Beware.
There’s
a
big
difference
between
Motel
6
and
Motel
6
“studio”.
We’ve
stayed
here
twice
when
it
was
Quality
and
while
it
was
always
decent.
I
booked
2
rooms
through
the
website.
We
go
to
check
in
and
you’re
talking
to
a
guy
through
a
little
hole.
He
tells
us
our
rooms
and
we
go
find
them
and
they’re
outside
facing
rooms.
We
didn’t
even
know
they
had
these.
The
one
room
reeked
like
smoke
,
the
bathroom
door
was
horribly
broken
to
the
point
it
didn’t
close
,
water
bugs
everywhere,
tv
had
no
sound
,
air
conditioning
didn’t
work.
The
other
room
the
refrigerator
leaked
leaving
a
huge
puddle
in
the
middle
of
the
floor
and
the
floor
was
sticky.
The
rooms
both
had
(dead
thankfully)
roaches.
We
all
came
in
late
so
we
really
couldn’t
do
anything
about
it.
I
spoke
to
the
desk
clerk
the
next
morning
and
no
manager
was
on
duty.
She
wasn’t
even
apologetic
at
all.
When
I
asked
her
why
we
were
put
in
horrible
outdoor
facing
rooms
she
said
because
motel
6
and
studio
were
2
different
entities
and
the
motel
6
rooms
were
the
outside
ones.
No
where
on
the
site
did
it
say
anything
about
it
being
different.
The
manager
is
supposed
to
contact
me
tomorrow
to
discuss
this.
If
not
I
will
be
calling
them
myself.
Update:
Filed
a
complaint
w/
Motel
6
corporate.
They
couldn't
even
get
in
touch
w/
the
General
Manager
who
is
supposed
to
follow
up
w/
me
within
5
days.
Totally
unacceptable
that
there
is
no
manager
on
duty.
