Todd and Carlo, wine vendor, you all were smiles on a rainy day. So, there was a sampling of wine on 4/30, the white was yummmmm and reasonably priced. I'd recommend, 👍🏾👍🏾. Todd, thanks for the recommendations. Though we were dissapointed to learn the news about one of our favorite drinks, we are excited to try the grape/blueberry revolution and the green grape Korean drink you recommended. You were knowledgeable and friendly. Carlo, when we approached you had a smiling face. Though we had a snafu on my total you seemed a little nervous, you were efficient and always super friendly. If I really wanted to buy some alcohol of any kind this store is definitely my go-to just because they probably have the best selection I mean, the grocery stores have great selection of beverages but the selection in this store is different and definitely better. They have literally a wide selection of different alcohol in any kind and everything I could wanted and I could even ask for is always available. It is kind of a big store for beverages but it is easy to find anything because everything is well-organized and separated to its kind. The staff in here is also friendly and helpful and each time I would feel lazy looking for a particular product, I would just ask a staff that would gladly help and also knowledgeable about the products they have which is really nice. The prices of each if fair and reasonable and almost the same with the prices of alcohol on grocery stores and they do have sales on certain products from time to time.

TIM was such a great help! He knew I needed some advice from the look on my face. He talked me thru how and why a particular grower made a champagne that was exactly what I was looking for as a gift for the man who has everything. It was like a crash course that got me so enticed, I bought a second bottle for myself, and he was spot on! It’s delicious!!

I'm not in here very often but this store is kiiiiiiiiiinda awesome. If you need it, it's here. If you can't find it here, it probably isn't sold anywhere. My current addiction: butter schnapps in my coffee.....and they have DeKuypers butter schnapps in plastic bottles! ~squeeee!~

I don't know why, but literally everyone here is so nice, friendly, and eager to help. Maybe they're all taking shots before their shift ... Idk, but keep on doing it. Y'all are the best!!

Went in for a very specific ale, not figuring I would find it in a million years. They had it. I knew the place was known for this, and had the goods to back up the rep, but that was astounding to me. Don't hesitate here folks, go in, and have fun!

They had a large selection and great prices/deals. The man at the computer by the "build your own 6 pk." (didn't get his name, unfortunately) was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about the local beer selections.

Needed to stock up on beer so as usual I went to Binny's. Prices were competitive and have a HUGE selection but i just bought common beer flavors and brands

I like it better than others Binnys for the cleanliness and the organization of the store, the knowledgeable staff and the relatively full selection.

Timothy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give me the most tailored experience possible. His overall charisma was off the charts. I had so many questions for him as this was my first time ever making a purchase at any Binny's Beverage Depot. It was truly a very impressive display of vast knowledge of wine and spirits alike. I'm not just talking about quality and prices, as he was monumentally educated on the topic. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life. Unforgettable first impression of Binny's as a whole. He represented the way customer service should be universally. A master of his craft. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Timothy specifically if you need guidance while visiting the depot.

I wanted to reach out and say thank you to Ryan. Ryan is someone who goes above and beyond for customers. He has a phenomenal work ethic. When it comes to Binnys, it is a large store and can be intimidating for customers. Ryan makes you feel incredibly welcomed with his inviting and outgoing personality. He goes up to customers constantly checking in to make sure they are finding everything they are looking for and answering their questions in a polite and proper manner. Whenever he is not interacting with customers, he is vigorously working on stocking shelves and organizing merchandise. I feel people like Ryan deserved to be praised for their work. Thank you so much Ryan! You helped me today, just as you do every time I am in there and I cannot thank you enough!

This squire is not a fan. Prices seemed high selection was great location was difficult to get in and out Manager seemed condescending. They do not price match against bulk stores.

Great service, always. Friendly managers help you find what you need. Especially good wine! You'll pay less and leave with amazing product! Love this place!

Staff is always really friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I've gotten really great recommendations from staff and you can tell they're passionate about helping their customers find great products. If you like trying to drinks that are more complex and elevated in flavor, a Binny's employee is always a great person to ask you find that product.

Binnys is a nice large liquor store. Big selection of beer but it's not as big as it was a few years ago. I remember being able to pick from dozens of different 22 oz bomber bottles but now that selection is pretty limited.

Pat helped me and was really cool and nice. Very nice bourbon selection...good sales...plenty of parking even on busy Sunday before a Bears game. Always go here...always. They are all very helpful.

This location is a blast for exploring a wide variety of beverages and cordials. Staff was super helpful locating a German spatlese riesling!

Good selection of wine but prices aren't as competitive as the company has taken market share in Chicago.
