I have 2 units ... Giovanna & Alexander made it easy for Me, have helped in making sure everything is clean, I know exactly how to handle things, know all the particulars, and My cards are registered for payments ... it's been great! Everything's always COOL! The temperature is regulated comfortably, I wish You all had another bathroom that could be utilized when the office is closed! I've been there since 2010!!!

Very easy to deal with! I signed up online on a Sunday and drove my things right over and locked them up. Their staff followed up with a very pleasant phone call and I highly recommend! Clean, too!

Giovanna and Alex are the best ever at their job and as people! I came in today with my fiance after a funeral and they were so friendly and humorous and lighthearted, extremely knowledgeable on stuff and answered all our questions. They are realistic, conversational, and wonderful to be around. I really appreciate their kindness and help in getting a storage unit. Great Place… the energy of the team is great Donna runs a solid ship her energy is great and Giovanna was much the same on my check out. I also had to make a change and Donna and the after hours contact center rep was also solid I will go to no other storage facility !

The team of Giovanna and Alexander at Extra Space Storage are really helpful. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable and they are either in the office or will answer the phone when you need them. They helped me work through a planned rate increase to a new rate I was comfortable with. Place is clean and secure. Been there since August and no complaints.

Giovanna and Alexander were wonderful in their service orienting me with the facility. And not just helpful but also very much human. It was informative and even fun despite how simple the service was! In my experience Extra Space Storage is perfect for easily affordable and safe storage of extra items. Great place for storage. Alex was very helpful with everything. He even helped me with grabbing stuff in my unit I couldn’t reach and also got me a great rate! Highly recommended and he deserves a raise for all he does ! The unit area is very clean also
