    Certain employees have major attitudes. You know who they are. Honestly can’t stand coming here anymore. I get that they hate their job. Why do they have to make ordering so problematic. I feel like they intentionally make it challenging because they’re jealous of Brookfield residents. If that’s how you want to act then stay in Milwaukee.

    App/mobile orders are prioritized last. Don’t trust time app tells you order we’ll be ready by. Waited 20+ minutes past expected time. Be honest with wait times

    On a scale of (1-5) Cleanliness: 5 (Clean Restaurant and Fun Theme) Service: 5 (Staff was friendly and helpful) Food: 4.5 (Subs are good and taste fresh, Multigrain bread is very dense, Oreo shake stands out and as one the best any chain offers) Value: 3.5 (Slightly above average value compared with sub price points from other chains, free hot peppers)

    It is a very pleasant place. NON CONTROVERSIAL. No anxiety or pressure. It is service oriented. Everything was a little more than I had expected. Relaxed and efficient. High ceilings, spacious, without too much distracting busyness. Likened it to a coffee shop. Where we felt comfortable enough to have a conversation. I will return. Suggest You have a good time as well...

    I usually visit this restaurant once a month when I'm out in the area. The service is always good. However today was exceptionally excellent. The sandwich I had was made so well I noticed the difference immediately. The toppings were perfectly distributed across the whole sandwich so that every bite contained all ingredients. I wish I would have taken a picture because it really was a work of art. I really appreciate the extra effort that went into creating that sandwich and I wanted to relay my thoughts back to this store. Thank you. John Dziubek

    We come here to eat often and they used to close at 5 PM now they close at 4 PM. I got there right at 3:59 and as I’m walking up to the door instead of allowing me in and serving one more sandwich they opted to lock the door turn their back and walk away. I’ve been a business owner for 22 years I’m pretty sure they could meet us one more sandwich. I wish I didn’t love their food so much but now we have to drive to the other side of Brookfield to get what we want because they can’t stay open for one more minute. He watched me walk up to the door that’s the funny part

    Great sandwich, I ordered the Avo Turkey, I was a little disappointed they forgot to put the avocado on it. The sandwich was still delicious and I'd definitely go back!!! I was there during a busy lunch hour and everyone working was very friendly and the line moved fast!!

    Update October 2023: As other reviews have mentioned, this location is just slow. Ordered online 45 minutes before pickup time, and it was still nearly 15 minutes late. If they are chronically understaffed so they cannot efficiently handle orders, they need to staff better. (They also close at the absurdly early hour of 4 pm.) There's a competing sandwich shop literally yards away that handles orders much more efficiently and promptly. Don't advertise promotions on social media and via email like today's BOGO promo if you can't handle the business. I ordered through the app 2+ hours ahead of my pickup time, figuring that would give them enough time to work on it. When I arrived AFTER my pickup time, my order hadn't even been started yet. The pickup shelf was completely empty. After waiting 15 minutes along with dozens of other customers, I gave up, canceled and left. We used to go to Potbelly every single weekend. Will take our business to a competing sandwich shop from now on that can competently handle orders.

    The crew working on the night of 12/19/23 were stellar. Sometimes, things go wrong. The online order system was not operating as designed causing orders to not flow as designed. There were some miserable, piece of work customers who acted like the earth was ending over a 10 or 15 minute delay. Specifically, the little B wearing the tan peacoat. This little "man" was throwing a hissing fit for all to see. Rest assured, the folks behind the counter didn't flinch treating him with respect and dignity (of which he deserved absolutely none). He then requested the store manager's number and left in a fuss. I wanted to reem him out for them but didn't only because I was inspired by the folks behind the counter. We can only imagine how many managers this feeble, tan peacoat wearing, little "man" has requested.

    Came in about a week ago, and was blown away by the service. The very friendly staff made it seem like we were best of friends, and the ones that may be less social were still nice with us. We ordered a mac and cheese along with sandwiches. The guy at the checkout said he wasn’t sure that the mac was top notch quality, so he gave us a discount. The mac was still good so no complaints there. Lobby was fairly clean. I have years in service industry, including sandwich shops, so it was obvious to me that they just got done with a lunch rush. Was pretty clean considering the circumstance. I was impressed.

    The pizza sub is my go-to. This place is not close to where I live so I try to hit it up anytime I'm near. Good food with good service. It is a little pricey for lunch though. By the time you get chips & a drink it can be costly for just one person. Regardless, great place.

    Such a disappointment. They offer a BOGO deal for tax day. We attempted to order online but their online website ordering would not work. So I went to the store to order in person and was told that the BOGO deal is only available online. When I explained that their website wasn't working, the manager explained that their website regularly crashes and I should use the mobile app. If you know that your website doesn't work properly, how do you justify making a promotion "online orders only"? It's 2023. Fix your website.

    Wont take phone or web orders during heavy times, ordering ahead can only be done on the app...and it wasnt ready when I picked up (scheduled 40 min ahead) food quality is great, soup I ordered was out at 12:15pm.

    Can't say that I was that impressed with my service. I created a pick up order for a sandwich and when I arrived during the timeframe it told me to, I walked in to find that my sandwich hadn't even been started yet. I understand that there is some short staffing these days but no real apology or explanation was given. I feel like these is a great time when a free soda or any polite or simple gesture can go a long way to show you actually care about your service and reputation.

    I love this place!! I usually come in the morning and the staff is so sweet and welcoming. The food tastes fresh and I’m satisfied every time!! “Sunshine” is very kind, she is usually the one taking my order. And so is the lady in the glasses and the man who puts the extra veggies!! Highly recommend:)

    Good sandwich and a nice variety on the menu to order from. Lots of to-go orders being picked up as we dined in - definitely kept the staff busy. They had it all under control though.

    Came here with family. I asked for a sandwich without bread as I can't eat bread. I ordered a skinny sized sandwich without bread and it was a complete waste of money. Honestly, about $0.50 worth of "food" in the entire order. 2 shaved slices of meat, 1 shaved slice of cheese, 1 paper thin tomato, 1 paper thin slice of pickle, 2 thin pieces of sliced onion, and 11 shredded pieces of lettuce. First and last time here. Complete waste of money. To top it off, I got charged over $9 for an "original size" and they wouldn't fix the over-charge. So many better restaurant options out there. Lesson learned the hard way here. One and done with this place as the 1 star rating is too high.

    Place is very dirty inside. Instead of standing around gossiping and talking with each other, please deep clean the lobby and your back area as I could also see how filthy it was from the front counter. Not a good thing. There is so much dirt and dust everywhere it's not even funny. Doors were also filthy and had prints and grime all over them. Heavy dust all over light fixtures, cobwebs everywhere, food all over the floor and near windowsills by booths. I mean, just come on ! Bunch of lazy useless people working there!     I wish I could give zero stars….this was the absolutely worse customer service experience I’ve ever received…I was the only soul in the store and the staff took 15 minutes to even start my order…not only did I wait 15 minutes they NEVER greeted me the entire time……the staff went from cleansing to making my order without even washing their hands…all the staff were rude with an attitude….i asked for cucumber in my sandwich the staff said he did it but at the end of my transaction proceeds to had me a side of cucumber because he said he didn’t remember so he lied….i told them no feta cheese on my Mediterranean sub because I’m vegan….i get home to see feta in my sandwich anyway…after working a twelve hour shift today this was extremely disappointing and the worst part of my day

    I asked the girl at the counter to get a pizza melt. She said they had no meatballs and proceeded to ask if I wanted anything else. I thought she meant to substitute the meatballs, so I said no. I continued to stand in line for 7 more min, thinking she was making my pizza melt without meatballs. She then asked "Are you waiting for something?" and I told her I was waiting on my pizza melt. She said "I thought you said you didn't want anything" so I replied, "I didn't want a meatball substitute, can you make it without meatballs? A pizza melt with no meatballs?" She started making it then asked "What do you want on it?" and I told her I wanted everything (everything that would be on a pizza melt). Instead, she added everything on the ENTIRE MENU. Jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce, ham, and so much oil and juice. It was soggy and disgusting. It tasted like nothing. Absolutely terrible. Apparently Potbelly's needs to teach common sense in their training, because some people need the extra help. Not satisfied whatsoever.
