DO
NOT
REFER
TO
THE
CITY'S
POOL
SCHEDULE.
CALL
FOR
HOURS.
Hats
off
to
the
director
Phillip
Blackwell
for
running
an
amazing
community
facility.
Until
he's
given
authority
over
the
website,
call
for
hours
or
familiarize
yourself
with
their
online
reservation
system
(CivicRec)
which
requires
a
login,
but
allows
you
to
see
and
reserve
classes
and
open
swim
spots.
Parking
is
free
and
the
staff
are
very
friendly.
Nice
walking/running
track
elevated
indoors
above
the
pool,
weight
area
and
basketball
court.
Reasonable
assortment
of
cybex
style
weight
equipment
in
good
condition.
There
are
fitness
classes
and
activities
available
for
youth
and
adults
and
while
there's
no
cost
to
enter,
some
classes
require
a
fee.
Pool
day
passes
are
a
very
reasonable
$2
per
person
and
there
are
clean
locker
rooms
with
showers
to
change
and
rinse.
Pool
is
very
kid
friendly
but
children
must
pass
a
swim
team
to
use
the
larger
and
deeper
pools.
They
must
be
able
to
swim
2
lengths
of
the
pool
without
touching
the
sides
or
bottom
of
the
pool.
The
kid's
pool
area
is
less
than
2
feet
deep
and
has
sprinklers
to
play
in.
Neither
the
small
slide
nor
the
large
slide
for
the
deep
end
were
working
as
of
February
2023.
Deep
end
has
a
neat
little
climbing
wall
with
2
short
overhanging
routes
that
are
V0/V1
maybe
5.6/5.7
even
wet.
