We
had
a
really
disappointing
day
with
this
irresponsible,
unsafe,
and
slimy
tour
company.
I
don’t
really
know
where
to
start
with
what
a
poor
experience
we
had.
We
booked
the
hidden
beaches
tour
for
€50
per
person.
On
the
day
we
were
supposed
to
go,
the
tour
got
rescheduled
to
the
next
day
due
to
bad
weather,
which
was
fine.
The
next
day
we
were
told
we
were
being
put
on
a
different
“better”
tour
and
not
to
tell
anyone
because
the
other
passengers
had
paid
€85.
We
trusted
the
person
from
the
company
who
told
us
this
information.
What
we
ended
up
experiencing
was
the
worst
boat
tour
any
of
us
has
ever
done
(I’ve
been
all
around
the
world
and
been
on
a
lot
of
boats!).
The
weather
was
still
very
bad
and
the
waves
huge.
Even
though
the
coast
guard
had
said
boats
could
go
out,
we
all
agreed
it
was
irresponsible
of
the
company
to
do
so.
We
left
on
the
tour
at
10:30am
and
didn’t
return
until
7:30pm.
Two
hours
were
spent
at
Grama
Bay
and
we
had
ten
minutes
in
one
cave,
ten
minutes
in
another
cave,
and
20
minutes
in
a
beach
along
the
way.
This
meant
we
spent
more
than
six
of
the
nine
hours
on
a
tiny
speedboat
with
no
sun
protection.
We
were
battling
large
waves
as
the
boat
slammed
down
the
whole
way.
We
were
drenched
with
water
and
gripping
on
tight
to
the
boat
the
whole
time.
Our
backs
were
aching
for
a
whole
week
afterwards.
It
was
a
truly
exhausting
day.
The
skipper
did
the
best
he
could
in
the
conditions,
but
for
many
of
the
areas
that
were
supposed
to
be
stops,
he
just
drove
in
and
immediately
drove
back
out
due
to
too
many
waves/poor
conditions.
We
felt
tired,
sore,
and
ripped
off
by
the
end.
The
company
should
not
have
gone
out
in
these
conditions.
One
passenger
vomited
for
much
of
the
very
unpleasant
journey
back
to
Vlore.
When
we
arrived
back
I
explained
what
had
happened
to
the
manager
and
asked
for
a
partial
refund
because
of
the
terrible
day
and
poor
conditions
they
should
never
have
taken
us
out
in.
And
also
because
we
were
not
put
on
the
original
tour
we
wanted.
He
tried
to
deny
our
experience
and
even
suggested
we
should
have
asked
the
boat
to
turn
around
during
the
day,
which
felt
ridiculous,
as
there
were
other
passengers
on
board,
why
would
we
stop
the
tour
for
everyone?
On
the
rough
journey
back
the
skipper
kept
asking
everyone
if
we
were
okay
and
everyone
simply
kept
gripping
the
boat
and
nodding
yes.
Then
the
manager
we
spoke
to
said
“why
did
you
say
you
were
okay?”
Our
feeling
during
the
journey
was
that
saying
“no”
would
not
have
achieved
anything,
we
were
just
trying
to
get
through
it
and
get
back
to
land.
Despite
his
initial
bad
reaction,
he
eventually
said
he
would
try
to
resolve
the
issue.
What
followed
in
the
next
days
were
a
series
of
bizarre
texts
saying
we
had
caused
problems
and
that
they
fired
the
skipper
(we
always
said
we
had
no
problems
with
the
skipper,
so
this
was
a
weird
response,
even
though
we
don’t
believe
they
actually
fired
him).
In
the
texts
he
also
mentioned
he
was
able
to
verify
our
complaint
by
reviewing
the
GPS
on
the
boat
and
talking
to
the
other
passengers.
However,
he
has
continued
to
be
unresponsive
since
then,
always
saying
he’ll
get
back
to
us
and
then
never
doing
so.
This
man
is
extremely
slimy
and
I’d
recommend
going
with
another
company
that
cares
more
about
passenger
safety
and
comfort.
