Very good hostel, i had a bed in a 6dorms bedroom and my nights where good, the curtains on the bed give you enough privacy. But the room is vey small and if you are with 3 together in the space its full. Tis is because of the boxes where you put your stuff in that roll from under te bed and block the ground from standing on it. For the breakfast you pay extra but its the same price as cafe's and bistros around the hostel. They have a nice kitchen that works perfect. Nice rooftop terasse and they have rainshower (very cool). Everything is cleaned daily (and they clean it very well.) They speak french and english. It is accesible with a wheelchair and they have an elevator (but people without a wheelchair cant use it). its all very new and they did there best. The laundry room that they promote wasnt there yet and the toilets on the groundfloor was only 1 for men (wheelchair accesible) and 1 for women (also wheelchair accesible).

Lovely friendly hostel in a good location and new facilities. I really enjoyed my stay here, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, the owners and staff were friendly, the games and lounge areas were well thought out. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was environmentally friendly. But, the cherry on the top was the lovely rooftop terrace space! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Rouen, or Normandy then I'd highly suggest basing yourself here!

This was a pleasant hostel. It was clean, had good cooking facilities, and was walking distance to the sights we wanted to visit. We booked a private room with en-suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay would have been improved if the room had a floor or ceiling fan, since there is no A/C. Main street facing rooms have dark roller blinds but they can’t keep out the hot summer sun. Our room was unpleasantly hot until 9 pm or later. The windows swing in and can’t be open if the blinds are down. The road outside is noisy and busy into the evening, with floor to ceiling windows there is no privacy with the blinds up.

Amazing hostel! Staff are amongst the friendliest people you'll meet, ultra clean and quiet. The place is spotless, rooms and washrooms are great. Location is perfect, a short walk from the train station, and a very close walk to the town centre, churches, and museums. You couldn't ask for a better place.

Amazing! The decor was lovely, really clean, a rooftop bar, friendly staff there to help at every point, guest kitchen to cook in, nice location, right in the centre, 3/4 minutes to the supermarket. I would recommend.

This place was the worst experience that I ever had. I remember that the lady in the office took my passport and tell me that give me it back in the morning without giving me a good explanation about this procedure. I was exhausted and this hostel was the unique place available at Rouen with a good price, so I was in a bad situation to refuse this. So, in the morning in my check-out, I gently took the covers off of my bed and give it to the same lady, and it was missing one of the covers and then she asked me if it wasn't in my luggage. This was the first possibility in her mind! More once I gently back to my room and took the cover missing and give it to her. Besides this, there is no fresh air inside of the corridors and the rooms are quite hot.

We came last week (august 29-September 1st 2019) with a group of 24 University Basketball players. The owners took care of us very very well, they were very friendly, the check in was very smooth, breakfast was very good and the serving was great with always a great smile and a good morning, the place is super clean and secure! Highly recommend if you are coming to Rouen and looking for place for groups or couple. great location too walking distance from everything and bus stop is right outside! MERCI!!! from LAURIER BASKETBALL!

So I only stayed 2 nights and I really liked it, my room was shared by several people and it was very nice to be able to chat with them. The cleanliness is nothing to say, as for the people at reception and the owners, they are really nice and can help you if you are like me completely discovering the city. In addition, it is quite well located and affordable in terms of price, I recommend it to everyone.
