One of the worst experiences of my life. I called a week ahead to book mine and my moms and my 2 other sisters appointments (mani and pedi). They told me 10AM for this specific location. We arrived at 10, and it was closed. We thought they were running late so we waited. After 30mins we realized they were not coming. We had an appointment at 10. They never opened. We called at 11 and they answered (i called this specific location). They told me that they booked us at a different location and that is why they were not opened at 10. They never informed us that there was another location at the time we booked so how could we have known to go somewhere else? They even called the day before to confirm our appointments at this location. Extremely disappointed. And we will never book her again.

My husband and I moved to Cabo in 2021 so I’ve been coming to Zazil for two years. I find it to be very clean and professional. The techs are lovely young ladies with good skills. Their knowledge of English is (at least) better than my Spanish, but we always manage! Today I enjoyed my gel pedi with Betty, and an acrylic fill by Griselda. Buen trabajó! The salon/spa is conveniently located in Pioneer Plaza. Whether you are a local and have nails done frequently, or are visiting in beautiful Los Cabos, this is the most pleasant and consistent place I’ve found. I’ve explored, but I always come back to Zazil! My only suggestion would be to freshen up the gel colors collection with some new choices. Prices are very reasonable, and these girls work hard to please you. There is never any pressure to tip, but they are appreciate your “propinas” (tips). So be nice!! 👯‍♀️💅

Fantastic experience!! I came in as a walk in and originally just wanted a pedicure, but Griselda did such a wonderful job I asked to stay for a facial and massage. Both of which were great!! The staff was extremely kinds and even though I didn't speak Spanish, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during each of my treatments. The price was incredibly reasonable and I will absolutely come back the next time I'm here!

My wife Julie and I had the best Manicure/Pedicure today for only $27 US dollars and the women who worked at Zazil were all very professional and expert beauticians. The location, atmosphere and quality of service was exceptional. They even have free parking in front of the building and it is right in Cabo San Lucas so it was easy to find. We would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a good manicure/pedicure, and they speak english and we were very happy with their great work!

Very clean salon and the staff is so kind. Some staff even speak a little English which is nice. Prices are very reasonable as well and you can get a punch card too buy 10 get 1 free 😉
