Visited this store today, and was welcomed to an extremely rude greeting by one of the store employees (black hair with glasses). Instead of saying “welcome we’ll be closing soon in ___minutes” she instead just yelled out across the store as soon as we walked in to say “THE WHOLE MALL CLOSES IN 2 MINUTES”. She was extremely unprofessional and that kind of behavior and lack of customer service will definitely turn away paying customers. I will not be returning to this particular store again.

Great selection but not helpful or attentive. I was the only one in the store and there were about 6 employees. Wasn’t greeted when I entered, offered any assistance and when I left no good byes like most stores …hmm I’ll shop elsewhere

If you're a Banana Republic fan, you'll love these prices! You can easily score many items at 50% off or more. Unlike some of the other outlets, it did not feel crowded.

I really like the clothes, but the employees are rude. Also, they are not open when posted and one time they literally kicked us out and hour before closing saying it was staff shortage. Maybe they need to pay them more?

This is one of the best shopping experiences ever! So many helped me find items in store today, order items if not available in store, look for all cotton items if possible and check me out. I have never met kinder and more sincerely willing to help as these caring retail employees in one store ever. I just hope they will see this and accept my thank you's again as they are so heartfelt.Take the best of care all of you. And Banana Republic, look after them well. Susan

The girl behind the counter wasn't feeling her job today! Out of all the stores we purchased from she was the least pleasant. The store seemed to have either very small or very large sizes in men's clothing for the most part. Unfortunate

Customer service here was top notch, everyone was friendly, polite, and went out of their way to make sure I had a good shopping experience. There was a good selection of clothes, the store layout is very open, everything was clean and well organized, with clearance and sales easily marked.

Staff was fabulous. Nice clothing selection. Large open for plan with plenty room to move about. Decent prices. Floors in the dressing rooms desperately need cleaned!!
