Stopped for lunch. The service was great, and Alejandro was very helpful and pleasant. We ordered 20 ribs, plus 5 for our child, a brisket sandwich, 2 sides of Mac and cheese, an order of fries, as well as three drinks. The total was about $70 which seemed a little overpriced to me for the amount of food. With that said, the brisket sandwich was very good and flavourful. The ribs had the "tug", which some people prefer. I like mine more "fall off the bone", but they were flavorful. There were 6 bbq sauce options on the table, which we found 2 favorites of and mixed them together. I do think that cornbread should come with the sandwiches too, and not just the ribs... but luckily my family shared. I would visit again for sure... I'd like to try other menu options. Women's bathroom was clean and well stocked as well, although the tp dispenser was a struggle 😅

Absolutely fantastic BBQ! The ribs are good, the brisket is amazing. I love their sides, especially the beans, and the seasonal sweet option (it was blueberry cobbler today) hasn't let me down yet. The staff is friendly, the facility is bright and clean, the prices are fair, and your food arrives hot and in quick fashion. I've had bbq all over the nation, and this place stacks up with the best. I hope they open one of these in Minnesota one day... I love this place!

Way better than you think it is going to be. So I have to be honest, I went into Mission BBQ with low expectations...I mean how good can chain BBQ be? The answer is pretty darn good! My wife and I shared the 3 meat platter with brisket, pulled pork and ribs, they were all really really good. The brisket is my favorite I've had outside of Missouri. The staff was extremely helpful to us choosing due to it being our first time there and they walked us through the whole process and options. First timers should try a variety to know what they will like. Stop by this location and give it a shot if you have not already.

The food is a little pricey but it's very flavorful. We've been there a few times and the service is good. On my recent visit I wanted 2 $50 gift cards and asked for gift receipts so they could accompany each card. Instead, I got a regular receipt with both combined. It was busy so I didn't make a big deal about it, but I would like to make the recommendation it should be common practice to provide "gift" receipts, especially when asked.

Ordered a pick-up for 30 people for my mom'smemorial, and everyone raved about how good it was. When we went to pick-up the order, the staff were super sweet and helpful. They even called me after the event to check on the food and give their condolences.

My mom and I shared the smoked meatloaf, mac n’ cheese and cold slaw. The smoked meatloaf was absolutely delicious - awesome flavor! And the sides were tasty, too! My dad got the 1/2 yard bird and 3 ribs and handcut fries, and both were fall-off-the-bone amazing! The corn bread they serve with each meal is moist and tastes great! Alejandro helped us, he was kind, and took time to explain the menu to us! He also may have snuck in a couple of brownies for us. Overall this place is wonderful and not to be missed on your road trip through WI! Will be back!

We were looking for somewhere new to try that we hadn't been to in the past. I'm glad we decided to go here. Amazing. Staff was all smiling and welcoming. When the guy at the register asked if we had been there before and we said no, he came out and explained the menu and portions and was awesome at upselling! Tried all 6 sauces. Loved the smoky one. Three were a tad spicy, but not too hot if you like that kind of heat. Prices are very reasonable, less expensive than other bbq joints, in my opinion. Really cool mission they have, like all the pics and public safety decor; I took a bunch of pictures. At some point while eating, I turned around to look at something and noticed a piece of memorabilia sitting on the corner behind me; a silver mug from Great Lakes Naval Base. My uncle was a Navy vet and taught gunnery school at Great Lakes until his retirement. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with Covid a couple of years ago, and that brought both a smile and a little sadness when seeing that. All I wanted was a seat by the window and look what was right there behind me. I recommend this place to anyone who has pride for our country and supports our military and public service employees.
