    I brought my car to have some damages surveyed and repaired. An employee, Jason, did a great job explaining what work will need to be done and did a thorough inspection. The total was a little higher than other competitors, but I decided to have M3 make the repairs. I scheduled to have the car serviced a month in advance as this would be the only time I can be without the car for over a week. I get a call from them just a couple days before my appointment saying they will need to push back the service. There was very little concern for losing my business and NO effort to keep my appointment as scheduled. So just as easy as it was for them to lose a customer, I’m giving this poor review.

    My front bumper was hit by an unknown driver. Their repair job is excellent. The car looks as good as new.

    I had a car accident on 9 December. I called him and asked them if they would be responsible to move my car from Brick New jersey to their location. Nick generously explained that they were very busy but he would take the car as long as I understand it would have to wait. And it has, three months. Throughout that time, they have done everything to create a safe car for me. Getting parts takes forever. That means you never know where you are in the process. Covid slows down employees. M3 is a class act. They couldn’t control how frequently or how fast supplies were coming. They couldn’t control whether employees were getting ill. What they did was stay calm and focused. Michelle was a great representative and continued to be generous with her time and understanding. Nick worked very hard to keep his word. Sometimes it didn’t work. We always understood we were the same thing together. I gave them the five star. Their work is excellent. They deliver. I’m grateful that I had them to take care of me. I hope I don’t have to but I would use them again. Thank you everybody

    my experience with M3 was favorable the receptionist was friendly and helpful. when I first arrived I was in need of a rental and was unaware that I had make a reservation to rent a car. The receptionist had my claim information readily available to make this transition easy for me greatly appreciated it!!. I was updated each time there was a change on the completion date of my car, and I am happy with the results overall. I would recommend this business.

    Repairs, great…..customer service, extremely poor and I will never use them again!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Never got a callback to say my car was ready for pickup as I was promised, after a week delay. So I had to call them the next day and was told the person I was working with was off. I said I would be there at 12 to get my car but I showed up an hour early. While waiting, guess who popped out of the room……yup, the same person I was told was off. NEVER AGAIN……

    This is the second time I've used these guys. They're excellent. They're on schedule. They do great work and the staff is great. If you need a rental car while your car is being worked on, Enterprise is right on property.

    Fix my car and looks brand spanking new! Took a couple months which was the only down side , but nothing they could do my car parts was on back order. :( very communicative and patient with me ! Thank you guys again especially NICK ! And the lady at the nurse is so sweet and beautiful .

    Contacted M3 for bodywork needed due to an accident. Entire process from drop off to pick up was smooth and trouble free. I Scheduled a time/date for my car to be dropped off. Arrived at shop to a friendly greeting by Michelle. An employee came out and looked over my car and went over my estimate and gave me a realistic timeframe for repairs. All employees that I came in contact with were extremely friendly and made me feel good about doing business there. M3 regularly sent me status updates about my car. My car repair was completed in the estimated time frame that they gave me. When I picked up my car- the Repair looked great- my car was washed and the the interior vacuumed. I would highly recommend M3 to anyone who is looking to have high quality body work done. They underpromised and over delivered!! Thank you

    Every single thing about my experience here met my expectations. Price, appmt date, completion, communication, workmanship ✅✅✅✅. Was there to have a scratch/dent through the primer on my front right fender and hood. Been 2 weeks and you cannot tell it was ever there. Thanks so much Nick and staff!

    Had windshield on our Dodge Durango replaced...Nick and Michelle were a pleasure. Nick quoted me a great price and scheduled the replacement when it was convenient for me, and it was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use M3 again.

    DO NOT USE 3M collision. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. My experience was beyond terrible. Every single person there that I spoke to was completely incompetent and they and unhelpful. The first sign of trouble was, It took 7 months for the parts to be “delivered”. I was given the run around about the parts for 7 months. That was because M3 didn’t order them when they accepted the repair. Thankfully, my car was drivable so I was able to use my car while the parts were being “delivered”. Although, I later found out that the parts weren’t ordered for months after accepting the work. I kept following up with phone calls regarding the parts and was finally told that they didn’t order them because Geico didn’t send them the insurance money yet. When the parts we’re finally ordered and delivered 7 months had gone by. I should have run for the hills but M3 already had been paid from Geico. At that point, I was told that the repairs would take 4 weeks and I could drop off my car. I had no communication from M3 after 4 weeks so, I had to call M3 to ask the status. I was told that they needed “bolts” to complete the job and it would be another week. So now, it’s 5 weeks for repairs. Again, I have no communication from M3. I call again and I’m told it would be at least another week. I pushed for a pick up date but they were reluctant to give me an exact date. I called geico to get them involved which was also a disappointment as they were not very helpful. I did finally get a date to pick up my car. It was to be Thursday, March 30th. Again, the date comes and no communication from M3. I call and I’m told my car is not ready but it will be ready the following day which was Friday, March 31st. I was sent an email at 1:30pm and received a call at 3:30 that day for pick up. They closed at 5:30. I called on Saturday, April 1st and left a voicemail to see if I could come get my car. No response. On Tuesday, April 4th, my husband went to M3 in person to get my car. The only person who could release my car was late for work. When she finally did show up, my car was driven/brought to the delivery area. The mechanic says “the keyfob isn’t working right” and turns off the car. They couldn’t get the car started again!!! 30 minutes later, they were able to get the car started and my husband drove the car home and we changed the battery in the key fob. It was a total disaster from beginning to end. Again, DO NOT USE 3M collision they’re terrible.

    I brought my car in to have some body work done. It was very easy to have them take a look at the car and make the repairs. They have an enterprise rental on site so I also was able to easily drop my car off and pick it back up easily without disruption to my work week. I got request updates about the progress of my car. I am very pleased with the final product. They do their own painting and the color matches perfectly with the rest of my car.

    M3 Collision is 5 STAR all the way! I could not have asked for a better EXPERIENCE or OUTCOME. M3 did an OUTSTANDING job on my Mercedes after is it involved in an accident 20 days after I bought it!!! I was so VERY impressed with BOTH the customer service and the work done by their highly skilled technicians. My Benz came back PERFECT! John, Vinnie, and everyone I contacted with questions were always available, friendly and nice, and able to give me a detailed status update on my car within minutes WHENEVER I CALLED! They always did what they said they were going to do. RARE! If they said they would call me with an an update at a certain day/time, they called! They even picked up my car to fix a few small remaining items that were e waiting on parts to come in. I would Highly recommend M3 to my friends, anyone, and go back to them should I ever need.

    The body work done on the rear of my vehicle after being red-ended looks good. Staff was courteous and friendly. However a repair estimated to be complete within 9 days took 21 days. Had to keep calling to ask what was up twice when the dates they said it would be ready had come and go—didn’t get updates to let me know it would take longer. Company said they’re backed up and short staffed which I understand is the case most places right now. Just would have appreciated more communication. Car had some significant additional scratches on the passenger rear door panel when it was returned, which the company stated were already there emailing me a blurry photo taken pre service that did not show marks. Disappointed that wasn’t addressed or acknowledged.

    Brought my car into M3 for an issue I was having with my car. I was quoted for a $700 repair from a different shop. I decided to bring my car into to M3 and they were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they were able to fix my car within a day at an affordable and appropriate cost. I will now be taking all my future car dilemmas here. I would recommend there services to anyone!

    ZERO STARS———HORRIBLE experience!!! Stay away!!! DO NOT sign anything with them. My car went in looking like this. The insurance company decided to “total” it after the SKY HIGH estimate. I still wanted to keep my car opting to take less $ from insurance. I called to say I was coming to get it (btw, I drove it for one week after the accident and everything was mechanically FINE). The girl on the phone said the were “taking it to a salvage yard”. Naturally, I panicked and told her that wasn’t right. It was my car! Told her I was coming to get it. When I got there, they had disassembled the headlights and done damage to things that were FINE when I brought it in. Essentially, they were trying to take my car. They refused to let me get it. I am STILL fighting to get MY own car back! They vandalized it, threatened to bring it to salvage and now say it isn’t drivable off the lot bc they took the headlights out. It is an ongoing NIGHTMARE. I NEVER authorized them to do work OR keep my car. I CLEARLY stated to them and the insurance company that I wanted my car back. I see their reply now. It’s a scam. I was told on the phone by the rude receptionist that my car was going to “salvage” while I still owned the vehicle. They STILL have not allowed me to take my vehicle stating to a towing company that they need to “reassemble” the car - I have this on a recording. Stay FAR away from this place!!! They’ll try to smooth talk you right out of your car. DON’T SIGN ANYTHING!!!

    I don’t think I could be too much happier with the job M3 Collision did on my faithful 2005 Subaru. It looks like a new car! It is obvious that the workers there take great pride in their work. The ease with which you accomplished it all and the convenience of the Enterprise Rental car available next door made it all effortless. Also, your texts made communication very easy. Thank you, M3. Hopefully I will not need your services again, but if I do or if a friend does, I will not hesitate to recommend you.
