Excellent selections of vegetables and food choices. Love the matcha ice cream and reb bean shaved ice. The price is reasonable. Sufficient number of staffing to provide great services and keep the entire area clean even when it was busy here. I'm impressed! The ambience is nice, and it can be brighter.

This is definitely the best spot to try hot pot for the first time! So many options of vegetables and food literally anything you can think of. I got to try so many new things at this place - everything I had … I loved. I can’t wait to come back and try the things I couldn’t get to :’) . Everything was up to standard… no matter how busy it was. The place was decorated very nicely. One thing that I have to complain about is how the servers don’t come around to ask them for things like drinks or more napkins or refills for the hot pot … literally I had to go find a worker. Other than that service was good.

It's not bad. The selection is top notch. The broth flavor itself is below average compared to other hot pots in the area.

This place is an absolute favorite for my friends! This place has so much to offer, and I am always so happy with the service! We specifically love the selection of veggies and the milk ice mixed with green tea ice cream for dessert! For the price your can’t beat the selection and honestly when I go to other hotpot places I just end up wishing I was here!

Best hot pot in the area. Love the single hot pot per person and the variety of noodles, veggie and hot pot fixings to choose from. I came for the hot pot and also enjoyed my fave dessert… green tea soft serve. So good. Worth the wait even tho it takes a while 👊🥳💪

Affordable prices with many good veggie options. You can also opt for meat and seafood but I thought there were enough vegetables for a complete meal. The soup base was just okay. Could be better but otherwise perfect.

The variety is the reason I love this place. There is loads of vegetables and tofu to put in the hot pot. The service was good cuz the server change the soup because my brother messed up his and they changed it for free. The food was fresh and the taste was not great.

Been going to this spot before the covid, during the covid, and post coivd. It's good to see them get full and crowded these days, they serve good food. My fav shabu shabu spot in NJ. All you can eat at 37 bucks per, which isn't too bad and their meat quality ain't too bad either. Cons from latest visit were dirty chairs and onse set of orders they forgot for which we waited a while. Understandable given how busy they were. You can always find parking here which is great as well. Get to know your sauces well, they make a big difference!

When this location used to be Minado's came here quite frequent. When they close down, I just forgot about this place. I've been going to Hmart across from them and never knew about this place. I asked folk about and heard some positive feedback, so I gave it a try. I have to say the hot pot was very good and the selection had a good turnover. I like the fact I go up and get my selection instead of me putting in the order and waiting. It was spacious, and I didn't feel crowded in. Been to other type, and they either feel cramp or the hotpot would steam up the room. I travel to the Manhattan most of the time to do hot pot but I think this will take there place.

This is what I'm talking about as far as hot pot, fresh cooking. Pick whatever vegable and meat and cook it yourself. I mean oil and salt and pepper and lots of other sauces and things to add to your taste. Awesome spot. It's best on my list of hot pots, and it's super clean.

Large place, organized well, you can also order alcohol. Which is not available at all hot pot restaurants. I had the veggie broth which was ok. Hot pot is really what you make out of it so I can only rate this spot on the convenience which was just good.

My favorite shabu shabu hotpot spot coming from NYC. My go to after King Spa. Excellent service. I love their teriyaki pork ribs. When they’re fresh they’re a heavenly experience. They have green tea/vanilla soft serve and a new bingsoo machine too which is amazing.

Good variety, but personally didn't like the food compared to other hotpot competitions nearby given the price range. Broth smells & tastes fishy,I tried the Dashi one. you need to know your stuff on how to mix the sauces the way you like it.

One of my go-to spots around this area! My friends and I have been to a few hot pot spots, but we keep coming back here. The selection at Garden Shabu is huge and always stocked, restaurant is clean, sauce bar is big, and soft serve green tea ice cream is always a plus. The broths are more along the lines of shabu shabu broth, so a bit milder than traditional hot pot places. I've done both AYCE and buffet-only options and both are worth it!
