Josh came to repair our oven. He responded immediately and came right away. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem right on the the spot. Would absolutely recommend him.

I recently had my oven serviced by amaro appliance service. I called and the technician arrived the next day. It turns out my bottom burner went bad. He ordered the part and when the part came in, he called me after picking it up, and offered to install it same day. I took the offer. He came by and he was done in 15 minutes! Their technician was very polite, and very professional. And the price of the repair incredibly reasonable. Needless to say I will use them again and recommend to their service to friends and family. Josh called before he arrived. Replaced initial part on my refrigerator, he had to order a 2nd part. Left my home, took no payment. Again, he called ahead of time for 2nd visit 2 days later. Installed part. Very professional, will definitely use his service in the future. 5 *****s.

Josh arrived 15 minutes early, disassembled my dryer with such efficiency & adeptness that I knew he was skilled & knowledgeable. I had an idea of the problem due to videos. He fixed the problem (drum wasn't spinning) & gave us a new belt, which he didn't have to do. If you don't use him, you will seriously be missing out! He deserves 10 stars & he's personable! Had a leak on my LG washer machine and decided to call Amaro. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Josh the tech went above and beyond to not only show me the part that failed but he actually took the time to explain how the failure occurred. He also took time to teach me about proper operation of my machine, and answered all the technical questions I had for him. He was kind ,informative and caring and that’s hard to come by this day and age. What a great place!! I had an issue with spray arm that came lose on my dishwasher and they just simply talked me through the repair in about 5 minutes because it turned out to be so simple. And what is even more remarkable is the young man didn't even charge me for the service. I thought this type of customer care was lost but its incredibly refreshing to see that its not. Now I know they would have come to me home if necessary but in this case it was not. They have a customer for life in me should I need their services in the future! Used this business to diagnose and fix a broken dryer. Josh was excellent, examined the entire dryer for any issues, ultimately finding out what was wrong with mine. He was able to replace the part on the spot and charged a fair price for his services. He made sure everything was in working order prior to leaving. I’ll be using Amaro Appliance repair for any other appliance related issues moving forward.
