We had the best two-hour party! Only my wife and I were trying to figure out how to deal with more than 30 people at our first party in places like it, but the crew from Fit City Kids did a fantastic job helping us set the room up, hosting, and even helping to clean up. From the manager to the awesome crew, from the reception to our helpers, I have no words to say, but thank you so much for giving my daughter the best party and for us to enjoy it. Good on you guys!

It's a really good spot to take the kids for weekend activities while it's cold outside. We got there on Sunday at 9:30 which was perfect, it got really busy at 10:30 am. I was pleased with the enforcement of vaccination cards and masks

Let me srtat with this. You can get a membership for the kids insted paying every day you come in....but even if you get the membership you are not guaranteed that you kids will be able to play because someone rented it for private party. This doesn't make sense because membership is there so members have the priority.Another thing is just couple of blocks west there is a park that has more things for kids then this facility and its for free and you don't have to very about private parties 😉. My point i here is its to complicated and to expensive for kids. These poor parents have to work 2 jobs just to pay for their kids entertainment...these are kids ...look if you go to any restaurant in Europe every restaurant has this for kids...and its free.

We hosted our son's 5th birthday party at Fit City Kids and it was awesome! First, it was easy to book online and they do not require deposit far in advance (in case plans change). They offer several options to customize or enhance your party, including an inflatable bouncy obstacle course that our guests loved. The staff was very helpful leading up to the party and incredibly efficient and friendly the day-of. They helped unload our supplies, set up food/drink and decorations, greet/assist guests, manage time, and completely clean up at the end. As parents, we were free to enjoy the party with our son and guests. It was so unexpected and appreciated. Plus, the kiddos had a blast on the well-maintained, unique equipment. It wasn't crowded and there was something for everyone, no matter the age or ability. We've always enjoyed visiting Fit City Kids during free play and we were so impressed with the party. We'd highly recommend it!

Fit City Kids is a fantastic place to play indoors. We recently hosted my son’s (6 y/o) birthday party there and had a great experience. The staff were super attentive and helped us out with setting up decorations, serving food, and breaking everything down so we could focus on having fun with our guests. Definitely recommend it!

We hosted a joint birthday party for my kids (ages 5 and 7) at Fit City Kids last weekend. It was an amazing experience! The staff is so helpful and accommodating -- they handled set up, clean up, time management, cake service . . . basically everything! It made our party so fun and easy, and my husband and I were actually able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a party space that can accommodate lots of people! (We had a total of about 40 kids and 20 adults).

We hosted our daughter’s 3rd birthday at Fit City and it was a great experience. We’ve visited a few times and she’s always had a blast so it was the perfect place for her party. The staff was very kind and attentive from the moment we walked in to loading up our car after the party. They helped us set up, cut and served cake, and took care of clean up. I thought the cost was a bit steep given that it didn’t include a private party (reserving the actual play area) and only went towards reserving the party room which was really just used for a very short time to eat cake. I think the party room definitely makes sense if you’re going to have pizza or some other type of meal, but since we were only providing a couple snacks for the 12 kids, we probably would have been ok just buying day passes for everyone rather than paying to reserve the room. Overall though, it was a great place for a party and is a wonderful indoor space for kids to play year round. We will definitely be going back many times.

We had our son's 3rd birthday party here today, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Their equipment is in great shape, everything looks clean and new. Additionally, the space is huge! Lots of different activities for little ones to bounce around, from soccer, to basketball, to climbing play areas with tubes & slides, and much more. We'll be back soon Fit City Kids, thanks again!

OMG…..I was a nervous wreck, I forgot to ask my people to come help setup😣😣😣went into get the rest of the things out of the car and the ladies started setting up for me and with me!!!! They were they most amazing support!! Definitely plan on having another party, thank you Fit City team, for helping in making my kids day amazing!

We booked Fit City Kids to celebrate our son's birthday and it far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we pulled up, one of the staff members was there to help us unload a car full of stuff and help us get it all set up. The staff did an amazing job helping out, making themselves available and providing a clean room for us to set up and celebrate. We looked at several different venues but ultimately selected Fit City Kids for the ease of booking, cleanliness, value, flexibility in letting us bring our own food and beverages (including alcoholic ones which were much appreciated by the parents!). And most importantly, Fit City Kids offers a space for kids to play freely and safely while having fun! Highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful place. Very polite staff, Clean play areas, and a fun atmosphere. There's a small basketball court, soccer field, and two playgrounds, with an additional toddler play area. I paid $35 for two kids. Stayed two hours, but could have stayed most of the day. Highly recommend!

First time coming here for a private party. Noticeably very clean and spacious. Wonderful space to rent for private parties for a short period of time. Plenty of party room areas and masks are required to be worn unless eating. Temperatures were checked prior to entering the area and staff was super helpful. Hidden gem located in the north side of Chicago. My kids had a blast.

We spent the day off from school checking out this hidden gem. The rates were fairly priced and we got to stay as long as we want plus bring our own snacks. The space is huge with multiple areas for the kids to enjoy. We are definitely going to visit again!

Fit City Kids is the best! The space is clean and new and huge! So many fun spaces for kids to play. We hosted a private party for my daughter’s birthday and it was great. The staff was awesome and everyone had so much fun. We love going to open play as well. If you have kids it’s a must do!

We recently hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party at Fit City Kids and I cannot recommend this place enough! Booking online was easy and straightforward, and Brad and Kiersten were very communicative throughout the entire process. On the day of the party, the entire staff was attentive and super helpful. They even provided us with tablecloths once I realized we had forgotten about them. We had 34 total guests and the adjoining party rooms provided plenty of space. And unlike some kid-friendly venues, this place allows you to bring alcohol, which was a huge plus :)

We have thrown two birthday parties at Fit City Kids and absolutely love that we can rent out the facility completely and also have the flexibility to bring in our own food and drinks (including adult beverages!). The staff is so helpful. They're complete professionals since set up time between parties can be tight - they sprang into action laying out tablecloths, cutting/passing out cake, rounding up the kids for pizza and finally packing presents and party supplies. Everything was flawless! My 7 year old and 5 year old boys were also more than happy to show off the skills they’ve picked up in their basketball classes at Fit City with Coach Aaron and Coach Brad! The coaches are super fun, motivating, supportive and engaging. Coach Aaron has such a great inclusive teaching style and is amazing with kids and pushes them without pressuring them. Both of my kids are genuinely enjoying learning the fundamentals of basketball at Fit City! Highly recommend taking a trial class!

We love Fit City Kids! We've done the open play memberships, gymnastics classes, and my son's fifth birthday party there and have had great experiences with all of them. I would absolutely recommend this as a birthday party location (we got the whole space and assistance with set up and clean up!) and also for parents who are looking for a way to entertain multiple children of different ages.

I had my son's 4th birthday party here October 2022 and he absolutely loved it! A year later we are looking to host with Fit City Kids AGAIN! The staff is very kind, patient, and friendly! The place is perfect for kids of different ages as it has a little bit of everything for everyone. I loved this place. It was a wonderful experience all around!

This is such a great place if you want to get your kid into the habit of working out. My son and I have done family boot camp here (which matches the workout you would get at any of those HIIT training places) and has taken classes. The coaches are awesome and just the right amount of challenging for their age range. They also have a great indoor space for open play, offer day off and summer camps, plus it's a great place to host parties.

Excellent kid's party venue. I highly recommend. The staff there were very helpful with set up, kept my son's birthday activities on time, served the pizza and cake, did the pinata, handed out goody bags, and did the take down for us. They were phenomenal. And the venue was clean and ready for the kids to run around. I do recommend the inflatable obstacle course as an add-on. It was a big hit!

Update: Management was very responsive and corrected the situation. We appreciated the customer service. We were out and about with friends and wanted a place for the younger kids to play indoors. Our teenage daughter was not interested in the play area and was just going to stay with the adults. We, though, were required to pay for her. The total lack of understanding and accommodation is the reason for the low rating. The facility might be good but the ridiculous policy is a deal breaker for us.

We hosted my son’s 10th birthday here - a nerf gun themed event. It felt luxurious to have the whole space. The staff was great with the kids and the venue was super clean. We had a wonderful time as did our guests. I highly recommend this place for a party!

We hosted a 4-yr old birthday party for our daughter and had a great experience all-around. From booking to prep and day-of communications, as well as the team who helped to keep us on schedule, helped to set up and clean up, it was the easiest way to celebrate and focus on the fun. We rented the entire space and had approximately 35 children and 30 adults mid-afternoon. I'd highly recommend Fit City Kids if you have a range of ages/interests.

Great space to have a birthday party for two hours. Setup was very easy! Cleanup was provided by Fit City Kids. Facility was clean and spacious for the kids to run a muck. Obstacle course, basketball court, soccer field, balance beams and rope swings were a hit! Staff was friendly and very accommodating from the beginning to end. Definitely would recommend for birthday parties or a playdate! Party room was great for about 30 people. We were able to setup decorations without issues and it was encouraged. We will be back soon!

We held our son's 5th birthday party here, and it was great. The facility is immaculate and had plenty of activities for kids as young as 2 all the way up. The staff was so attentive, helpful, and professional. It was a very stress fee process to the point where even the parents had time for a game of dodgeball. Everyone left very impressed and were excited to come back. Will definitely bring the kids back for play during the day and hopefully for future birthday parties. My kids enjoyed themselves but a lot of the areas were reserved for classes while we were there ( Saturday morning) which was frustrating and confusing for my little kids who wanted to join the tumbling class. Now that I know I’ll check out the schedule and come at different times. An FYI when we arrived/booked that these areas have classes at these times would be nice.

What an amazing place to celebrate. The owners have done an amazing job recruiting an incredible crew and team of helpful, polite, diligent and proactive people that make the celebrations and set up easy. It’s a tight schedule and their help is a blessing. They are on top of everything. Communicating and helping with the party plan. The establishment is amazing, I got many compliments on the place, the people and the equipment. What a great place this is to celebrate. We love Fit City Kids! Our kids come here often to burn energy. The facilities are always super clean and not too crowded, and there's enough variety to keep our kids entertained every time we come. Fit City Kids was the perfect place for our son's birthday party! We had a large group of almost 40 children, and the venue was spacious enough for them to be active and have fun, but small enough that we could safely monitor and keep track of everyone. From the minute we walked through the doors, the staff was proactive and helpful, attending to our needs and making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were taken care of. They kept everything on schedule and were incredibly helpful with set up and clean up. I'm not surprised you have to book a party far in advance to get the slot you want, because it was such a fantastic experience! Look early for the party day and time you want and know it is worth the advance planning because you will have a terrific experience!
