Room as expected. Secure parking (additional charge). 10-15 min walk into centre along safe streets. Staff speak English, very informative, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast included something for everyone's taste.

Lovely hotel. Friendly welcoming team that gave us a map of the area and explained where to find points of interest around the city of Rouen. Rooms clean and comfortable. Very good facilities. There is a bar but no restaurant, but hotel is sited next door by link corridor to Mercure hotel, which does have another bar and a restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good. Fruit juices, hot drink selection, bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, meat selection, butter, cheeses. Continental buffet breakfast was lovely. Check in was very easy online and when we arrived. Lift available to all floors. Television in the room, french channels only (apart from BBC news 24). No kettle/hot drink facility in room, but you can access hot drinks from the bar/buffet area at all times. A great stay. Thank you to all the team at Ibis Rouen.

Excellent hospitality! We arrived unplanned, exhausted, and stressed in the middle of the night with no fuel to go further. The team here took great care of us and went above and beyond. More than perfunctory service, true hospitality. Otherwise it's a clean quirky fun design in a great location.

Hotel was easy to find and we received a warm welcome from receptionist. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and a small problem quickly rectified. Breakfast was good with a variety of items available. The underground parking was convenient for visiting the cathedral and old town.

I would like to THANK YOU all the team looking after us! We did have a transfer from their sister hotel due to a very bad experience. The people at reception, especially Aubrey ( I am sorry if I don't remember the name properly), the reception manager, I think she was , were very kind, lovely and helpful. They went 100 km above their limits to make sure that we had a pleasant experience. The room maid made sure we had plenty towels and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast people were nice too, the evening staff and the night also. We had a powerful shower and a hot comfy room. 😌 My daughter lost her teddy 🧸 💔 heart broken, and they made sure that she had a new friend. Yes, it wasn't the same, but the point is the gesture and the effort which they made to make a child happy. Incredible! Thank you for looking after us! You have been amazing 👏 ❤️

So we’ve been touring France for 15 days, and chose this hotel for our first overnight stay! We were so impressed by the whole experience that we had no hesitation in returning for our final night before returning to the UK! The staff are so polite and accommodating…. (A special mention to YASSINE on the front desk who is amazing! He went above and beyond on both our visits!) The hotel in general is superbly situated…. Just a few minutes stroll to the main market square and the medieval town. Breakfast 10/10….. Most highly recommended in every respect! 😎

We have used this hotel for many years and enjoy the stop every time. When we had a dog, we had a nice walk by the river.

I only have positive things to say about our experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were excellent and hospitable, especially Yassine. He went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, great breakfasts. Thank you for making our stay in Rouen a memorable one.

Little bit on the edge of the city but accessible. Room was decent, big enough for two. Okay for a night.

Forth time here there are other hotels in the area but you get a better service here, you can use the Mecure Hotel restaurant and they allow dogs in the restaurant which for us is amazing , or it's takeaway pizza in your room ( great pizza 5 minute walk away)

We arrived tired as we had been travelling all day. The lovely ladies Misia and Sarah welcomed us. They got us 8 pillows due to my terrible back! There was an issue with our bed. The staff could not have known about it. We let them know and within 20 minutes they had organised a new one with a bed for our daughter. They were excellent and very fast and efficient. They also let us eat our dinner in the dining room and even though we mdr a mess they insisted they would clean up. We were very grateful! This morning poor Tizzar, Yassine and Kevin were run off their feet. A huge amount of people had all come downstairs for breakfast all at once. We had to wait half an hour to get to the food and another 20 minutes for the coffee. Poor Yassine was running everywhere! He didn’t stop. He was very cheery and friendly and didn’t let the stress get to him. Tizzar was very sweet and patient. We felt that they did a brilliant job faced with a crazy situation. Well done! A great TEAM of people. We come to this hotel always because of the staff. It’s been a pleasure.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, refreshing design of the lobby. Boxsprings with topping: super! 5 minutes from the city. For the parking you have to be a experienced driver😎

Very helpful staff, we arrived at 2am and the night receptionist spotted us in the car and gave us directions to the parking. Good, modern and clean room. Would stay again.

Very pleasant staff and general agreement of the place. The room generally fine not top notch with repairs and maintenance a bit sloppy. The car park worked for an extra long van but it's not ok for a taller one.

I had just a small dinner, but that was bad. Right from the microwave

Modern no frills Hotel but of good standard. Staff helpful, room clean and fresh and of reasonable size. Bathroom of the plastic integrated type that seems to be popular in the budget French hotels we've stayed in. This was the best by far though, minimising footprint but proving a good size bright area including decent shower. Breakfast was a smallish buffet but was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Staff also helped to ensure we could park outside as my car had a roof box and we couldn't fit in the underground parking area.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, proper location. Only ants in the bathroom were annoying.

We stayed one night, the bathroom was like plastic cabin :D it was interesting but very clean, we did a breakfast which is really good. The egg in the breakfast is not cooked, first you should boiled it in the machine, be careful everyone:)
