I am SO HAPPY that I found this hospital! Dr. Hernandez helped save my Doberman, Ronan's life last year, and today she is helping me to spay and neuter the feral cats in our neighborhood. She is VERY compassionate and she speaks English. LOVE this Hospital. Thanks for everything you do! ❤️

Very unwelcoming feeling when you walk in the doors!! They treated me and made me feel like I was not suppose to be there or like I was lost even though I was paying and bringing my puppy there!! Not friendly at all!! I had an appointment for her surgery at 10am, me and my daughter showed up on time… they asked me and my daughter what we were there for and I explained my puppy was scheduled for surgery and she did not offer us a seat but kicked me and my 6 yr old daughter out!! I was scheduled to be there another time between 12-1 pm to pick up paper work and they intentionally waited 5 minutes prior to call me and told me not to show up after I had already drove there and was sitting in their parking lot. I go in the office to grab the paper work and they all looked at me with disgusting looks and asked why I was there as if I was not there to pick up paper work!! I would not recommend this place to any one… they did not make a correction… instead my puppy is walking around with a open wounded tail where her stitches were not done properly!!! Their very unprofessional, very rude and not welcoming at all!!!!

Sadly, I lost my beloved Belgian Malinois, named Carlota from a botched surgery from this incompetent veterinarian!!! I scheduled Carlota to get spayed and she hemorrhaged out within hours of the surgery and died. Then the veterinarian had the audacity to want me to pay for her being cremated! Of course, in Mexico, you never get your money back from the service already paid for. I wanted to fire bomb this place!!! She just had a litter of beautiful puppies, six months prior and she was on point to get spayed. I’ve had 30 dogs in my life and never has any of my dogs died from such a simple procedure. They do such high volume and believe that they have amateurs doing the surgeries so beware! Not to mention, a few months earlier my girlfriends kitten went in for a procedure and died a week after, I should’ve known better!!! ☠️ DO NOT take your animals to this veterinarian!!!☠️

Do NOT go to Fierito’s Vet Clinic! We took the love of our life, a healthy 3-year old, 4-pound Yorkie named Milo to Fierito’s for a simple dental cleaning procedure. Milo was such a lover who loved everyone and was loved by all. We took Milo on May 26th at 10 am. By 1:30 pm we got a horrific call that Milo had died while he was receiving anesthesia by the vets. We NEVER knew this was a real risk and we would have never taken him if we were told that there was even a slight chance of death. We think they gave him too much anesthesia and we’re not sure if they did anything to try to bring him back. We post this as a warning that we want all pet owners to NEVER take your animals to Fierito’s Vet Clinic because they do NOT value your beloved animals’ lives. We’re heartbroken by the loss of our little one. Rest in peace my love Milo.
