One of the worst experiences I have had at any establishment. The woman who I spoke to either could not understand anything I was saying or purposely ignored all my questions. I placed an order for two smoothies but when I got to the location the woman stated that she did not have my order even though it was in the system. A very terrible location that I would not recommend anyone visit.

The drink (Blue Magic) was excellent like what Ive ordered many times, but the customer service should be improved. The lady staff gossiped in front of me.

I got something I’ve never had before. I was surprised that all of them were good. The staff was very nice as well.

Juice Press Hell's Kitchen is the very best location of the best juice/smoothie bar in the world. Courtney, the manager at this location, is a force of nature -- you'll come for the A+ juices and smoothies but stay for the great conversation with him. Stephanie and the other members of his crew are also top notch. Run, don't walk!

The employee who was working alone was not nice or helpful as she barely spoke when asked questions and took longer to make my drink because I did not tip. I would've tipped had she greeted us, answered my allergy questions, and just been friendly but she was not. Your customer should never be nicer than your employees, maybe it was just her but given it was my first time here I will not return for this reason. Not worth it for 10$

Every time I go into Juice Press the guys behind the counter are so energetic and nice, and totally make the experience of getting a juice here worthwhile.

Please add “Mint Chip Shake” to your store menu. I saw it on the online menu and ordered it in store. I showed the server the photo but then received a “Green Mint” instead. I came back and asked about it and was met with pushback. So I just took my wrong order. Next time I’ll go somewhere else.

We love this Juice Press location as they are always SO KIND and well stocked. Give the team a raise!!!

In my humble opinion, Juice Press in Hell's Kitchen has the best Chocolate Protein Smoothie and excellent customer service by Justin.

The staff here are wonderful. Amazingly delicious smoothies. They do custom orders, but if you don't have one, I'd recommend the fountain of youth.
