They delivered a different item, the person on the phone was rude when I told them about my order. "What do you want me to do about it" was their initial response but eventually sent out the original order. Worse part was that they wanted the delivered food back, even though it was already opened. Makes me wonder if they re-sell and give the contaminated food to someone else.

The new ownership of this restaurant sucks zero star , i’ve been ordering chicken and broccoli from the same restaurant last seven years last two years everything’s been getting smaller and smaller… a large chicken and broccoli Looks like a small chicken and the food is so oily and it doesn’t taste as same. RIP 🪦 Last time I will ever go there.BY THE WAY SO CHEAP WITH THERE HOT SAUCE AND DUCK SAUCE !!!!! Bring back the old owner

None of the food we ordered was very good. Pot stickers dry, not juicy. Flavor not that good either.

I grew up on this place. The wonton soup is the greatest I have ever had. I really like everything but that wonton soup is also an insane value. Get the large.

Overall my order of Jumbo shrimp and broccoli, Scallion pancakes and Shrimp Lo-mein was good! Yet my craving for chicken wings proved to be a BUST❗❗❗ I DIDN'T like the over battered wings, Crunchy, Fatty frozen tasting wing tips❗❗❗ The service was warm & friendly though! Although I truly ordered just for the wings😉

I ordered the Singapore Mei Fun with chicken and I was very pleased. The dish was fresh and my order didn't take long.

After a 12 hour day of work, I ordered dinner for the first time from Jade spoon. I ordered chicken and broccoli with little sauce. It even said that on my receipt. If you’re going to charge $15 for chicken and broccoli, it needs to be made the way the customer asks. My food was drowning in a greasy brown sauce. Gross!!!

Very good place with some good takes on dishes. Shrimp with chili sauce is awesome. I go here often and pick up directly from them, so I'm a big fan and try to save them on annoying delivery apps. But the last time I came here I asked for some extra hot mustard and the woman looked at me like I was crazy before giving me 2 more. Cmon guys. Am I not tipping enough?

I usually don’t write reviews . But I want to share something today. Friends of mine recommended this place to me. So I ordered delivery from human 3 tonight. It’s amazing. Food is so good and they delivered the food so fast. I really enjoyed. I will order again.

This place servers delicious Chinese food and the casherier is very friendly , I have been ordering from them for years. Food is always fresh and just the way i like.

I don’t really leave a review but Hunan 3 is hard to ignore. Visiting from uptown with a friend, he ordered a Chinese takeout. When it came, i could smell a distinct flavorful smell. It really is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back next month when I visit!
