I've been to a few dozen Culver's before and have come to appreciate the consistency between locations. Great service for our 8-person group. They made a slight mistake with our order and were quick to correct it after we brought it to their attention. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again next time.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Arrived today at 1215. Service was good. Went to get a table and my wife had to clean a table for us to set. Trash cans were over flowing. Floors had Trash and were sticky. Bathrooms were Trashed. Shrimp, cheese curds, chicken stripes were very greasy and tasted bad.Hamburger was very dry and bread was hard. This place was awful. $34. Should have asked for my money back! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

Service was OK. Tables were are dirty, we didn't have a choice but to use a dirty one. The buns were dried out like cardboard. Have never had such old buns at a Culver's before. And the buns looked like someone sat on all of them. We had 3 burgers & they were all like that. Very disappointed. Usually we like going to Culver's restaurants.

Omg I just got a salad and when they brought it out she said sorry we ran out of forks but we gave you a knife...I said how am I suppose to eat it, she said I don't know and laughed. I know Culvers has gone done hill but I did know it was this bad....if nothing else it provided a good laugh when I went back to work.

I only have one complaint about who I am not gonna say, but other than that. Everything is great. I can go there on my lunch break, and order my food, and still have half an hour left on my lunch break. Takes me 5 minutes to get there, 2 minutes to get everything ordered, and im out within 15 minutes. Love it. Keep up the great work.

We wait in line to order, there was 3 boys in front of us. Only one girl at the cash register. She decided to flirt with them. Then called the manager over, she sat there. Flirting with them, we stood for over 5 minutes and decided that that was enough. Went down to Dairy Queen. Maybe management should take them all to Dairy Queen and show them what great service looks like.Culvers wasn't busy, we came at720pm 7-11-23.Dairy Queen busy.

The golden rule for fast food restaurants is for an order to go out in 3 minutes or less so why did we wait almost 20 minutes for our food and the people with us waited over 20 minutes for their food? Only to get cold, soggy fries, a luke warm, SALTY (who puts salt on their burgers????) burger and an unmixed concrete MIXER. It was not until a few months ago that we ever had to wait over 5 minutes for food at this particular Culver’s. Whoever bought this franchise either needs to sell it back or sell it to someone who knows how to run a fast food restaurant because the new owners are not doing a good job. There aren’t enough workers to make sure orders are being taken and food is getting out on time. What happened to there being 3-4 people at the counter and 5-6 people helping prepare food? Not to mention empty garbages, fill the lid and straw dispensers, and clean off tables. Culver’s has always been known as a great place to eat because they offer fast service, fresh food, and a clean environment but that’s not the case with this one. Dairy Queen down the road will be getting a lot more business after eating here tonight. Do better Culver’s of PDC.

Honestly. Not to happy. You're lucky the food is decent at best. Was over charged for a build your own double butterburger according to the sign. It said it was 5.89 for the double and .40 for cheese. And I was charged for the normal sandwich which is 4.29. Now I know what your thinking. That's not a lot of cash. Just pay it and be OK with it. But what gets my goat is that I even asked the worker about it and they said that was the price for the SINGLE Butterburger. What the heck guys. So not only was I overcharged but I was also lied to. Great customer service!!!

I don't eat here often and they are never a let down. A really Classy burger Joint

Too many Kids running the place. The Kid that took my order was rude, and when I said something, he just shrugged it off??? Why aren't there more Adults visible-if any, to stop this behavior. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a Culvers-they are usually are GoTo restraunts. We will think twice about going here for Supper...

Culver's makes all those foods you shouldn't eat because of fat, carbs, sugar. That's OK, a person needs to indulge sometimes but if I am going to indulge, I want to have quality food that doesn't give me heartburn after. This is not that place.

They must have been short handed last evening. Waited 20 minutes for my food in the car line. When I got my chicken sandwich they forgot the sauce. Very disappointed. However this is the only time I have had a problem.

Freaking delicious food and even though it took a little longer as we have a bigger family, nothing was missing! Very nice people!!
