As a mom of 3 active children I couldn’t be happier with Mike Firestone and his amazing fitness groups. Not only is he professional but had a way with children. My kids absolutely loved going to his classes and always came back happy with lots of stories about the games and the fun they had. I would highly recommend his program to anyone looking for classes ranging from a light workout to all over fitness and endurance challenges.

Coach Mike is GREAT! He is amazing with kids. My son is 4 years old and was totally against doing any sports. We found Fire's "Top Prospect" training session for ages 4-7 and he loves it! Mike really knows how to get the kids to have play, interact and learn new skills. He makes mastering the basic skills fun. He is so patient and can you tell he loves what he does. Our family is grateful for finding this program and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Another added benefit is paying as you go per class. We are not locked in monthly fee, that we have to pay when we can't attend. I think this is a wonderful benefit to work with our schedules and budget. Give Coach Fire's classes a try you wont be disappointed!

To say my son loves Fire’s Training class is an understatement! He attends the age 5-7 class and it’s absolutely perfect for him. The kids all have a great time playing games with fun music, while also learning important skills physically that will benefit them in so many ways. Mike Firestone is an awesome coach and we’re thankful to have a fun activity for our son to go to!

Coach Firestone is a great teacher! Unlike other classes we have tried where the coach is more interested in their phone, Mike invests great time and energy on helping the kids in his class get stronger, faster, and more athletic. He is both responsive and flexible. I believe he cares about helping my kids improve.

My son (5 yrs old) has been going to the top prospect class for the last 6 months and he enjoys it a lot. Coach Fire is very good with teaching the fundamentals to the young ones and making it fun for them at the same time.

I like Michael Firestone because he is a great trainer and is very professional. The training definitely has produced results. He communicates well with parents about schedules and with the kids during training. I have two girls 10 and 6 training with Firestone and they love how fun he makes exercise. Definitely would recommend.
