Went there again after 3 years, still Way better than Chipotle. Very affordable, great fresh food. Cookies and brownies are sins, so goog, crispy outside and soft inside 😋😋🤩🤩😍😍. Everyone are very welcoming Great customer service.

Shout out to Mike and Estalia! Best managers there, super friendly and social, very fast, and knows how to manage their staff. Went to the store 10 minutes before they were closing and they were super kind and patient with me. Highly recommend this place if you haven’t tried it already. AMAZING FOOD!!!

I would give a five but not all of their servers are nice. I see them nice and smile at my Hispanic people but not to me and my family. The man manager is extremely kind but the lady manager is not friendly or nice. It feels super awkward. There food is better than Chipotle but I hope they get more of them so I can go to a different one.

Great food. Fast service. Staff is awesome. Especially the shirt girl with blonde hair. What appeared to be the manager came to our table and asked if we enjoyed our food and took our trays for us. Little things like that make a customer like me come back. Keep up the great work.

Hi when I tried to get the guacamole on the combo with the soda and chips on it, all they have is queso and salsa, I only want it with guacamole with the combo after I order the taco salad but the people works there are nice

Yall just lost a customer. Couldn't notify me that certain items of my order were out of stock. I call I spoke to "jahaira" and gave me an excuse. Food ice cold. I spent $60 for what? I could've gotten Taco Bell or Burger King next door and been satisfied. Oh and they gave my man an issue picking up food. Asking for a combination number when it says on the receipt that I don't need it for pickup. I'm disgusted and disappointed. I'd go back for my money but it's pouring out. My family agreed and this is the first time we've ever been disgusted. I'm just waiting for guest relations to reach out to me

The staff taking orders need to pay more attention. I have gone there twice and twice, and they have gotten my order wrong . And they have attitudes . They also need to keep the place a little cleaner..

I originally was going to give 1 star but because of Jahira the manager and the staff Sunday night I have to give them a big FIVE STARS. My husband made an order through ubereats but after waiting 1 hr the order finally arrived but it was a completely different order. The uber driver told him that was the order the restaurant gave him. We called upset because we felt that was careless on their part. After speaking to Jahira she explained the orders are left on a shelf for the drivers to get on their own and deliver to the customers. Although I believe this strategy should change, Jahira rectified the problem the best way she could. She was extremely polite and the rest of her staff as well. The way Jahira handled the problem is what made me want to give them 5 stars. Yes, a great experience at a restaurant is 5 star worthy, but how staff resolves an issue is 5 star worthy as well. GREAT JOB JAHIRA!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I just ordered from here about 15 mins ago. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and they forgot to put chicken in both of them . Literally, just rice, lettuce, black beans, cheese and sour cream. It’s just sad how they couldn’t even manage to put the most important part of the meal into the bowl. I still cant wrap my head around how that’s possible. It’s a chicken bowl and you add toppings. How do you forget to put the chicken?

Great staff. Horrible food orders tried 3 times while working near and each time was worthy than the next. Also turn off your alarm system! Anyways hated that this place exsists. Go to chipotle even if it’s owned by McDonald’s.

Pet friendly I guess because a woman came in with 2 large German shepherds. The wait was not that long. The food is absolutely amazing. It tastes so delicious, recommend the 3 cheese chicken fajita bowl w/ cilantro rice ,black beans, white cheese sauce🥰, and whatever other toppings you would like to add. It was delish and I recommend the fountain drinks Hi-C (strawberry, and lemonade flavors) they taste so good, and go great with the meals. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Love the tables in back of the restaurant.

At work yesterday, I ordered Qdoba for lunch, and they wrote on my bag! It’s literally the little things that count. This is the first Valentine’s Day I’ve felt sad and lonely. Just a little message from people who made my food, made me feel special! Also, besides that, Qdoba is always bomb! 10/10! The only thing I would recommend is more drink options on Grubhub/Uber Eats and a little more rice, sometimes there’s more protein than rice (and I love your rice haha). Much love! ❤️

Very poor service! The manager was extremely rude! Sharley was her name. I had a question concerning the Qdoba rewards app and I was not spoken to like a customer should be spoke to with respect! I have worked in customer service for years and was taught to always greet the customers and treat them with kindness! Im very disappointed with the service considering how much I love Qdoba’s food. I was also going to be charged for double chicken when I did not get double chicken. I will definitely be looking for a new location!!

Fresh and clean food. Love the queso. Im addicted to it. Wish i could eat everyday if i lived closer lol. The chips are well seasoned with salt and lime. Pickup is usually fast. Some workers will be super cool and nice and some are kind of iffy. But once you taste that magical goodness you will forget about any worries or bad stuff. 😊

Someone charged ~$70 on my Qdoba account at this location over a week ago. Since then, support has not got back with me so I can change my password (have to contact support to do this) or for a refund to make this right. Delete your cards off your accounts. They have been compromised and you could be the next victim!

Wonderful staff & service at the Myrtle Avenue location. Food always tastes fresh, delicious, and is very filling. The staff there, especially Michael & Jasmine, are so helpful. They make sure that you are satisfied with whatever you order. They’re So kind, hospitable, and I know whoever goes there for their 1st time, will go back many more times. For me it’s a travel, but it’s worth it no hesitation.

Dear qdoba I'd like to thank you so much for bringing back the tortilla soup. Since this soup was one of my ultimate favorites and when you guys discontinued it I was heartbroken, knowing that it's back... im completely speechless! Thank you one thousand times! I couldn't have had a better mother's day haha. Also! The staff was very kind and patient when putting my food together.
