This hotel is beautiful. Miss Sherry/Sheila is amazing at the front desk. She went out of her way for us when we checked in on Saturday and was so pleasant and kind. She even double-checked on us without us asking but unfortunately Sunday morning there was A SCREAMING BABY next to us at 9am and we called to ask them to do something the lady with a carribean accent at the front desk seemed like we were the disturbance instead. Even when she came upstairs to check she had an attitude. I paid an extra $50 for a late checkout. Bad decision.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I spent our 6 year wedding anniversary here and it was everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you walk into the building you are greeted to a beautiful and very fragrant lobby that has two restaurants located in the same area. One of our best staycations yet. We will definitely be back.

This is a go-to location for my company's corporate team for our all hands meetings, happy hour and hotel stay! The atmosphere is festive. Very professional and courteous hotel staff. We've had occasional to incidentally see wedding receptions held here, and they're really beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for your corporate events and employee stays.

Fantastic, wonderful, magnificent, perfect...I could go on and on the grill fire restaurant was perfect, the hotel staff perfect...wild horses could not keep me from going back. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to come back. I travel for work frequently, and I’ve stay in the area several times and tried other hotels in this same vicinity. This location offers a lot more services and quick access to major highways compared to others. Their room and desk services are great. They were going through a renovation, and it’s looking pretty good. They have a gym, pool, good quality restaurants, and small convenient store within the same location. They have a Tesla chargers on the third floor of the parking garage. I recommend it!

This hotel has become our go-to spot whenever we want to spend a night around arundel mills. The location is perfect and very convenient. We love that the lobby has access to two restaurants. The staff are always friendly and ready to help, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Perfect location The room was very clean Housekeeping great Parking free and easy to get to the hotel Microwave at the pantry The room was slightly cold, and there were no heaters available. The refrigerator did not keep our food cold, which resulted in us throwing out food. We asked the hotel staff for a room with a decent view and got the exact opposite.

We had a hotel block here for our wedding and had a great experience. We loved working with the sales department to secure our block and the front desk staff the weekend of our wedding were friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for us and others attending our wedding. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also loved that the hotel has two restaurants in the lobby and other options across the street as well. Lots of our guests used the shuttle service to get from BWI to the hotel as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

This is an amazing place to stay, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We rested so well for our trip home. The food in the lobby was great, we had a fun stay.

This was a phenomenal experience. My girlfriends and I were seeing Shania Twain at Merriweather. Since we live in PA, we booked this hotel to stay over. It is incredibly beautiful. Top notch service. Food at the restaurants is very good. We liked the menu of the bar and grill best. The hotel was only 8 miles from venue. We had a fantastic experience! We will return and we highly recommend you giving it a go! Thank you for making our girls trip extra memorable!

I wish I could give 10 stars for the fabulous service that Latia provided me and my group this past weekend. It was my bachelorette party and she helped make the experience one of the best of my life. She was super accommodating, understanding of my needs and the group's needs, and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is beautiful. They have a free garage connected to the hotel (first level is reserved for restaurant/shopping guests). I recommend parking near staircase #1 so you can have a quick walk to the lobby. They had a nice complimentary coffee and tea station near the front. The rooms were nice. We utilized the shuttle service to take us to dinner. Although I am a local, I would consider staying here again. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience, Latia!

This place would get 5 stars if it weren't for Housekeeping. By comparison to many other places I've stayed, Housekeeping is lazy. They don't clean as they are supposed to and they constantly take away items they don't replace. I eventually put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door to save them the trouble. Everything else about the hotel was great and the front desk staff was super helpful.

I volunteered for the 2023 Annual Church Convention which was held at Hotel in Anne Arundel located in Hanover, Maryland on Thursday, September 21st! This is a fabulous hotel! The decor, colors, rooms, furnishings, and food are amazing! Hotel management is on point, prompt with assistance, and super personable. The event had some great breakfast, snacks, lunch. and treats throughout the day from 7:40 am to 3:00 pm. The hotel shuttle was nice and the driver was extremely nice! All good and beverages were delicious! I will return! Such a beautiful place and a beautiful day!

Rooms are nice. There was no microwave, and the shade would get stuck. The decor was nice in the hall and in the room. There are two great restaurants and a bar in the hotel. They do not accept certain credit cards.

This was a wonderful hotel in a nice location. It was close to where we needed to be. The two restaurants in the lobby were both very good (and the breakfast place across the front lot was good too!). Room was spacious and inviting. Would love to stay there again.

I would be giving this hotel a much higher rating if the staff had not advised me incorrectly. I called in advance to see if parking was complimentary as we were flying out of town for several days. The remote staff tells me that it is in fact complimentary and there would be a shuttle that would transport us to the airport in the morning. However, the staff did not mention that the parking would be complimentary only ONE day and the shuttle only runs during certain hours. So, not only was I paying for parking now but I was also having to order an uber to drive us to the airport. Additionally, the website shows a beautiful restaurant on site... which closes at 9 pm. So we did not get to partake in that either. Now, the good... the front desk staff was extremely sweet and patient and our room was beautiful and clean.

I did not patronize this hotel, but I dined in the Grillfire restaurant. That was an excellent experience. The food was excellent. I enjoyed miso salmon with loaded mashed potatoes. The salmon was tender, tasty, and moist. The mashed potatoes were truly loaded with plenty of cheese, bacon, scallions, butter, and sour cream. Oh yeah, my bar drink was excellent (no skimping on the alcohol). Our server, Donald, was friendly and attentive. I recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.

This is a beautiful hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool on site. The fountain ⛲ out front is beautiful and changes colors great photo opp. The rooms were very nice and clean. I enjoyed the soft bed and pillows. The towels in the bathroom are luxury type and thick. My only suggestion is to keep the pool open until 10pm. My kids were not able to use it because we arrived late. This hotel is also in an awesome location, literally down the street from Live Casino and Arundel Mills Mall. I will stay Again !

Poor management. At midnight we were awoken by someone gaining access to our room. They had a key and were able to open our door. Went downstairs to ask the front staff as to why and they blew us off. Next day at check out they claimed they would comp our room and that a manager would be in contact by 2 pm either by phone or email. It’s after 6 and still waiting. The manager wasn’t even at the facility by 10 am.

This hotel is pure luxury! The hotel rooms are modern & beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. It's very close to the mall,shopping stores,restaurants, and casino.

Love this hotel. Such a great location friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant a little pricey, but there is a lot of places to eat close by. Rooms were a good size and comfortable to sleep in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone best bang for your buck. Made our trip go from bad to great from the prior hotel we stayed at in college park md.

I attended a catered night event at this hotel. The food and service were great. The hotel is beautiful. The parking was free. The only thing lacking was that it was hard to locate the room where my event was being held, I wish they had better signage for that.

Traveling for business and decided to try this hotel over the big name chain hotels. This hotel is beautiful, clean, smells wonderful, the staff is accommodating, and there are amenities on site! Parking garage is complimentary and easy to always find spots on the first level. There are restaurants on site so you don't have to leave hotel to eat if you don't want to. They have a full size snack bar pantry with tons of choices. Fitness area and swimming pool. My standard room was expansive, modern, and clean! Large bathroom, lots of room to spread out if you have a larger family and don't want to pay for two rooms. Convenient location to tons of shopping and dining. The only con I would say I experienced was the shower head wouldn't rotate downwards to spray into the tub, it was directed straight to the back wall where there was an in-shower sitting area ledge. The water would then pool on top of the ledge and spill over the sides, in which the left corner would flow onto the side of the tub down onto the floor. I had basically a river running on the bathroom floor so I had to put a towel down. The shower head most certainly could be due to user error, I could get the head to move up and down the height rod, but couldn't get it to lean forward and down so it would spray in the tub. Outside of that, great experience, beautiful hotel and I will definitely return if I'm in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel and a pleasant surprise given its location. The hotel and bar are immaculate and clean and the rooms are spacious and luxurious for the price point. I also find the staff to be helpful and attentive and overall I’ve had a great stay while at this hotel

My friend's wedding was at this hotel so I decided to stay on site to avoid lots of back-and-forth. The hotel was excellent. The room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. I didn't go to any of the restaurants at the hotel, nor did I use the fitness center or pool so cannot comment on those. They looked pretty awesome though. The catering & decorations they did for the wedding reception were all great. Lots of free parking on site as there is a garage attached. Besides the restaurants at the hotel, there are several other places within walking distance, including a bagel shop across the street that was pretty good. It's well-situated, next to several highways & expressways so it was easy to get to Baltimore & the surrounding area. If you're in the area, I recommend you check this place out.

Really nice place and the woman at the front desk was very nice and lovely. With that said, I am only giving 4 stars because it is 4 days after our stay and my $50 room security deposit has still not been refunded. Will change review once I receive that money back. ***edit: after one week I received it back so am changing to 5 stars.

The hotel is stunning and the staff here is amazing. I have stayed at The Hotel Arundel multiple times and have been very pleased. We even had a baby shower and it was truly a evening to remember. Beautiful banquet space and lobby area. Shout outs to The Hotel Arundel Team! :)

I am at this hotel a few times a year for business meetings. Absolutely beautiful, staff are always pleasant. Usually I stay with my sister or son when I come back to Maryland however I have this on my list of places to stay. Sorry I can not speak on the rooms. Location is absolutely wonderful as well. You have any and everything you need in close proximity.

Great hotel, with a restaurant, bar and pool on site. The rooms were nicely decorated, the bathrooms have plush towels. Beds and bedding were so soft and everything was super clean. Beautiful fountain out front. Great location right down the road from the mall and casino.

The rooms/hotel are very bare bones as far as amenities. No microwave, no breakfast. The bed was VERY comfortable. Room service techs were very nice and friendly as well as the morning concierge. Rooms were clean and felt like a modern studio apartment. Very quiet.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. Even with 2 weddings and staying on a designated pet-friendly floor, we did not hear anything from our room and had a most comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and more than willing to do a little housekeeping upon request during our stay! We will 100% consider staying again in the future. Thank you to the staff at The Hotel for a wonderful and welcoming stay. Hands down one of the top hotels in the area for the price.
