Walked in off the street bc we heard music. Great food. Live music. Good atmosphere. Better than any hotel/resort meal.

SO glad we tried Osteria as we love their adjacent Lateral for casual tacos. Osteria has delicious food - the appetizer of sashimi over tempura shrimp is a showstopper of flavour! - a gorgeous ambiance, great service and had the most wonderful Friday night music that hit just the right tone. Can't wait to return!

Phenomenal music and stellar pizza! I was a bit skeptical about getting pizza in Mexico, but La Osteria changed my mind. We came in on a Saturday night and expected to just grab a quick bite to eat, but wound up staying all night because of Black Velvet, an incredible classic rock cover band playing banger after banger. The outdoor space is the perfect place to sip on Mezcal, listen to a great band, and share a pizza. By the end of the night, everyone(including the servers, cooks, and staff) was up dancing with each other. Immaculate vibes all around and an absolute highlight on my honeymoon.

Our appetizer - bacon wrapped figs with gorgonzola was delicious. Unfortunately the pizzas fell short for my personal preference -- the dough is very dense. Maybe someone over kneaded it? The toppings are yummy though. Service is friendly and politely clear dishes as you are done.

Love this place. On Wednesdays they have great live music starting at 7ish. Best we have heard in Mexico. They have a salad and pizza special for 400 pesos. You get a large fresh garden salad, a pizza and two drinks (beer or wine). BEST DEAL IN MEXICO. when we are in san jose this is our Wednesday dinner every week. Pizza is very good. Crust is unique and delicious and toppings are spot on. Very good mezcal selection for reasonable prices. Never disappoints.

We come to San Jose often amd eat at La Osteria every time. The fod is very good, the atmosphere is fun, yet elegant, and the live music nights are always great. We highly recommend this place!

Decent food and they had some nice live music while I was there. The pizza is made in a great oven, though the dough had no crisp on the bottom and could have been made better. Prices are high for Mexico standards, though are ok for USA tourists. Would return for the atmosphere, though it’s not the best food in Cabo.

Very attentive staff. They have a cute shop where you can pick up dinnerware, glassware, jewelry, Etc. Dinner was very good. We had tuna tartare, the Mediterranean fish, the burrata, the octopus tostada, and the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I believe it was a brownie not chocolate cake. The food was pretty solid. We would definitely go back.

This restaurant has it all. The food was excellent (calamari/shrimp appetizer, broccoli appetizer, and pizza). Also they usually hace great bands playing decent music

We had their wood fired pizza and it was very good. Staff was friendly and courteous and price was reasonable. We were pleased with our experience.

Holy wow!!!!! A gem to behold!!! The pizza was phenomenal, live music was absolutely astoundingly good, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and felt like we were at a friend's bar listening to a band just jam. We came as a group of 6 and they had absolutely no problem seating and serving us. We are thoroughly impressed and hope to be back again!!!!

Great atmosphere, pizza special on Wednesdays with a live band. Pizza could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes, otherwise it was good.

Food and music are great. Service is beyond horrible. I get it, they were busy, but 45 minutes to get a drink. Waiter would go MIA. First time in my life I did not leave a tip for the waiter. I tipped the kitchen staff directly.
