Dr Kapoor is great! First time seeing her, but she gets it! I drive all the way from VA to visit True North because I haven’t found a neurologist where I live who can adequately manage the complexities of my case. Worth the trip. Whole team is professional, courteous and efficient. In and out in no time at all.

What a great experience! A fresh change from the many doctors who wouldn’t bother to listen to me as the patient. I suffer with sleep issues. Dr. Shank was so understanding & caring. She scheduled me for an at home sleep study & reassured me we would come up with a solution so I could have a restful sleep! The staff were very attentive & helpful! Lovely office! Highly recommend!

I got a bill for $2,500 after I spoke to a physicians assistant for 5 minutes, got no testing done whatsoever, and ultimately decided that I needed to see another doctor. I asked for an itemized bill and it stated “services not documented in patients’ medical records.” I’ve been attempting to determine how they justified this bill and came up with this price, but the billing department has no idea and keeps stating that “they will get back to me”. With that in mind, I’ve also been threatened with collections from the billing department. None of this makes sense. I’ve reached out to a lawyer. Do not go here unless you want to be billed an outrageous amount for literally nothing with no possible way to get an explanation. Edit: This is even with BCBS insurance.

This was the best medical experience in my life. Chris knew exactly what I was talking about about and came up with a solution. I was able to get my nerve block within two weeks and my headaches are relieved. Easy and fast check in everyone is so nice and obviously enjoys working there. I've have nothing but faith in my future with this 0ractice. Will refer to anyone that needs neurology intervention.

PA Stella Abayeva is wonderful to work with! She talks you through everything she does with poise and a gentle hand. Very informative; high key recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr. Spinner and his PA, Kristin. Even the front desk was wonderful. I came in and I had a new insurance card unbeknownst to me. They let me call and get the new information, which took almost a half an hour and they were STILL willing to see me AND take their time with me. They were very thorough with their questioning and exam. They were very knowledgeable in the area of my pathology. They were very collaborative in understanding my goals and giving me different avenues to meet them. I trust them with my care going forward.

I enjoyed my visit at the 6080 office. All the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. My Doctor was very caring and understanding. I will recommend this office to anybody that has neurological issues. Thanks to all the staff.

I drive from the farthest point of western LI to see Dr. Beth Silverstein. She is so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I always feel better after I see her. She is the first Doctor Ive seen that I have gotten results with. Its changed my life being seen by her, its the only time I have had relief.
