A very pleasant surprise among numerous Cabos Marina dining experiences I have shared over 2 weeks of Cabo dining. We had the grilled yellow fin tuna and enjoyed several cream and tomato based sauces over pasta during 2 visits. This tiny 4 table outdoor restaurant is a gem in the making. Few tables ensures prompt service once seated. Trained servers deliver an attentive personalized level of service. Unlike many of the marina's 'zone' restaurants, there is nobody hustling you to have a seat or review the menu. The fresh homemade quality of the food sells you on this place. You can taste the love in this food. A limited wine list and a somewhat distractingly noisy neighboring business are my only negatives.

Best Italian food in Cabo hands down. Mario not only knows how to make REAL Italian food (he ships ingredients over from Italy) but his level of service and detail makes everyone feel like a VIP. I almost dont want to post this review because once word gets out, I wont be able to get a table. I lived in Italy for 2 years so I know good Italian food. Recommend the homemade pasta and mushroom cream sauce -- it's ridiculously good.

Awesome experience ! They treat you like family! Mario shares his enthusiastic palette with you! Poncho is such a gentleman and there is very little wait time on any item you’re looking for such as ground pepper over the amazing spinach ravioli I could go on and on but I’m not going to reveal more. So come find out for yourself ! No …. this is not my first visit this is not my last ….. I just know Anyone who comes here will create their very own Italian experience with a touch a Cabo!

Excellent authentic Italian food right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Our group shared a variety of dishes and were absolutely delighted by each and every one. I don’t think you can go wrong with your order at this place. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Cabo San Loco.

Great find in Cabo San Lucas! The food was delicious, authentic and prepared with fresh ingredients all the way to the fresh Parmigiano graded over your pastas. The service was excellent but yet relaxed which made the mood even better. The care and thoughtful approach to the dishes express the love for italian food. Staff is friendly and 5* when the owner Mario is leading the charge. Great Marina view. Dont miss it!

This lovely little joint caught our eye on the way back from a sunset cruise at the marina. Initially you notice the nightclub, called the nowhere bar, but tucked right next door is a true Italian spoon called, The Kitchen by Nowhere. Upon seating, we were greeted by restaurant owner, Mario, who displayed a jovial Italian pride that was infectious and made us immediately feel right at home. He recommended a white wine that was nothing short of perfection, and he kindly attended to our needs throughout the evening. The enthusiasm and passion he took in his service was something we desired apart from the gimmick and hustle of the marina. The marina views and full moon made for a romantic evening, but the food was the star of the night. We started with a Caesar salad and calamari. The Caesar was delicious, but the calamari deferred from my Italian roots with the tartar aioli. I would rather have marinara, which Mario whipped up upon request. For our main entrees, we enjoyed the sea bass and fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, and I am honestly at a loss if this was the best homemade pasta and Alfredo I have ever had in my life, which is honestly saying something. The meal was completed by a shot of limoncello and the homemade panna cotta. So delicious. We ate at several local joints but this was one of my favorites when visiting Mexico. This place may be overcast by many other lager eateries, but I definitely recommend if looking for some simply delectable and authentic Italian in Cabo! Cin Cin ❤️

This very tiny spot right next to Alexander’s is a slept on GEM! I am not a big lasagna person, but was told it was one of a kind - these opinions became MY opinion. Wow! A lasagna all of its own like Italy found Mexico. Don’t get me started on the LOBSTER fettuccine. Need I explain? Listen….I’m begging you to try. Very very homemade, fresh, honorable to TRUE Italian! Come here immediately! And please don’t forget to order a bottle of wine. Ask them to face you towards the marina. Come back here and thank me! Ask for Alfonso and Mario!

Who goes for fresh pasta in Mexico? You should. This place is tiny. Many 8 tables. They make pasta fresh and the menu is small but worth it. On the marina so you have to deal with noise, but you are in Cabo. Just have some drinks and enjoy the food Had the lobster fettuccine - I added shrimp. Was delicious The love interest had the frutti de Mari and it was great. A great glass of wine and some Limoncello at the end. Nice change of pace from the other food we had all week.

This is authentic Italian food with an excellent wine list. Superb service that made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. We loved the carpaccio and caprese salad, not to mention the homemade pasta. An absolute MUST while in Cabo!

Really amazing pasta here! Everything was super fresh. My husband got lobster with fettuccine. After tasting (stealing) too many bites of his pasta, I finally broke down and ordered a fettuccine alfredo myself. The freshness of the pasta really took us back to Rome! Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a good alternative to the boring resort food.

The staff was very pleasant, they even let us in and served an hour earlier. They serve fresh pasta, which was very descent, but lacked some seasoning to my taste. The caesar salad dressing was delicious, but the lettuce leaves were already fading. Tiramisu was fantastic. Overall, we had good dining experience.

The food and service at this place is fantastic. If you're eating at anywhere else in the marina you're really missing out. They accommodate dietary restrictions and have the most amazing fresh pasta dishes!

Excellent Italian food. The pasta and sauces are homemade. Service is professional. The owner checks on all the tables. Our steak was cooked as requested. The lasagna, fettuccini and ravioli were surprisingly good. Just go!

Lovely dinner right on the waterfront. Our server was attentive, and eager to please, and the owner was there and checked in on us several times to be sure we were happy with our meals. The guys had the catch of the day, which was sea bass, and extremely good. We girls had pesto with homemade fettuccini, also very good. The ceviche was very tasty and the calamari was lightly battered and, although not the most tender I've ever had, was still very good. We ask agreed it was a very good dining experience. Don't be fooled by the small size (only 5 tables). This place has big quality and service!

The food was AMAZING!!! So delicious and looks beautiful as well! Yes, indeed tasted as good as it looked. The staff as well were wonderful, very helpful, kind and just terrific overall. Definitely recommend this place for anyone. My first time in Cabo on my first cruise and they gave me the best food I had my entire trip :) p.s. I got the ceviche and it was extravagant, definitely a MUST!

The food is absolutely divine including presentation and flavor. The location is perfectly set on the marina for individuals to enjoy sea life and outrageous sunsets. Mario does an excellent job at making each one of his guests feel invited. The energy, the food, and the hospitality is why I continue to choose The Kitchen when I am traveling to Cabo.

We love this restaurant. Mario is fantastic and is so intent on making everyone feel at home. True Italian! The food is fantastic, and very authentic according to our Italian friends who introduced us to the spot. We go often now and take anyone who is in town visiting to surprise them with such delicious Italian food in Mexico.

The Kitchen was AMAZING! The service was fantastic, the food was impeccable. Mario has brought Italy to Cabo in the most impressive way. I haven’t had food like that since I lived in Italy! Every aspect is carefully curated, and the wine alone was enough to make it a favorite. We came back three times in the span of 4 days! Only a few outdoor tables means the food comes out quick, and your next plate is in front of you before you can even blink. Thank you for such incredible meals!!

I had high hopes for this place. The calamari was OK, yes it was overcooked! The presentation for the calamari was good. But here's where it went wrong, we ordered LASAGNA. And to say it was a disappointment is putting it mild. It was cooked ground beef, lasagna noodles and a tomato sauce reminiscent of canned tomato soup 😒. It had no flavor! No garlic, no Italian seasonings. It was so extremely bland and aside from the cheese they put on the top there is no cheese inside! No ricotta or mozzarella. NONE! The meat tasted like cooked ground beef. No other flavors or seasonings, no salt, no garlic, no pepper, it was just so bland and such a disappointment. I cannot recommend this place. On top of it the people that work there were more interested in harassing everybody that walked by. Good grief! If people want to eat there, they will. So annoying of a habit. Stop it!
