This is a pretty new hotel the staff was cool and friendly. The rooms were clean and the gym had everything you needed for a workout. It is close to Baltimore, so if you're there to work it's a good hotel to book while flying in.

Loved the room. Walls were very thin though. I heard conversations word for word in the hallway from my bedroom with the door closed (one bedroom suite). I could also hear when the guest next door showered, used the phone, turned the TV on, etc. I was greeted as I left, but not one time before that.

I chose this hotel because of the location. If you are looking for great food, shopping and entertainment this is the place to be. There is also a drug store and gas station right in front of the hotel which was also very convenient. My room was very clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I liked the fact that I could make request through text message for the housekeeping staff. I received a quick reply and they arrived within 10 minutes. I would recommend to friends and family.

This hotel was beautiful. It was at a convenient location, close enough to entertainment, but far enough away to feel you have some breathing room. The room itself was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I loved the aviation theme throughout. We had a single king room. I'm honestly not sure that the bed is a legitimate king, but it was comfortable. Solid flooring throughout the room, no carpet. There was a desk, small wardrobe with safe, iron and ironing board, some drawers, a coffee bar with a Keurig, microwave, and very small fridge. Plenty of lighting throughout. The mirror in the bathroom is Bluetooth to connect and play music, plus plenty of counter space. There were 4 EV charging stations free for guests, which was great! We didn't have to supercharge during our trip at all. However, the hotel does have 2 Teslas they use for transport, so often at least one of them is in a charging spot. We didn't have any issues getting a spot throughout our stay though. My biggest and really only complaint was how little soundproofing there was. We could hear everything from the hallway and even a little from the neighboring rooms.

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly. We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families. However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for. Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room. We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep. When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too.” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint). I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve. We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests. Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children. The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the least. Update…the manager called me back. He was apologetic and very professional. We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the bathroom mirror was Bluetooth capable but ours didn't work. Otherwise everything was great! I did ask for extra towels before my stay but didn't receive them

The hotel is built around looking nice and for the most part it does that, but the rooms are annoyingly loud with their laminate floors and lack of insulation. Expect to hear your neighbors and their neighbors throughout the night, whether it be conversations or tv it carries. Clearly this hotel is cheaply made with a nice facade. I expect it will age quickly. The internet is shamefully slow for 2024. Getting less than 5mbps in each direction is practically abusive. Then you have the all night popular gas station very close to the hotel that generates its share of noise. Ask for a suite at the back of the building. The bed is nice and the other amenities are ok. The fridge is very small and hidden at floor level in a cupboard, you have to kneel down to see inside. It has a microwave and mini keureg along with 2 glass glasses and 2 paper cups. Bare minimum for a hotel these days. Service is below average. Staff aren't doing more than the minimum unless you ask. There is no housekeeping until you request it which I did once in my 5 night stay and it was cleaned very nicely but I can only feel like they are trying to minimize costs rather than save the environment here. Breakfast options are extremely limited if you have allergies. It is a paid breakfast. Which admittedly the rooms are decent priced so not complaining it's not included. Would I stay here again? Probably not. This is a no frills hotel trying to be a boutique hotel, it is not.

Cambria provided one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were CLEAN!!! Oh my goodness, it's crazy how common it is to get in hotel beds with hair and makeup stains and hand prints everywhere. We so appreciated this. The texts checking in with us during our stay were excellent touches, and the room layouts were thoughtful and beautifully arranged and decorated. Such a convenient location as well with 8 minutes or less to the mall or airport and 15 minutes to everywhere else we needed to go. Highly recommend.

When I went over the floor with my Swiffer the cleaning pad was black and had trapped hair. The bathroom towels are very hard and feel like sandpaper. There's no option to order movies to watch. There's only cable so you have to look at the guide that slowly scrolls up the screen to see what's on each channel. My room was near the elevators which must've also been near the supply closet because the staff was loud and I could hear them going in and out of the different rooms they were cleaning first thing in the morning.

This hotel is amazing. The driver picked us up from the car rental area by the airport, she was so nice. We got to the hotel, she checked us in right away. Got to the room and it was beautiful. The beds were so so comfy. The bathroom mirror had a Bluetooth symbol so we had to try it. You can hook you phone to have music play from the mirror, crazy.

Very excited to recommend this place for any family traveling through BWI. Impressed they offer airport pickup in roomier upscale vehicles. Lobby and bar/restaurant definitely impress. Tons of value in unexpected ways. If you don't need upper upscale/luxury amenities, this Cambria aims to deliver a full-service upscale experience.

My husband and I Loved it...we celebrated our Anniversary and the stay was impeccable. The staff was lovely, professional and efficient. They made sure our stay was welcoming and felt like home. The decor and ambiance was beautiful and the art inside the room made us feel like we were in a 5 star. We will definitely visit again and recommend for a quick getaway or a peace of mind. Loved the fact that the Mall and Live Casino was so close. Also, other eateries and convenient stores.

Great service, comfortable stay, and I actually enjoyed the messages checking in on how our stay was. I do wish the laundry options took cards instead of coins, but that wasn't the worst thing. Overall it was a good hotel.

Clean, updated rooms at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly. Good location. Spent 2 nights there and can't complain. Showers are crazy... they have no door... just a glass wall. Kinda cool.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Police officer walks the hotel. It's not the best sound quality, though. Every door shutting is heard loud and clear while you're trying to sleep.

I travel most of the year and I am very picky about the hotels I stay in which is usually nothing less than 3 stars and most of the time higher. For the money this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I come to this area often and for long periods and have stayed at a lot of the nicest hotels in the area and none of them are as good as the Cambria. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to be helpful, the hotel is in a nice location and it’s very clean and well taken care of. The Bluetooth mirrors in the bathrooms are amazing and the room design is unique and well thought out. I tell everyone that I know that is staying in this area to use this hotel and anyone that gives this place a negative review are either competitors, trolls or just angry and would give a bad review to any hotel that didn’t meet every ridiculous expectation.

2nd time in Maryland, saw this hotel from another hotel and this place looked better, so we decided next trip we would stay here. The atmosphere is amazing, the lobby and bar are beautiful and clean. Elevators are decorated as well. The rooms are nice sized and the bathroom is big. The down fall is the barn door used as a bathroom door. No privacy as there is a major gap around the opening, and the water pressure is horrible.

This hotel does not value their Diamond customers. There's absolutely no benefit to being Diamond here. When they first opened they were nice & family oriented but they do stick together as a staff. Don't expect any upgrades as stated under the rewards program if you're staying more than a few nights or to be valued for spending your funds here...I pay for my staff to stay here monthly...but as a long term customer...I will be in search of a new home for my staff when we visit Maryland!

This was an awful hotel that should be avoided. The check-in experience was poor. It was slow and complicated by demands to initial a bunch of hotel rules (is this a hotel or a hostel?). The room was clean and large, but hotel construction is poor. The whole hotel is hard surfaces. Gaps under room doors aren't sealed or closed. The walls are paper thin. The result is you can hear everything any guest on the floor is doing in your room all night long. It fails in the primary purpose of a hotel room, it's not a good place to sleep. Check out was not good either... I could not get a bill and it did not arrive via email. Several calls were necessary to clear it up. The website is unhelpful in this regard. It doesn't make any info available on prior stays. There are no restaurants or places to eat within walking distance, other than the one in the hotel. The hotel bar/restaurant was fine, but terribly understaffed. One person ran the bar, waited on all the tables, and bussed all the tables. This person was terribly overworked.

It was a beautiful, very clean, modern hotel but when I left my oldest son went to the store in front of the hotel and left his key. They wouldn't let him back in despite ID and he sat in the lobby for an hour until the decided, with no further info, to believe him. As long as you don't lock yourself out of your room or anyone you are with its 5 stars

Always a comfort and joy to stay at the Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills. Great and professional staff. Could you help me locate the striped bedspread or duvet cover that was on the beds in our Queen room. I really loved it. Simple yet chic. Thank you.

Customer service was questionable at first. Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-worker. Besides that, my hotel experience was pretty good. It was a quick one night stay for work. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed! Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families.. Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere. I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thin. All in all, I would visit again.

We were in a corner suite with two queen beds and it was gorgeous. Large bathroom with roll in shower. Liked the lighted mirror in the bathroom that was also a night light. I couldn't figure out the Bluetooth connection. Large screen that could b switched from bedroom area to living area. Lots of comfortable seating. Power sun screens and black out shades were slick. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and full fridge enabled us to have breakfast in our room. Needed to stock paper towels and dish soap. There were a few utensils and plates that looked like they were borrowed from the Cafe downstairs. Attentive service - each day I received a text message asking if all was good. Spent Thursday through early Monday morning, in town for a wedding. Every thing was perfect.

The check in process for multiple rooms is a pain, but the front desk simply doesn't go past the bare minimum on service. Rooms and lobby were nice, but it's a modern themed hotel with "funky" room setups, but beds were comfortable. It's proximity to Arundel Mills makes it ideal.

Very clean rooms! The staff was very attentive with anything we needed and were so polite. We stayed for 5 days to be able to site see and do broadway and it was still a decent distance from everything! Would definitely come again.

One of the cleanest hotels I've been to in a while. And the staff was super courteous and accommodating. This was also the most organized night manager I've ever seen at a hotel. He had all of the paperwork and keys ready to go for all of the rooms that were rented for the evening.

Beautiful hotel. Great location for my work trip. As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all. Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away. Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone. This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate. I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person…. Won’t be back.
