The only good part about my visit was the triage nurse. I can't remember if her name was Madison or Morrison. My actual nurse who never introduced herself was horrible. My discharge paperwork said her name is Christina. She didn't check on me the entire time I was there. I had to ask her who my nurse was only for her to say "it's me". The doctor was rude and dismissive and told me "you look fine so why are you here" . I had to advocate for myself because he was going to send me home without running any tests. I was beyond upset to see that my ct showed colitis among other issues. What if I didn't speak up for myself. Now we also have noticed that my current report in my chart is completely different from the report on my discharge papers. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this particular location has had these issues. The nurses speak disrespectfully to the patients and they talk amongst themselves about the patients and stay on their cellphones. Horrible attitude and patient care. I'm currently looking into what can be done seeing as how last time I had a bad experience and was misdiagnosed no one ever returned my call. Stay away from this location.

Told Triage my problem, they ushered me into a room, nurses and doctors ,preformed all necessary tests, received Treatments, felt much better in a very short period. Luckily was able to be discharged in less than 4 hours. WOW

The reason is. They didn’t tell me I had a high blood pressure I had to find it on the paper. And by the way, they didn’t give me a mri when I was complaining about my leg all day and I told the nurse that I been taking Advil so why give me more 😂

The staff there were very helpful and surprisingly very very good. I would definitely go back there again. I was in a lot of pain & they did all the testing that they can possibly do which made me very satisfied. Even though my pain is still throbbing they gave me the GI doctor and the surgeon for aftercare thank you again to all the staff

We are a military family new to the area & this was my first time using this ER, after my experience I only have great things to say. All of the nurses were amazing. The charge nurse/head nurse was one of the best care providers I have ever experienced. I loved her quick wit, it's not often you can smile when in the emergency room. It was very clear that she was extremely knowledgeable & I felt safe in her care. My assigned nurse (I think her name was Jordan) was also wonderful, very caring & relatable. The PA that I seen was fine. Overall great experience & I would highly recommend this facility.

From the moment I got to the ER until I left, I was well cared for. The staff was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They answered all my questions and concerns and took care of me. I received outstanding care even though they were “busy.” The nurse taking care of me kept apologizing for being swamped, but I did not notice her absence. The other staff members constantly checked in and made sure my needs were being met. I would recommend people come here instead of other area hospitals for care and treatment. Best kept secret!
