It was great service. It was my first time visiting and the service went smoothly and the facility was clean & welcoming. Registration at the front desk didn’t take long, the nurse who aided my vital check was friendly and comforting and my Dr made everything easy. The online option to set appointments and to see lab results were efficient & helpful on their website. I love that they offer so many different services at their facility.

Quick and easy service. They don’t beat you over the head with visit pricing if you do not have insurance. It’s also very helpful the nearest pharmacy to pick up prescriptions is one block away. Staff was kind and the office was nice and sterile. I hope to not be sick again anytime soon but if something happens and they’re open i will go there. They are open from 8-8pm / not 24 hours.

My experience overall was definitely a 5 star. The workers starting from the front desk were very nice and helpful. I was literally in and out no long wait also the place is so clean and welcoming. Yanees was very respectful and helpful when scheduling all my appointments. Glad I made the switch here very pleased with my experience.

This was one of the few positive experiences I have had with Urgent Care. Vanessa was fabulous and so caring. I didn't feel rushed. Ms. Vanessa (the woman with the cool hair ha!) took the time to hear my concerns, especially when I expressed my fear of needles. She was very helpful and kind. It was such a smooth visit! I recommend coming here!

My experience here at Doral health was simply amazing. The facility is very clean and has exemplary organizational skills. The staff is very professional, pleasant and empathetic. I was lucky to have Rosa assist me with my follow up appointments and she was just a treat ! She exhibited such compassion while assisting the elderly patient before me. When assisting me, she was charismatic, sweet and overall just a pleasant being. All of the staff at Doral greet you with a warm smile and warm energy. Definitely a facility to continue working with !

Sharon the discharge coordinator at my eye doctor's office, was extremely helpful in assisting my mom during her visit. She went out of her way to ensure that my mom understood the necessary follow-up instructions and provided helpful resources for her ongoing care. Sharon's friendly and compassionate approach made us feel valued and supported throughout the entire process.

It is always a coming to Doral health &wellness. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The facility is very clean. It is always a pleasure to see my Favorite girls Nasha at the front desk and Sharon at discharge. I won’t be changing my primary care anytime soon. Doral health & Wellness is highly recommended

My experience at Doral Health & Wellness is exceptional. The staff is welcoming from the time I walked into the office and even when they nurse calls me to the back. I started going to Doral Health & Wellness for a follow up and found my primary provider.

The women at the front desk are super nice and super helpful. Thank you to Sharon at discharge for making my mother’s discharge process quick and easy. She even went the extra mile to schedule my mom an appt for a physical therapy location that was convenient for her.

I had a great experience, everyone is really nice and helpful. Very informative, the staff are majority women and it feels like a safe environment. Also Shannon is really cool and a great employee!
