I used to be a customer here back in about 2006-2009ish before they extended the business and built the lounge side. Loved the level of service I received. The person that I knew was a state trooper. He was a really nice man, helpful and super knowledgeable in cigars. First time I walked in there I was lost. Then to took a break for 10+ years dealing with life. A month ago I returned snd loved, loved the upgrade they did. The huge beautiful wall in cigar storage, the amazing and large cigar lounge and the selection is still there. I have nothing to complain about. Moms cigar shop is just cigar heaven!

Visited a few times and was never told about being added to an email list, nor was I ever informed about a rewards program, nor about any upcoming cigar events. Walked in today and they must’ve had an event a few hours earlier because tons of empty food trays were in the trash and the lounge was about 80% empty and the owner has the audacity to say in order to sit down and enjoy a cigar, I need to purchase five, and if not, I’m not allowed to sit in the lounge. I informed him I wasn’t aware and had just left from Manhattan to enjoy a few cigars there and this guy had no respect for the business I’d given him previously. I told him I was unaware and he let me know it didn’t matter. If I don’t purchase 5 cigars, I’d have to leave. I let him know in advance I’d be giving him a negative review and he actually said “thank you”. I think it’s disgusting when a business owner is rude like this because it lets you know how they really feel about you, but after you’ve been spending your money. A few employees were standing behind the counter looking embarrassed by the dialog I was having, knowing they had just seen me there a few days ago spending my money there. There are other lounges a few miles away on the same street so it’s no biggie, but for this lounge to have cigars priced so Exorbitantly high, you would think they’d care about every person who walks in the door.

My girlfriend and I come here on the regular. It's a very cozy Cigar Lounge and has a very diverse selection of cigars. You can bring in food or an alcohol bottle to enjoy with your cigar for a $10 fee for each. The humidor where the cigars are held for sale is huge, and meticulously maintained. Mom's also sells humidors, CBD and THC gummies, as well as many other products related to cigar smokers. The staff is very friendly and personable. There are Cigar events held every few months. Just recently, we were able to attend an Davidoff event which started very promptly and can get quite crowded. Ticket prices were $100 and came with an Davidoff unreleased Flask (at the time) and Davidoff sampler cigars. Very satisfied!

I spend about 2-5 hours here a week during the cooler months. Very very please with the care of the inventory, help from the employees and cleanliness of the lounge. 100% recommended shop in the area. For all those complaining about the price, it is understandable, but like any other tobacco seller there are state and local taxes that they need to make up when selling from a brick and mortar shop. If you prefer to get more for your buck, spend some time in the lounge. I guarantee you will enjoy it.

Honestly it’s a nice place good cigar selection but it’s been run down by the so call manager the place closes at 12 but he’s kicking every one out @11pm on the dot yelling for everyone to get out now. And when u say something to him he tells you he’s the “owner” and that’s not true at all ,he continues to say I don’t care how much money you spend here its my rules and if u don’t like don’t come here anymore. This is not the first incident and a lot people keep complaining about him also not a friendly person at all u ask him a question about any cigars he shrugs he’s shoulders and brushes u off I don’t understand why the owner keeps him employed. I will no longer go there and I usually bring more than 10 people at time but as long he is employed there I won’t go .

Great cigar lounge atmosphere. A lots of selection of cigars to buy. I travel all the way from Suffolk county longisland for this cigar lounge. Worth the drive or taking a uber of you are planing to B.Y.O.B. 😆

Nice and spacious lounge lounge. The humidor is huge with a variety of Cigars untouched by any other local cigar lounge. I truly enjoyed the experience.

This is a top shelf cigar shop. Well inventoried, walk-in Humidor. Excellent customer service, helpful staff and they have a Lounge. Recommended.

I have a personal moment here I’ll never forget. But besides that, this cigar shop is excellent. Nice big room to enjoy your favorite cigar in comfortable leather chairs. Lots of TV’s!

Love this place! Awesome cigar selection. All top quality. To boot, they have an awesome lounge where you can smoke your cigars purchased... as well as allowing you to bring your own drink (they have glassware, ice, coffee, etc... Additionally, there is PLENTY of luxury seating, TVs, areas, etc... HIGHLY recommended.
