I loved this place. I had just lost my father. New to crystals and wanted to try to use them for my depression and anxiety. The women who helped me was an angel. She felt my energy. Directed me to the stones she thought would help me. Reminded me I gained an angel and he would watch out for me. I was so overwhelmed with love and peace. Asked her for a hug afterwards. Would recommend this shop to everyone. Will be back.

My first time in was fantastic! I found what I was looking for and the kind employees were so helpful! They all wore masks and social distanced. Now, the patrons on the other hand... This has become my favorite crystal shop in Milwaukee. The people are nice, informational, and helpful; the owners are awesome and I love everything they do for the community. The store itself offers a wide range of spiritual practice products, such as tarot, crystals, books, candles/candle spells, local artwork, and so much more. The business supports a variety of local creators, businesses, and artists. They also offer a great variety of services; from tarot readings, to palmistry, to mediumship, and even crystal ball reading! This shop is more than a crystal store, it’s also a safe haven for many as they work toward their spiritual journey. I am so thankful to have found altered state of mind and to have learned so much through the many outlets of wisdom they have. HIGHLY recommend! ❤️

I often am unsure of places like these but this place is the real deal. They have everything we ever need or want, there’s so many amazing books that are legitimate and helpful, beautiful jewelry, and everyone here is super nice. It’s not the cheapest place but for a small store everything is absolutely fairly priced and they have deals that they reach out about without spamming you. I go here once a week and I suggest others do too!

Great store but be aware that they don't do refunds or exchanges. I recently bought a tarot deck (among other things), which was actually overpriced, that I wanted to exchange for something else, and it's still in the plastic wrap and never used. When I called, they stated that they don't accept returns or exchanges. I was planning to go back this weekend to buy some more things, but I will not be going back anytime soon--if at all. Even a store credit would have been nice... partially my fault for not asking before making any purchases.

This is the most stocked alternative-spiritual store I've ever been in within the borders of Wisconsin! Insane amount of tarot decks, a HUGE selection of gemstones, and lots of local art! The staff are always super-friendly and helpful. I'm so glad a place like this exists!

I felt great energy when entering this shop. I was on a weekend visit & did my usual online search of the area. There was an excellent selection for my interests. Purchased an oracle deck, elemental book, and a few crystals. I shop intuitively and left very satisfied. Appreciation for the altar and messages to spirit in the entryway. The employee was very kind and helpful. High rating & recommendation! 🙌🏼 many blessings to this business

I was excited to go to this shop. My last one changed hands and the energy was horrible and much of the things I used was no longer there. The energy in this new shop was neutral for me. This shop did not have much of what I was looking for and directed me to go down the street to another shop. This is not the reason for the rating. This is a small shop that bring things in for numerous types of workers. The reason for this rating is the couple in front of me received "the discount" that one apparently gets when you follow the store on Facebook and Instagram. The code didn't come up, but the beautiful woman behind the counter gave them the discount anyway. I had already subscribed to both before coming to the store and didn't remember seeing a code. My bill exceeded $80.00. I am not one to feel entitled to a discount. I took that as a sign that the business needed it more than I and ultimately did not bring it up. I am not shunning this business, but simply informing that if you have a promotion, please include everyone. I drove an hour to come there. It does sour my first impression. A great store! I bought a set of animal oracle cards and a beautiful Forest-themed tarot deck, which I love. Nice selection of books, incense, stones, essential oils, and more :-) I'll be back soon!

They always have what I am looking for, from crystals to drums, to oils to readings, it is where I always go for these types of needs. When the grandchildren come with they always get a little trinket for free and are amazed at the things they see. I am always finding something new and interesting. I have never had problems with parking. The workers and readers are always friendly and helpful as are the other customers. Call head for a reading. You won't regret going here.

I haven't gone in awhile but I love stones and crystal and this store is perfect, also it's nearby so I can get whatever I want, whenever I want! 😍

Oh I really liked this place! GREAT selection of stones that are very reasonably priced, plus lots of herbs, candles, jewelry and supplies for many different tastes (and disciplines). I picked up some really nice rubies and scapolite for jewelry-making, as well as some anointing oils and herbs. And they gave me a raffle entry for the chance to win a store gift card, too! Very nice staff and atmosphere. Looking forward to shopping there again!

We came from up north we were actually drawn to the place. There we met an amazing man with the ability to really speak to the spirits. I found the place to be very calming especially to someone like me who really inst into it. We plan on having more sessions with him. I dont know why but when I sat with him I could truly feel he is connected with a higher realm and I am a non believer so that is saying something it changed my whole outlook on everything and I walked out feeling better than when I walked in.
