The patient care here is amazing and every staff person here is super friendly! We left the big hospitals in Madison as the wait times, focus on process/procedure over patient care, and their desire for profits over everything got old. I have moved my elderly parents, my husband, and myself here and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I will absolutely only go here for my pregnancy’s from now on! Emily Walden is AMAZING, I was high risk and told that I would have to go all the way to Madison (1 hour away) by the first OB I saw I wasn’t happy because they didn’t even give me a chance to do better so I got a second opinion from Emily and boy am I glad I did she helped me so much through my pregnancy and she had my back through it all! When I started receiving my ultrasounds Marla was the one who did them and Marla needs to be FULLTIME here because Emily and Marla make an amazing team! I will not be back if they are not here! Absolutely LOVE them!!!

This is for same day appointment staff. They do a really great job and listening to the patients problems and work hard to figure things out. They should have the option to be primary care providers. Shawn Johnson is great with my 4 year old Caitlin she won’t let anyone else touch her but him for some reason. It was thanks to him that I finally got a referral for her to see an ent and finally getting some answers. I just love the bond they have and if he sees me in the waiting room he will take the time to ask how’s she’s doing.

My treatment, by the nursing staff, during my stay was excellent. Those nurses deserve trophies. (I'm a chatterbox)The atmosphere was pleasing as well. Hospital has good food, too. Dr. Fernandez is a listener and I feel is truly committed to your healing. Thorough and helpful. She is a total and huge asset to Mile Bluff Medical Center. I wish all Drs would show the same attention to their patients.

My father was having a tachycardia attack, which if untreated in a fast timely manner can lead to cardiac arrest and death. (He was in there before for the same thing, and with the same nurses) They brought him in there, and didn't give him a beta blocker for over 30 minutes, making him take a blood test, and sign papers while his heart rate was 170 and above the entire time. Which is crazy to me. He COULD HAVE DIED of sudden cardiac arrest within that time frame. Unacceptable. No excuses. If someone went in there and was in worse shape then my dad, they would've definitely died. Horrible. "Urgent Care" means URGENT CARE, not wait 30 minutes to make him do tests while he's basically having a heart attack, saying he is feeling like passing out, and fainting. I'm really sad to say this is the nearest hospital to my home. This issue needs to be addressed immediately, before people die from lack of urgency. You can be calm as a nurse, and also be urgent at the same time. Not make someone wait 30 minutes before giving him something that essentially saved his life. Should have been gave to him right away after putting the EKG on him, seeing his heart rate that high. Not making him wait 30 minutes. I really hope someone at the hospital, sees this and the issue is addressed immediately. Thank you

Emily Walden is an amazing asset to the Mile Bluff Medical Center. I switched to her as my provider halfway through my pregnancy and it was the best decision I made. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps her patients understand all their options and what to expect during that portion of their pregnancy. She takes her time making sure people feel comfortable and confident at each appointment. I never felt rushed or hurried when asking questions. Emily worked diligently alongside the fabulous OB staff to make sure our baby was delivered safely. You could easily see what a fantastic team the OB nurses and Emily made through each step of the delivery. I highly recommend Emily Walden as a midwife to anyone expecting a baby.

I wanted to thank stuff of the OB department for my recent experience. Everyone were professional, polite, helpful and very attentive to what I had to say. I knew that once my contractions start I progress very quickly from my previous experience, and thanks to the quick reaction of nurse Brianna my doctor was able to make it in time for the delivery. Anastasiologist Mike was an absolute expert and got my epidural in even though I was almost at a pushing stage ( it was great relief as I didn’t think it was even possible!). He was very personable and great in every way as well. Both of my nurses - Brianna and Jeri were amazing, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. My doctor, Kimberly Sabey was wonderful as always. Her calm and kind approach puts you at ease even when you are in a lot of pain. She helps you to listen to your body and guides you through the process rather than instructing. And even cafeteria stuff was great, food was amazing and service very quick.

The nurse and anesthesiologist explained everything that would happen before, during, and after surgery. When I was in my room (I stayed overnight), the CNA that day was awesome! I can't remember her name, but she was always pleasant and always asked if I needed anything. The nurses did a good job, too, coming in in at their scheduled times and asking if I needed anything. I had a very good experience during my stay.

Excellent experience during my last visit. Service during registration provided by Breiann was above and beyond as always. Michelle was very professional and thorough during the preparation for me to see my provider. Dr Rudy took his time during my routine 6 month exam and took time to answer all my questions. Thank you for always taking such great care of me.
