Since 2001 built, this used to be a very nice and clean entertainment center, but currently 2022...it's far from what it was.. dirty bathrooms, never, ever since built completely full of stores to shopping..so sad because it's a great location on the marina and the heart of Cabo San Lucas!!

Nicest shopping mall in town. Cleanest, most well taken care of. Luxury designer stores and plenty of basic retail essential shops all around this property. There are plenty of empty spaces, hopefully it fills up soon. Also fast food options found here as well as a nice sushi restaurant, looks a lil classy but not expensive, with view of the marina. Ruths Chris is also here, for some 5 star dining. More food options would be great but this place does not lack much... it could be a lot better if it was Packed full of more business though.

Great place to park your car, reasonable priced (1 hr equaled $1 USD), and you can either enter or exit the attached shopping mall. The garge exit has a cashier that will take cash (not sure about credit card). The only drawback I could see is the garage has dim lighting, and can seem dark. Decent mall right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. It's connected to the marina and has multiple entrances. Has regular stores, as well as upscale, luxury stores. Parking is iffy, so get an uber/taxi or walk if your hotel is in the marina.

The mall itself is under renovation. Entering the mall is quiet dark and looks not much lighting. Mostly locals come to visit and shop and eat at the fast food. Few shops and boutiques are available though.

I've never reviewed a parking garage before but if you need to park somewhere in downtown Cabo, this is the place to go. It's incredibly cheap and very safe. The shopping mall is nice enough with a few local and international brands; however the parking lot is an absolute disaster! There are't enough parking spaces for the numbers of cars as they jave shut down a few parking floors to build appartments, the payment machines do not accept credit card and only accept old Mexican pesos and there is very few machines on select locations which means there are eternal queues to enter/exit the parking lot and to pay. On top of that the ventilation in the parking lot is non-existing which makes the air inside the parking house extremely polluted!!! It's a shame these things are not fixed by the mall's management.

The mall is in Cabos San Lucas and has a blend of summerwear swim , lighting ,Art, footwear shops . One end of the mall is for the average shopper and the other side is called Luxury Avenue where u will find designer high end shops guarded by armed guards . This is an aspect of Mexico that felt strange for sure but you get used to it .

I don't know about the shopping mall. We stayed on the beach after being dropped off by water taxi. There is a great restaurant/bar here called The Hungry Shark where you can get good food and drinks right on the beach. And the ocean water here is beautifully clear with only the tiniest waves.

We were here at the Hungry Shark resturante and Cantina for the best nachos ever. The beach great. Water was calm and anything you might want to buy was passing by only a few feet away. Even a foot massage right outside the resturante area. I love shopping that way, letting stuff come to me.

The mall is well maintained with some shops geared towards tourists (like a pharmacy store.) There is one section which was separated by a sliding glass door where the luxury boutiques were at. I guess it was a nice touch to keep the noise level to a minimum. One store which I felt had poor service was the Mont Blanc store. There was one lady standing at the register and on the computer. She never made eye contact or acknowledged our presence. Too bad because I would have purchased a pen or two but not with service like that. The Ferragamo boutique was a perfect 5 star. The lady offered me water and told me to ask her for help if I needed any. Friendly from start to finish.
