Beautiful scenic drive any day. Views like no other anywhere. Floral kingdom. When driving early in the morning one has to be careful of cyclists, pedestrians and joggers.

Always a beautifully scenic drive, if you plan it correctly, the sunsets are majestic, but make sure to only pull over safely into lookiut points. If you donthe whole pass from Noordhoek to Houtbay, there is a toll road fee.

Get a day pass to get great views or a good hike or have a scenic family picnic for free. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world and well worth exploring. Remember to always hike in groups and don't carry valuables on hikes.

Beautiful views. Definitely be careful since cars just zoom by. There is a toll as well, but definitely beautiful views of Hout Bay. If you time it right, the sunset is really beautiful.

Chapman's Peak drive is 9 km long, from Noordhoek to Houtbay. The drive has 114 curves and is often regarded as the most rewarding toll road in the country.😍👏🏻

Happy place to go running and hiking, couple of times a week. Never get tired of the views.

Besides the really high toll fee, we enjoyed the drive and the lookout area at the top. Looks like a great place to park and chill, or hike or just take a scenic ride. The sunset is beautiful and the views overlooking Hout Bay are breathtaking. Must visit if in Cape Town

An absolute blast on a motorbike. Rode it twice it was so good. Amazing views and perfect twisty roads in a stunning location.

There is no more beautiful or special drive I’ve been on than this road, especially during sunsets. I think of it in my dreams even a year later and recommend it to everyone who’s near. I never tired of driving it while in Cape Town.

Very amazing beautiful scenic route with fresh breeze of the ocean

UnForgettable drive we had with my girlfriend, we needed that. We was stuck in doors picking up fights all the time until I came with this idea of taking a trip around Cape Town, we drove from our house through Camps Bay, then Hout bay and stop in Noordhoek for lunch 🥗 , carry drove around the mountain down to Tokai and stoped by a spa in retreat. Very chilled and the weather was on our side ✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿

Stunning views as the cliff face meets ocean. Costs R57 for a car to drive through; slow speeds with a number of turnouts for photos. There is a day use area at the north end and when driving south you have to show your ticket a couple km after buying it to confirm you paid to go through.

Excellent upkeep of the road. Incredible scenery. Many lookout points along the way. Safety nets are in place to catch any falling stones or rocks. This road is closed when the weather conditions make it dangerous to drive so check if it is open before making your way there.

This drive is always absolutely stunning. And the option to stop makes it better. The Toll gate which is a bummer is closer to the Hout Bay side. But thats something we can't help

For a relaxed and beautiful drive I definitely recommend this. Despite the toll fee and the petrol this is still one of the most beautiful activities to do in Cape Town that is very affordable in a fairly expensive city. The views are magnificent and awe inspiring. There are also spots for sitting with family, friends or a partner along the drive. Also seems good as a solo activity. Roads are quite narrow so always being cautious makes using this beautiful feature better for yourself as well as others.

I love this drive! I turned back at the toll but it is still so scenic. The mountains are so impressive in their size when you're directly below them, and the sea always looks different here. I did it in a convertible with the wind in my hair😎 and on a Harley Davidson.
