So
disappointing
to
say
the
least.
We
booked
this
hotel
trusting
that
it's
owned
by
Hyatt
properties
and
left
the
whole
family
doubting
the
entire
brand
We
booked
an
all
inclusive
for
3
families.
3
separate
rooms
and
2
of
the
rooms
were
in
the
back
of
the
hotel
behind
the
kitchen
with
access
through
some
nasty
kitchen
fumed
greasy
back
alley.
Outdated
is
an
understatement.
Our
room
was
dirty,
smelled
funny,
AC
wasn't
working,
fans
were
installed
backwards
(zero
air)
and
make
sure
no
one
flushes
the
toilet
while
you're
in
the
shower
or
you'll
get
burned.
The
food
was
horrendous.
Only
thing
edible
was
the
boiled
then
grilled
bbq
ribs
and
French
fries.
Sushi
was
hot,
Mexican
food
was
worse
than
taco
bell,
Italian
restaurant
was
trying
to
be
something
its
not
(who
wears
long
pants
in
this
humidity?),
coffee
was
watered
down
and
the
buffet
had
flies
crawling
over
all
of
the
food.
I
had
a
great
experience
at
some
of
the
All
Inclusive
hotels
in
both
NV
and
PV.
With
the
amount
of
choices
you
have
this
is
one
to
not
consider
even
if
it
were
free.
We
ended
up
paying
for
all
inclusive
and
spending
more
time
outside
the
resort
because
my
room
smelled
of
kitchen
grease,
the
food
was
disgusting
and
had
flies
sitting
on
them
and
they
rarely
had
pool
chairs
available
unless
you
came
out
and
"marked
your
spot"
at
7
am.
Some
of
the
staff
were
friendly
but
none
that
we
interacted
with
daily
and
we
made
sure
to
leave
a
heavy
tip
to
those
staff
members
when
we
left.
Note
to
management:
fire
your
"head"
chef
and
get
one
of
those
street
cart
vendors.
They
make
great
food
and
the
hygiene
standards
seem
to
be
similar.
((Response
from
management
was
as
expected))
Does
not
take
any
accountability
for
the
absolute
joke
that
is
this
resort.
If
food
standards
means
that
food
is
laying
out
on
tables
and
flies
are
left
to
sit,
lay
eggs,
and
do
whatever
else
flies
do
on
pastries,
fruit,
plates
that
guests
are
expected
to
eat
off
of.
