    Nothing compares to working out at a place where you feel welcome, where you are not just one more member but someone with a story, with strengths and weaknesses that are all appreciated and taken into account throughout your fitness journey. I had to move away and 12 Labours is the one thing I wish I could bring with me! All the coaches and athletes make this community one of a kind! I miss you guys!!!

    I cannot provide enough positive feedback for 12 Labours. The coaches are top notch and they can pinpoint areas of improvement in athletes of all levels. The programming is challenging and appropriate and is crafted based upon the needs of the members. The community is incredible and everyone is focused on doing their best. 12 Labours regularly provides opportunities for community building, competition, and fun! After my gym closed that was near my house, I decided to make the 30 minute drive (including going through the tunnel) to train here. It is THAT great of a place. It doesn't matter what level you are, just START! You will not regret it.

    Although I had known about 12 Labours for years before joining, I had been intimidated by its reputation as being for "CrossFit Open competitors" and otherwise having brutal workouts. I've been a member for almost five months now and couldn't be happier. Every workout will be made accessible to you, regardless of skill level, and the coach guidance on how to get from where you are to where you want to be is second to none. I have seen tremendous improvement in my athletic ability and performance, which is partly driven by the athleticism of the other members. If you feel "stuck" in your training routine and want to push yourself to a higher level of fitness, there's no better place to go than 12L.

    12 Labours is hands down the best CrossFit experience I have ever had, and has brought me back consistently for nearly 3 years. The coaching is outstanding and the programming has kept me improving and injury free since I started training here. I would definitely recommend this place to anymore, of any fitness level, looking for a truly amazing CrossFit experience with a welcoming and highly supportive community.

    12 Labours has been a life-changing experience for me. At age 70, I have never been in better shape. The atmosphere at 12 Labours is very supportive and positive, and the coaches are the best. You will never find a better fitness program or gym.

    After being a member at several different gyms, I can truly say 12 Labours is something special and is the best gym around! There is an amazing sense of community and everyone is welcoming and supportive to every member who walks through the door. You could be a member for 5+ years or brand new...everyone there is considered family! All the coaches are fantastic and take pride in what they do. They are extremely knowledgable and can cater to all fitness levels- they know when to be supportive, when to give corrections, and when to push yourself out of your comfort zone. You won't regret walking through 12 Labours doors.

    I have been going to 12L for almost two years now. The biggest thing keeping me coming back every day is the community. Everyone is appreciated, from the elite athlete to the brand new person starting their fitness journey. Come join us and find the best version of you!

    From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The coaches are very knowledgeable and take time to help everyone. The thought that is put into the programming is fantastic and the reasons behind the programming are always explained. This is a great place to increase your fitness no matter where you are starting from.

    First time to try CrossFit for my wife and I, and despite being terribly out of shape doing very difficult workouts, we are loving it. Everyone is great and especially Luke and Chelsea for their great balanced approach to challenge all of us but also scaling to fitness level and avoiding injury without losing workout momentum for the group! Best gym experience I have ever had.

    Came here for an early morning class at 6 AM and Karen showed me around and coached the class. She introduced me to the class and walked us through progressions. Great gym with a great space and friendly people. Will definitely come back and drop in again when I'm back in the area!
