Best B&N in Richmond. Always have what no other stores do, especially in terms of sports cards. Also, I was just in there on 1/17 at 5:30ish and the girl behind the counter took my breath away. She was so sweet and beautiful.

This location was a staple of my childhood, I wish they’d bring back all the random comfy chairs throughout each section, in fact have more than before now that there is no CD section to sit down & listen to CD promos lol. Bringing back the chairs would make this 5 star and add immensely to the atmosphere

Ordered a drink from Starbucks and asked for less ice. I know I have to have some ice because of the recipe but I just didn't want a cup full of ice. The barista gave me a sarcastic 'sure' and gave me a bunch of ice. Customer service could improve.

Two floors of books and with a cafe that sells cookies and coffee. Great place to be among book lovers even though you can order online from home. The store is decorated for Christmas and it seems to be busy with folks buying books. Great variety of genre of books.

i come to this barnes and noble about every day that i go to work. it’s so nice and peaceful, so i come here during my lunch break and sit in a little corner to read. staff is very nice and helpful. and the music isn’t too overbearing which is great!!

Two floors packed with books, magazines, cards, and more. Access 2nd floor by escalator or elevator. The store is well organized and clean. The BN staff are very helpful with either physically locating a book or finding a title - librarians in disguise. Small cafe with tasty treats and coffees open hours similar to store. BN is an easy place to spend several hours and feel like minutes.

Excellent selection of books. Very helpful staff. Easy to find what you're looking for. So many books. I tried a new author and I'm loving the book. It's called Jane Darrowfield and The madwoman next door by Barbara Ross. I also got two books on myths and legends.

I think it has the biggest selection of any barnes and noble in the area. However, I hope you don't need assistance with anything because the customer service is terrible. I have called out to workers and literally had them walk away.

The location has more selection. It was my second b&n stop for a specific item for a birthday. Friendly staff, did not feel rushed for a Friday evening.

Massive B&N with a wide selection. The parking lot is kind of a nightmare, I highly recommend NOT parking in front of the store, it's tedious to get out with cars zooming past behind you. Otherwise a great store.
