They may have few nice things but I will never shop with them again. I ordered dresses for a wedding and waited 12 days to get them. After trying to return one of them I was told they can’t take it back because their return policy is 14 days from the ship date not from the date you received it. Does it make sense? You wait for something for a long time becasue obviously it’s not your fault it’s been in transit for so long and then the store tells you they don’t care that’s their return policy and that they can’t take it back. 14 days from a ship date. What a joke. Will never ever go back there.

Visited the Windsor in Wayne this afternoon. The purpose for my visit was to return an item and receive a full refund. Janelle was knowledgeable on the return policy and procedure and thoroughly explained it to me. Which had not been done at the previous Windsor I shopped at a few days ago. Although, the outcome was not what I was expecting I felt that with Janelle’s customer service and willingness to help remedy the issue in the best way possible really changed my mind about continuing to shop at Windsor. I will definitely return and shop at this location. Thank you, Janelle!

There was only one nice girl out of the 5 working. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to give us change (which was less than $15 btw). Store is a mess, please get better workers.

My daughter needs to buy a dress and they decided to close fitting rooms 2 hours before closing the store. They said not enough employees. Ridiculous !! And they want customers to just buy without trying it on!!

I found this gem of a store recently. I went to the Willowbrook mall to find a dress for my friend's wedding and I really a gem. I got a dress, shoes, and a bracelet right in a good budget. The two ladies that were working were amazing as well. They both really took the time to help me put the outfit together, were very informative and really just had beautiful personalities! I can't wait to go back because they also had really cute clothes for everyday ware as well !

The employees there are so rude and have the worst attitude

Went into dressing room after waiting almost a half hour in line trying to get a dress for my fiancé for a family event. Went into dressing room with her as the only place to sit was a ledge inside the dressing room and i have a leg injury which makes it painful to stand for a long time. Now, this Ogre of a woman salsperson with the worst half and half grown out roots dyed hair bangs on the door repeatedly and aggressively, yelling at us that if one of us doesnt get out now, we both have to leave the store as if we were teenage kids fooling around in there or something when she was just trying to squeeze into this body con gown and i was just trying to rest my leg for a minute and help her get the thing over her head. One day that individual is gonna end up doing that to someone who may have special needs and requires assistance. Ridiculous and embarassing.
