This place was a ton of fun. First off Carley our host was great! She explained everything perfectly and was super courteous. This place is very clean and all the equipment was in great shape. The interactive game had a lot of action and kept us all engaged throughout. This would be a great escape for weather days or parties for sure.

Our fist experience here was better than we could have ever plannned.We found this location was perfect for a game night! The boys had such a great time here that we ended up playing a second round later that same day! Everyone here was extremly helpful and profesional. My son says definatey coming back.Thank you Ebony for being such. great host!

Well, I would like to thank Lauren & Dillon for helping during my son 10th birthday celebration. I would recommend them as hosts . They were fantastic. Jay also was friendly & helpful to my guest & accommodations was provided to the best of her ability. My son & his friends had a blast. My only thing is the location and parking is a bit a challenge.. The parking garage is a block away, setting up for my party was chaotic . I was not given enough time to setup . And I booked for two hours. I think the place is a bit crammed to allow parties and events. This place is not really set up to accommodate parties or events. The advertising was a little misleading.. I would return with my family to play but not for a party..

This was our first time going and we had a great time!! Our host? Ebony was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Carley also stepped in and fixed one of our player’s headset so she could have an enjoyable experience too! We would definitely go back and try the other games. We did squid games and am looking forward to trying out the other options.

Lauren was incredible! She was super upbeat and enthusiastic herself which made us excited. The game itself was so awesome. The experience was definitely worth it. We will definitely be back. Expect to sweat, sweat, sweat!! Wear workout clothes!

We had a great time celebrating our boy’s 17th birthday! Ebony and Carley did a great job making sure we were well taken care of!

This was our first time at this location. We were celebrating a birthday and it was so much fun! Duke was the person guiding us through everything and he did such a great job. We even sang a Happy Birthday song with the VR for our friend at the end! We look forward to coming back to this location. Thank you so much Duke!

This was a great experience and everyone was great! Customers Service was a 1000. Shout out to Ebony who was our guide and she did an absolutely amazing job at explaining how things went and she was funny! 10/10 I highly recommend!!

UPDATE to review below: I posted the review below and received an email from them. They apologized and told me we could reschedule at no additional charge. I really appreciate them reaching out so quickly and doing this for us. Thank you so much Carley!!! Giving it a two star due to there “ policy.” After we played deadwood mansion ( which was awesome ) they offered us a package deal to buy tickets at a discounted price. We ended up not making the date we scheduled for originally. We then called a few days after to request we move the date since we missed it and they told us we couldn’t reschedule or receive any kind of refund. We spent over $100 and they couldn’t even work with us. They just told us there was nothing they could do. This place is a lot of fun but the least they could have done is work out some sort of deal with us.

Carley was a great host and we really enjoyed our experience. We most definitely will be back with the kids. Happy birthday to the love of my life.

Very fun, I recommend! Luis was a great host, very friendly & explained everything very well, we will be back with friends! Everything was super clean & the zombie game (deadwood mansion) was awesome, great recommendation from Luis.

My family and I were visiting from out of town and we decided to book this experience. 10 out of 10 experience at this location. Emily was an absolute pleasure! She explained everything so well and made sure my group felt comfortable while we playing. We played Deadwood Valley (highly recommend). We had so much fun and we will definitely do this again.
