When we walked into our vacation house to discover water damage caused by three weeks of a leak on the second floor, the ceilings and walls were coming down, the floors were all cupped, and the upholstered furniture was soaking and mildewed. We called Servpro, and they arrived and went to work the next morning. They dried out the house, tore up and removed all affected walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, and cabinets, and inspected carefully for mold/mildew. Because our flood happened in December, very little mold had grown, so we were lucky, but the damage was quite extensive (about $120,000 worth). Everyone we dealt with was wonderful -- very responsive and very professional. They handled everything with our insurance company, which also made our lives much easier. Although we could not stay in the house, we trusted them to be there when we were not, and they were very good at staying in frequent communication. I don't know how we would have managed without them.

This company's service is very professional, prompt and friendly. They came out on an emergency call and exceeded all of my expectations. Craig was very friendly and helpful in estimating the water damage repairs. He provided me an estimate within an hour of leaving my home. It was extremely detailed and easy to read. He was courteous and professional throughout the call. He was also efficient is assessing the issue so the process didn't take all day. Lindsey handled the office side payment for the estimate and she was also very professional and welcoming. Unfortunately I was not able to use their services due to my financial situation. However, I would recommend them based on their customer service and fairly priced work.

The line from the water to fridge/freezer split while I was on vacation and you can imagine the mess I had upon my return. I cleaned up the water, but didn’t realize the residual damage that could occur. I called Servpro and they had Craig out within a day to estimate the potential work. Allison from the office contacted me right away to schedule the work. Josh and his crew came out, started the cleanup process and discovered more damage than expected. This would need to be approved by my insurance company. Suffice it to say, it became a juggle between Craig with estimations, Josh and crew with doing work & dropping off and picking up fans, and my insurance company. There was a lot of back-and-forth and a lot of coordination but, I must say if it weren’t for Servpro, I probably would’ve lost my mind or at least ended up in tears. I’m officially done with tearing things up and clean up. Thanks to Servpro. What a great team of professional, personable and experience! Thank you all.

Had an absolutely terrific experience with the entire ServPro team, including the water mitigation visit, removal of equipment, the follow up phone calls and email, and the reconstruction assessment! They were the utmost professionals - 100% respectful and they all really treated me well during this very difficult time. Servpro was recommended by our contractor for a small job (removing wet drywall and moldy insulation, and treating ceiling, after a rainwater leak). Their surveyor came quickly, the quote was reasonable, and the crew was prompt, polite, and did a professional job, leaving the area clean. They offered additional fan rental to dry the area, but were not pushy about it, and after the job agreed that it was not really needed in our case. Would use them again.

Servpro Arnold saved us when water was left running in a clogged sink for almost 9 hours. The water went from our third floor bathroom all the way to our basement. They came out quickly and helped mitigate all of our issues. After setting up fans and heaters, they came back daily and checked on everything. They also check in by phone. Now we are working with Chase Creek Remodel to start fixing everything and it has been seamless. Specifically Josh and Jim were so friendly and helpful. We are so grateful!

SERVPRO did an excellent job helping us with inspecting for mold, preventing mold growth, and the removal/clean-up of water damage in our kitchen and master bathroom. Eric was very professional, explained each step thoroughly, and his estimate was affordable. Keli scheduled the work within days of the estimate. This was great because we explained to Eric we flew in from out of state (military family), and we were limited on time. Seeing your house being ripped apart can be a bit overwhelming. Luckily for us, Dominique was friendly, patient, and very experienced. He immediately recognized our stress, took time to answer our questions/concerns, and completed the work just as promised. The techs were great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and laid back - which is exactly what I needed in this stressful time of home damage. I previously worked for a home improvement company (in the corporate offices) and I know how hard it is to find good techs and how they sometimes don't get the credit they deserve, but these guys were great. They went above and beyond what was required of them and helped me move some of the damaged furniture to my garage until we can decide what do with it. They were quick and efficient, but also did great work. Very impressed.

We experienced a flood from our upstairs bathroom which damaged our carpeting, ceiling and vinyl plank flooring. Servpro responded quickly with the right equipment and experienced team to start the cleanup and drying process with fans and dehumidifiers. After several days our home was completely dry and ready for the next step. We highly recommend them for any work you may need in your home.

I just had my carpet cleaned sincE having a TERRIBLE carpet cleaning experience with Home Advisors on Nov 2 , 2022 !!!! . I am more then completely satisfied with Servpro professionalism ,friendly technicians Josh /Evil !!! .Not ONLY did they clean my carpets they moved very heavy furniture and placed it on Styrofoam blocks to make sure the the carpet/furniture was not damaged :) The carpets are as clean as the first day I moved in and smell even fresher. We were impressed that each had on clean uniforms, were polite and represented ServPro in a professional manner. All three of the crew were so considerate and respectful of the fact that the items in our mother's home have a great deal of sentimental value. They handled all contents with care. It took a lot of coordination to place items we were keeping in various rooms of the home and get the items we were disposing of in the box truck for haul away. The crew were so kind to place the items just where we wanted. There was a lot of square footage to clean and sanitize after the contents were emptied. When finished the area of the home including stairs were spotless. The content manipulation, cleaning, and sanitizing was labor intensive work, and the crew kept a smile and great attitude all day long. Everything our family wanted accomplished was done! I have used SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park 4 times in the past 2 years. They were extremely quick to respond and were able to minimize the water damage in multiple rooms. The estimators were open and honest and at no point did I feel they weren't looking after my best interests. They did a great job today cleaning up flooding from last night's winter rain. Dominic and his helper both did a great job. Very professional and very competent. I am very pleased with their service. And Allison did a great job of communicating with me, helping to put my mind at ease.

Heat pump condensation pipes were clogged overflowed the house water damage they came in did a great job tore everything out put fans and dehumidifiers in cleaned up really nice good people Josh and his helper a Spanish lady I cannot remember her name but they were fantastic highly recommend it
