You’d think working locally, and especially surrounded by business parks and office buildings, and in hunt valley this outback would hold it self to a high standard. Making it a point to go out to a nice business lunch instead of bringing food from home would be nice, atmosphere, food, service you know, a standard restaurant experience? Well this Outback is the opposite. Bad music, the bar TV has a screensaver on? The service was non existent. Food took half an hour and when it got here? Mediocre. Burnt to a literal crisp shrimp was like eating cigarette butts. Steak over cooked (ordered medium) and dry noodles, it’s Alfredo where’s the frikkin sauce? Bad news for a seasonal special too you’d think it would be, special right, being THE SPECIAL. Bartender was more preoccupied with chatting real close with his buddy than serving the rest of the bar. I was here 1.5 hours and was offered a refill on my drink once. Didn’t get bread, didn’t even offer it. Fire that bartender. Don’t waste your time or money here, pick iron rooster or even Texas roadhouse, you’ll at least have a good time with guaranteed better service and food.

The atmosphere was nice. Not too loud, not too quiet. Our server Tori was excellent. The food was good— not the best steak I’ll ever have, but it got the job done. The mixed veggies look like the kind your mom would buy from the frozen section of the grocery store. Still a good meal.

Steak was burnt and all steak and Mac and cheese was spicy. The first Mac and cheese we had to send back because the noodles were spoiled. The side of mayonnaise seemed like it was under heat it had mostly ooze. They try to charge 3.99 for the kids soda which was supposed to be included. The waiter and wait staff was great. They turned most the lights and the TV's out 27 minutes before close.

I had Chris as my server today, he was absolutely so lovely! He was attentive and quick in getting our drinks and food, and was truly so pleasant to have as my server. I only came in for a short while with a friend but he never failed to make me feel like a valued customer the whole experience :))

Our waitress Sam was the best. We walked in with a sixteen person party and she made it work. With the best attitude she was always making sure that everything was filled and up to par. If I could give her more stars I would. Every bit of food was filling and delicious. Worth the late night trip couldnt be happier

This was the first time I went out and got dinner by myself. But right when I was seated I felt comfortable. Sam D made me feel so comfortable! And brought the food out with the quickness. Best experience I’ve had so far!! Thank you for making my solo night out with myself so great! I will definitely be back.

We went in for lunch on a saturday, and were a little tired and kinda “hangry”. Our server was Naveon and was very kinda and patient with us. I ordered this special drink and the presentation had me dying from laughter I wasnt expecting the shark and honestly made my day! Naveon was so kind and helpful always checked to make sure we were ok. I will now always make sure Naveon is our server! Thanks Naveon!!!

The service was superb from the moment we walked in to the time we checked out! Our server Matt was awesome! He was so attentive and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect! We also got a visit from Meghan who also checked in to make sure everything was to our expectations! Excellent steaks dinners and excellent hospitality! Will be back!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Great food and service. Staff was attentive and steak was cooked perfectly. The manager Megan was also great and made everyone feel at home. Really was quite nostalgic for me. Will definitely be frequenting more often. Can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve been to an Outback.

Such an amazing experience! The food was outstanding and Tori is a phenomenal server…the hunt valley location needs to keep her around! She displayed so much attention to detail and care for my family.

Hamburgers were hot, juicy, and cooked to order, absolutely scrumptious. French fries were fresh and not greasy. They serve mouth-watering coconut shrimp, too, what they're famous for. If you're budget conscious, they have a small low-priced lunch menu served until 4 pm.

Excellent service from the greeter to the server. Our order was taken correctly and our orders were received quickly, Jocelyn was fantastic, she checked in on us often and didn’t forget anything that we asked of her. Our meals were nice, hot and very delicious.

Our bartender, Shannon, was awesome. She as attentive and so accommodating. Even though the special shark drink was not on the menu, she made them for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls’ night because of her.

Excellent service from the greeter right through to the server. Our order was taken correctly and orders were received in record time. The meals were well done and very delicious. They have kids menu and fun writing and colouring activities for children while they wait for the meals. Highly recommended for families and special occasions.

Savannah was amazing! She made sure we had refills when we needed and answered any questions or requests we had! She made great conversation and was overall an excellent waitress!! Would love to have her as our waitress again!

Savannah served our party of 10 on Saturday night, including 5 kids under 9. She could not have been more accommodating, and somehow, in spite of all odds, managed to keep the flow going at a perfect pace to keep kids occupied and happy so the adults could enjoy the meal. She automatically refilled every drink, kept the bread coming without asking, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Highly recommend Savannah-may have been the best experience we've ever had at an Outback.

The atmosphere was very nice. Our server Dontay was great at taking care of us while also managing his other tables and the bar/drinks needed to be made. He was very nice and gave the right amount of checking on us while also giving us plenty of time to eat and enjoy without feeling rushed.

I came into the restaurant for the first time in many years, and I got a chubby when I first met our waiter Matt K. The warmth he emitted from his kind soul made for a lovely evening. I was so excited when he brought out the buns with butter that I wanted to butter his buns. I couldn’t have asked for a better server than Matt K.

Yes order the Kingsland Pasta and my steak was tough. You only get 4 pieces. 2 ok and the 2 was tough. Said something to the waiter and she said sorry about the steak. Won't order this no more

Great service and staff; absolutely no complaints here. My waitress always made sure my glass was full. I've been to a lot of Outback Steakhouses and this one had the worst French Onion soup. The porterhouse steak was perfect and so were the mixed vegetables. There is plenty of parking at this location. Bathrooms were clean but, be careful of the floor, it's very slippery. Also, when you enter the building go to the right for Outback, there are two different restaurants on site.

My name is Gertrude and I live in the South. If you look at the picture you see there’s just fries left. That’s because that burger was the best burger Ive ever eaten in the 56 years that Ive lived. I’m here on a Sunday and I mean it when I say that burger was soul awakening. I came here with my grandkids and you could tell there was a skip in their step when they left. 😊☀️

The main thing I love about franchises is it’s always consistent. Whenever I know that I want a certain meal and I wanted to taste the exact same way it last time I go to outback steakhouse I love their 6 ounce steak loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus and it tastes the same every single time. And the drinks are always exactly the same. The staff here is a great never had a problem here always clean usually seated right away and very friendly staff.

The waiter gave great descriptions of the food and he even recommended a couple of dishes. He refilled our drinks promptly and serviced our table with a smile. All the food was scrumptious! The entrees were generously portioned and well-seasoned. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.

The food was excellent, but what was especially memorable was the outstanding service that our server, Chris, gave us. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very attentive. We go out for dinner fairly often, and we were particularly impressed with the service we had tonight.

Kelsey (server) and Tay (bartender) both provided exceptional customer service! They went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience! The food was also good, but it's what I expect from Outback. The service, friendliness, and frequent check-ins exceeded expectations! I wouldn't normally write a review on a chain restaurant, but I was blown away!

I have had steak at a lot of different places. Outback steakhouse is definitely my favorite steak. This location is great. We’ve always been seated right away the staff is always very good to us our food comes out perfect and it’s always consistent. This is one thing I love about franchise chains. The food is always consistent in the same each and every time. Great location highly recommended.

Headed here for dinner after an exhausting day of work and was not disappointed. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious, but most notably the service was what set this dining experience apart from others. My waiter (Chris) was very courteous, patient, attentive, and professional. He was knowledgeable about the menu items and quick with any request. When I asked for a box to take my leftovers home, he even remembered to bring me a bag (something I always forget to ask for!). His pleasant attitude was a comfort after a long day of work. Outback, please let Chris know that his customers appreciate him!!

Megan (The Manager) is the MVP of service. I have never received a type of service in Maryland to the standard of what all 16 of our party received on 6/14/22. Celebratory graduation dinner, we called ahead, section was set. We placed out orders. Everything came out hot. Our drinks Amazing! She even stopped and immediately put in the fussy baby order so it would be ready. Megan made all our drinks and served our food. I have no idea how the heck she did all of this. Wonder Woman has nothing on her. I hope corporate read this review because Megan at the Outback in Hunt Vally, Md IS your best manager and deserve the recognition AND increase in pay. She is the model for exemplary service. I will be back, but only when Megan is working.
