Absolutely love this salon. Irina is my favorite, they all make you feel welcomed at all times and take their time to do your hair no matter what so that you get exactly what you want. I recommend going there for all your hair care needs!

Impressive service! my hair was a disaster after i colored it at home myself. I found this salon, called and they accommodated me right away. Zhanna provided a consultation, made great recommendations and color/highlights came out perfect, and the cut is very sleek. Zhanna was super fast and very professional. Pricing is reasonable.

I had had the same hair style for about 8 years, and I wanted to make a change, considering getting bangs or something similar. I tried to have a conversation with my hair stylist to get her opinion because I hadn't yet settled on a specific style. She was impatient; immediately telling me "you don't need that haircut" and simply showing me her own picture of what she thought I should get. She quickly tired of the conversation and just said "you need to decide for yourself". The conversation absolutely lasted under three minutes. Aside from her generally terse manner, she also spent the remainder of my 35-minute appointment speaking in some other language with her colleague in front of me, an English speaker. That is incredibly unprofessional, and it made me feel uncomfortable. For a business whose website touts its customer service, my experience was a bit ridiculous. To her credit, we did decide on curtain bangs, and it turned out well. My critique is based on her professional conduct, not her ability at cutting hair.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was amazing and welcoming from the start. My stylist Irina was so sweet and caring, she delivered way more than I thought was possible!! I love my hair and will definitely be coming back. Thank you :)

I usually don't write reviews.. but this salon has truly got my will to write an amazing review! I went to another hairdresser to ask if she can do my hair color just like I wanted in the picture, she said she can't do it. I went to Janna and she gave me a bangin' color! I'm so glad I was able to find someone to do an orchid purple/burgundy hair color just the way I wanted it. Not only that, but she KNOWSSS HER COLORS!!!!!! She also repaired my hair and did a special treatment which made my hair feel alive again! Her work of art is outstanding and I would so recommend to many others for hair coloring and styling! What I love about this salon is that the staff is so friendly and welcoming! If I could rate this salon more stars, I would!

It has been over two years now that I have been looking for a stylist who suits me and who I feel confident in to cut my hair. I recently relocated to NY. I was able to see a picture of a hair cut done by one of the stylists at this salon and asked for that cut to be done on my hair. I was completely satisfied, and I do look forward to returning for us to take my hair thru a journey to where I would like it to be. That is: strong, healthy, and shiny!

But what is the most important is people working in Austin Fancy Cut. Everybody is friendly, they work as a team and their goal is to make customers happy . I went back today to See Lora after she cut my oldest daughters hair. So i took my youngest and also got my hair cut. She did not disappoint at all! I absolutely love how my hair and my daughters hair came out. She asked me what i wanted and delivered exactly that. She was so sweet with my baby as well! I am so happy I have found a reliable place in my neighborhood!

Anna does an amazing job with my color and always brings my short, fine hair back to life. Everyone who walks into the salon is treated like family, and it’s very nice to see how the stylists treat each and every customer with such care and kindness. I am also jealous of the women with long hair who walk out with such beautiful blow outs. It is obvious that the salon can work wonders with all different lengths and types of hair.

Laura did an amazing job on my hair! I showed a photo of what I wanted and it came out exactly how it was in the inspiration photo. She gave me layers and bangs, as well blow dryed it. In love! ❤️
