh. 😋! The only bad complaint is that the chow mein is only cabbage and celery: barely any noodles. So i would recommend to have more noodles in there. The grilled teriyaki chicken is so, so good!! 🤤 especially the teriyaki sauce, it adds so much to it. The ingredients look fresh and clean, and they cook the veggies in the wok. But the employees are nice and kind and have no problem with doing corrections to your order, which is so nice. also, The place is always filled up and always full of people. The place is always cleaned, and the kind workers make your day. Overall, such a good food chain! It will always be my favorite when I want some good juicy food.

    If I could rate it lower I would the manger is very rude, and I witnessed how she treated the staff and it was horrible and I wouldn’t want to work there as long as she was the manager. Everytime I come here she’s always treating the staff so horrible. Also the portions are very small. …….. she needs to be fired or go to therapy her names Elizabeth I’m pretty sure

    I had the worst Panda experience of my life here yesterday. They emptied my honey walnut shrimp out to count each shrimp while there was a line out the door! The manager stands there doing nothing. I've never been jew'd so hard in my life (and I'm an actual Jew) 🤣🤣🤣 Then while we are paying they finally pulled the rice out which had been empty for 20 mins. I nicely said "would I be able to get a lil rice on the side, it wasn't available when I was ordering." Mind you this is 10 minutes after she made out food and we still hadn't paid yet. Instead of just boxing up a small box of rice she went to count our my shrimp and waste more food packing material while there was a line out the door! That rice wasn't even $1 🤣🤣 Then we got shorted a spring roll. The employees are rude and miserable and I'm not blaming them. It's the managers fault. How they act trickles down.

    Clean by service and the server. Brian did a great job 1-30-2024 9:20 p.m. I highly recommend this area. This location is one of the best so far!!! 💚💯 As well as the other staff did an awesome job. Everyone did a great job. Worked well as a team. Very humble and made me feel welcome to get that restaurant. Food was hot and fresh five stars.

    Waited 30 minutes to get my food when only 10 ppl were in front of me. The first ten minutes the line didn’t even move because the workers were just eating their boogers while one of them was packing. Then i order my plate, teriyaki chicken, i get 3 fillets for 2 entrees and the dude behind me got 2 for 1 entree… garbage service

    Excellent service and great food. This is my favorite Panda Express location in all of the Bay Area. Not because it's close to home, but it's because of the food and service I recieved it's impeccable. Long lines but worth the wait. Highly recommend!

    The young mix dude that be cooling that rice he can cook usually the rice is hard be every since he has been cooking the food is on point I e been coming everyday to take food from here to work I had to ask and employee what his name was and his name is Ellis panda needs to keep him I give 5⭐️

    Horrible slow service. Nothing was ready and after waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, I finally walked out when the person putting plates together started with the people behind me and was starting to make her way down the line. They need to hire competent workers to keep customers satisfied.

    Every time I go there they always forget one iteam on my plate or my family members plates. You pay for a side and don’t even get it on your plate just because they forget. ridiculous.

    Tasty food, always good. The only downside is that this location is usually pretty busy around dinner time, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get food. I love the orange chicken and the honey walnut prawns.

    Depending on what you get, some food tastes bland like the rice. The orange chicken is really good. The food doesn't fill me up. Certain items are good. Employees are nice, and this location gets really busy.

    It was 950 pm and they said kitchen is closed refused to cook more food . They are ridiculous when it clearly states you close at 1030pm . A lot a customers turned away because you have 2 lazy cooks ! Restaurant loses customers by this service you guys are the worst Panda Express I have ever been to and your employees are all rude. I am a manager in retail for 10+ years this is ridiculous!

    11/ 16 940pm I am here now to pick up my mobile order placed today at 1122am and pick up for 930pm surprisingly they were not able to prepare the party tray that I ordered 9 hours ago.Everyone were surprise to see the order online . I ordered it early coz last month it happened the same thing.And I am going to work i guess i will be running late they're still cooking it.No apologies from the staff,Payton the cashier seems sincere at least he whispered I'm sorry while handing the cup for free drink . Everyone else Pretended it didn't happened i guess the free drink is their way of apologies.But nope this will be the last time.I am seeing the manager and she knew they messed up no courtesy from her.I have to ask for the manager and advised them to track also the mobile order this is the second time it happened.Apologies were accepted after I talked to the manager.Hope service will improve.
