I wish I could give this place no stars. The service is horrible, I made a complaint twice about finding bedbugs in two different rooms and nothing was resolved no apologies given, the water is brown, they have mice, they try to make you pay again at the desk even when you've already paid online, the wifi doesn't work for most of the time, some of the clerks at the desk are unprofessional, housekeeping could be better, the manager is never available, overpriced. I would not recommend this place at all not even to my worst enemy stay far away from this place, there much better options out there, worst experience ever things wasn't this bad when it was still under the quality inn brand, THE PLACE IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A RENEVATION. Everything needs to change

When we first got there our initial room wasn't ready and when we got to another one the TV and fridge weren't worked so we had to go to another room and the next 2 nights no hot water at all worst experience ever do not recommend staying here when there is a nicer hotel up the street not even 5 minutes away

This hotel did not have running water. Contacted John at the front desk and he said he didn’t care. I asked for my money back they refused, I even asked for a discount and my money back and they said no. I need help as my hotel room has no running water.

Beware. There’s a big difference between Motel 6 and Motel 6 “studio”. We’ve stayed here twice when it was Quality and while it was always decent. I booked 2 rooms through the website. We go to check in and you’re talking to a guy through a little hole. He tells us our rooms and we go find them and they’re outside facing rooms. We didn’t even know they had these. The one room reeked like smoke , the bathroom door was horribly broken to the point it didn’t close , water bugs everywhere, tv had no sound , air conditioning didn’t work. The other room the refrigerator leaked leaving a huge puddle in the middle of the floor and the floor was sticky. The rooms both had (dead thankfully) roaches. We all came in late so we really couldn’t do anything about it. I spoke to the desk clerk the next morning and no manager was on duty. She wasn’t even apologetic at all. When I asked her why we were put in horrible outdoor facing rooms she said because motel 6 and studio were 2 different entities and the motel 6 rooms were the outside ones. No where on the site did it say anything about it being different. The manager is supposed to contact me tomorrow to discuss this. If not I will be calling them myself. Update: Filed a complaint w/ Motel 6 corporate. They couldn't even get in touch w/ the General Manager who is supposed to follow up w/ me within 5 days. Totally unacceptable that there is no manager on duty.

Friendly service. Rooms were clean. Only downfall was their ice machines didn't work and they didn't have sugar for the morning coffee. Otherwise, it's a good place for an overnight stay.

Stayed 3 nights and 4 days the ac did not work for the first three days asked them to fix several time and sent someone twice and it still wasn’t fixed and was over charged for each night and when I made the location aware that they were overcharging me I was told that it’s corporate that I need to deal with and corporate says that I need to deal with the actual location and the issue still has not been resolved this company only cares about one thing and that about trying to get as much money as they can and screwing the customer over

Love the Place. The room was immaculate. I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff was very friendly and Professional. Easy access from I 695 highway.

Room was clean, although there were few ants but nothing problematic. Mr. Krishna at reception was very friendly and helpful.
