If
you
can
financially
handle
going
elsewhere,
I
recommend
doing
so,
especially
if
you
need
a
stable
provider.
TO
CLARIFY:
I
have
no
interest
in
talking
to
the
supervisor
because
the
issues
that
I
have
dealt
with
are
many
and
would
take
the
entire
organization
to
change
to
be
fixed
(Which
I
know
will
not
happen).
You
can
never
get
a
hold
of
the
front
desk,
and
when
you
leave
a
voicemail
you
are
never
called
back.
I
constantly
get
told
that
there
are
issues
with
billing,
but
I
have
never
been
able
to
get
a
hold
of
them,
and
since
my
insurance
information
never
changed
I
just
let
it
be.
I
had
to
text
my
therapist
directly
to
make
appointments,
because
the
front
reception
was
useless.
The
place
is
a
revolving
door
of
healthcare
providers.
I
only
had
one
therapist
that
I
continued
to
see
long
term,
before
she
left
(without
anyone
letting
me
know)
and
I
couldn't
get
an
appointment
for
months.
Cut
to
my
latest
therapist,
who
denies
one
of
my
appointments
because
I
was
5
minutes
late
for
my
45
minute
appointment,
and
when
I
asked
if
we
could
have
a
30
min
appointment
because
I
really
needed
to
speak
with
her
(tough
times,
I'll
spare
you
the
sob
story),
she
told
me
her
earliest
appointment
was
a
month
out.
I
take
it,
only
for
that
appointment
to
be
cut
short
(in
the
middle
of
me
explaining
how
I
was
at
a
really
low
point
in
my
life,
for
her
to
say
"well
I
have
some
bad
news,
I
can't
see
you
anymore")
very
unprofessionally.
I
had
texted
her
after
the
fact
and
told
her
how
she
was
wrong
for
it,
and
she
tried
to
apologize
and
say,
she
in
fact
could
still
see
me.
So,
yeah.
I
realized
that
Stress
Care
does
not
see
their
clients
as
people,
but
as
numbers,
and
I
will
not
subject
myself
to
that.
Everyone
deserves
to
have
a
mental
health
providers
that
they
feel
actually
cares
about
them.
I
will
be
going
elsewhere
for
that.
