Excellent!! Office Staff if incredibly Friendly and Extremely Helpful with Scheduling and Rescheduled appointments. Remember it's Best to communicate via the text Method vs calling. The Doctor Bill is an incredible artisan. He was also very intuitive and walked me through my multiple procedures. His assistant was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The Hygienist Did an incredible Job and the whole process was painless. I will always return to Schaumburg Dental works for any and all upcoming Maintenance and or Procedures.

Dr. Kudav was so very kind to me, and really took the time to get to know me during my first visit in the office. The dental hygienist was also incredible and super caring. I was incredibly nervous for my first dental visit since the pandemic, but they made the experience completely painless!

I had my annual cleaning today, the dental hygienist Denise was great. She helped me relax & was gentle. My dentist was honest with my consultation. I’ll be back for a more in-depth consultation with an oral surgeon. I appreciate my dentist letting me know my options.

I was quoted over the phone it would be $60-75 to talk with a dentist there. And made my appointment for 9am. I got a call back later to come at 10am when the orthodontist is there so I did and repeatly ask how much would it cost to have a tooth removed. She couldn’t even give me an estimate. When I got there The lady at the desk said I was late but I was told over the phone to come later. I got there waited just to chat briefly about my situation and charged me instead $312. Which is wayyy more than what I was told on the phone. And they quoted me $1800 to pull out one tooth. I had to walk out because that is a ridiculous amount…. Moral of the story is I paid $312 just to find out the price. Would come back ever and Don’t go here.

My husband & I have gone to these people for probably 20 years. In the past few years they have really gone downhill. Most recently I had a crown that had to be done twice. After telling them on the 2nd one I still had pain, the response was give it some time. So after months of it still bothering me I chose to see a new dentist who showed me the xray where the crown is not sitting correctly. I've tried calling and find it impossible to speak with anyone, for the most part getting recordings. Additionally my husband has a crown that simply falls out at will. I've asked them to send my records so I can take them to the new dentist and my request was not honored. Now if we want our crowns fixed by someone we'll have to pay because these folks have already collected on the insurance. How disappointing.

PLEASE. TELL. YOUR. STAFF. TO. STOP. GETTING. LONG ACLYRIC. NAILS. ONE OF THE LADYS THERE HAD 6 INCH LONG NAILS, AND HAD TROUBLE EVEN TRYING TO GET A RUBBERBAND ON MY TOOTH... PLEASE YALL IM BEGGING.

A great experience! Much better than I thought it would be (especially since I have delayed my most recent visit)
