W deal, W service, W food. I came to use my $5 off birthday voucher and I got a mini byob for just under $10! Service was excellent and very fast, and the portion was perfect and filling. The poke scoop recommended by the guy serving me, spicy tuna, was as delicious as he said! Would definitely go again :)

STEVE’S POKE DOES IT AGAIN!!! I’ve eaten here 4 times so far and every single time the service has been phenomenal. Today’s experience, however, absolutely takes the cake. I ordered a mini BYOB with one scoop of poke online, coming up to ~$15 after tax and tips. The people at checkout were very attentive and made sure to check in and let me know my order was being prepared, and would be ready in a couple minutes. And then, the girl preparing my poke misread my order… and accidentally made me a large instead of a mini BYOB!!! She apologized multiple times, but how could I complain? More poke! And when I let it slip my birthday had been a week ago, the staff offered to throw in an iced tea, free of charge! The poke was delicious, the service was stellar, and staff’s kindness absolutely made my day. I’ll be happy to visit Steve’s Poke again very soon!

Edit: just picked up a poke bowl and it seems the folks at the store have overdone it with soy sauce (???) this is not good. See picture attached People are less responsive for pickup orders. Not sure why. But mostly, Some of the best poke you can eat in Vancouver.

can be pricey but it’s nutritious and delicious. Have food 4 stars because the price makes it less accessible for students. Every worker is so nice and friendly and explains the choices well. No seating and limited space to put my bowl down to grab utensils and napkins, especially when I have an umbrella in my hand so…

The place is packed during lunches, but everyone is still quite attentive if you ordered pick-up. The portions are quite generous, and even the mini bowl is enough to make sure you’re not hungry. The salmon is my go-to pick, the shoyu is a must hahaha. There is not much seating near the place itself, so definitely just sit on some bench if it’s not raining.

Really enjoyed the Steve’s traditional bowl (mini) from Steve’s poke bar! Ordered for delivery and came in a reasonable amount of time.

Easy to order, friendly service, and a great meal. Pleased to have a vegetarian option. I’ll return.

Take out only, 2 tables outside. Food is somewhat healthy. Good meal after a swim. Service is awesome.
