I
had
originally
booked
a
room
for
a
birthday
party
for
a
weekend.
The
Wednesday
prior
to
my
stay,
I
lost
my
niece
and
called
to
cancel
my
reservation.
We
had
paid
in
full
from
the
beginning
so
I
was
not
guaranteed
my
money
back,
so
I
understood
that
from
the
get-go,
however,
they
were
going
to
pass
on
that
I
had
a
lost
a
family
member
so
a
refund
was
possible.
I
had
asked
if
I
could
received
a
phone
call
if
they
declined
my
refund.
Come
Monday,
I
never
heard
anything
but
realized
that
I
got
charged
a
$147
fee
so
I
called
and
asked
why,
they
told
me
to
call
back
the
next
day
and
ask
for
Tabitha
who
is
the
Assistant
General
Manager.
I
called
back
on
Tuesday
and
asked
for
Tabitha,
got
told
she
was
in
meetings
but
would
pass
along
my
information
for
her
to
call
back.
Never
received
a
call
back.
Called
again
Wednesday,
no
return.
Thursday
morning
I
called
and
said
I
needed
to
speak
to
Tabitha,
yet
again,
she
was
in
meetings.
I
said
when
she
is
out
of
meetings
she
needs
to
call
me
back
because
I
want
to
get
this
taken
care
of.
I
received
a
call
back
but
not
from
her,
it
was
from
the
front
desk
saying
that
my
refund
was
denied
due
to
paying
in
full
so
there
was
nothing
they
could
do.
I
asked
about
the
$147
fee
and
why
I
was
charged,
front
desk
placed
me
on
hold
so
I
could
speak
to
Tabitha.
Front
desk
came
back
and
said
they
would
refund
the
$147,
because
that
was
a
no
show
fee.
Why
did
I
get
charged
a
no
show
fee
when
I
called
to
cancel
my
room?
But
again,
I
couldn't
speak
to
Tabitha,
just
the
front
desk.
Absolutely
UNPROFESSIONAL
to
send
the
front
desk
people
to
do
YOUR
job.
If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
absolutely
would.
