This hotel manager is very rude, disrespectful, and overall unpleasant to deal with. I had a double booking for this hotel that were both made in error. Upon attempting to cancel, the hotel manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. I ultimately had to speak with corporate who were able to connect me to the hotel manager. Once corporate left the conference call, the manager stopped being pleasant and began to recite the hotel's fine print and then hung up on me. I've been staying at Hilton properties for nearly two decades and have never experienced a hotel manager behave in such a manner. She behaved as though I was getting on her nerves even before she ever spoke with me, in her refusal to take my call or return my message. Her front desk clerk was however very nice and very apologetic about not being able to assist me. Ultimately corporate handled the problem in a very professional manner.

This hotel always exceeding my expectation. The staffs are friendly, well maintained, very clean and has little kitchen with refrigerator. It’s really convenient to travel with two teens. The standard two queens room has a sofa too with desk, so much bigger than other two standard beds room. Oh free laundry too. So much more I can add to this, but I will stop right here.

Of the hotels I have stayed in the area this one has been the best. Decent gym for a workout. Breakfast was plentiful and actually pretty good. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. The suites were accommodating inadequate. Very quiet room, didn't hear noise from the hallway or neighboring suites. TV was large, HD, and offer plenty of channel selections. The only complain I have is the king bed with saggy on one side and the pillows could stand to be replaced. Hotel sits in a good area close to plenty of food and shopping options. Check in process was fast and easy. If I ever return to the area I would definitely make this my preferred location to stay.

This is my favorite hotel in Maryland! The view is absolutely beautiful! And the pool feels so nice! Everything here is perfect! Breakfast is delicious! I love coming here! 1000/10 would come here again!

First off the app allowed me the option to quickly check in and checkout. I loved the digital key feature on the app which allowed me to unlock the room door. The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice. The room had hanging curtains that allowed you the option to divide the room. The room had a kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, large microwave, dishes and utensils. You could even request a hot plate burner at the front desk if you wanted to cook. I will definitely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton again.

I called day before to ask if there was any chance I could check in early. Was told to call back next morning. I explained I'd be on a plane and that wouldn't be possible; could they make a note on my record about the request? I understood there were no guarantees. I was told "no". I was told I could guarantee a room would be available for early check-in for $50, an offer I declined. I'm a Hilton Honors member. As such, one is allowed to pick one's room in advance, from a floor plan. I chose a room on the 3rd floor. When I arrived at 12:30, no rooms were available. I was told to come back later. When I came back later, I was given a room on the 1st floor. Presumably, it was the only room available in the price range I had reserved, and there was no record of the 3rd floor room I had reserved. I was not happy because of security and noise( close to main lobby) issues, but had no choice.

Had an unexpected stay at this hotel. Booked last minute, quite literally. Traveling with my dog. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Room was huge, exceptionally clean, well-stocked with plates, cups, fridge, dishwasher etc. I didn’t need anything but a fridge, but everything you need is there. Grounds are nice and well-kept. Safe area, surrounded by 4 other hotels. Lots of places to walk your dog. Close to supermarkets, pet stores, the casino, if you need that. Located on a quiet eead end street but so close to everything, you could probably walk. Quiet hotel. Only smelled pot outside once, which I hate but may not bother others. Indoor pool, fitness facilities and outdoor grills and seating areas, seem to complete the picture. I will definitely look for Hone2Suites again, especially since I often travel with my dog. And I will recommend them to others.

We loved the hotel the front desk staff, this is a newer hotel. The front desk staff were phenomenal, nice pool though a little small. The general manager was there daily and I truly honor the way she manages that hotel, I even said something to her in the lobby one day about how I loved her management style. I'm a regional manager for a global company and my management style was super similar to hers she was always a pleasure to speak with. I do have one negative unfortunately, we stayed here for 10 days and housekeeping came to the door one time and u stated we didn't need service that day as the day prior I asked the housekeeper to come in and freshen up. She wiped down the kitchen and bathroom but didn't gather the trash we had 4 people in the suite so our trash needed collecting at least every other day.

I was there for my brothers funeral. I made reservations for the wrong days. In my grief and anxiety I made a huge mistake. Their front desk desk manager rectified the problem. Got me a room for that night. And worked with the Hilton corporation to give me a refund for the wrong reservation. Then tire staff was amazing

Miguel was amazing and super helpful. It was a long day of travel and expedited my room very quickly. I'll be back there soon. Actually I've already booked with them again. Love the shuttle as well. It is a deal breaker. I moved from another hotel. Suggestion is that put a shuttle service on the website.

What a great place to stay!!! The care, dedication and commitment to excellence exhibited by wonderful staff is reflected in everything from the front desk, gym, room and breakfast buffet. We really felt so well cared for and so thankful for everyone, especially Dayonna. Dayonna greated us with such care and kindness and helped with a family concern immediately. You'll feel at home when you are away from home at Homes2Suites.

This Hotel Is Worth Your Stay. It has free breakfast, a heated pool, 24hr gym, free diy laundry and ample parking. This hotel is centrally located between D.C, Virginia, and Maryland attractions. Highly recommend for long and short stays!

I travel a lot with a diamond guest and this by far has been the best experience of them all. The employees here are super wonderful and accommodating with smiles. Laid back and friendly with a professional attitude. Donna Marie is a beautiful soul and works hard taking pride in her work. She rocks at breakfast so come by and check it out. Miguel works front desk but never misses a beat either. Helps co workers and employees alike. Awesome team here!! If I had to come up with a minor issue be both rooms could use a mop or carpet cleaning at times. Seems to leave your feet a bit dirty so maybe wear socks.

Visited this hotel, for 3 days, during a cross-country road trip. First, it is in a GREAT location! (Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!) Close to restaurants, outlet shopping and conveniences. Plus, a short drive to both Baltimore and DC. Second, the staff--from the front desk, to the management--incredibly friendly and accommodating. Deyana is helpful and very knowledgeable about the area; and Donna-Marie is a great manager, who leads by example, by greeting guests and making you feel at home. Shuttles are available not only for the airport, but, to head to the mall or outlets. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and of course, very clean. The pool and gym are very nice, and I was able to find everything I was looking for in the market. The free hot breakfast is the icing on the cake. There is a park nearby for walking, and BBQ grills and a patio for chilling out. Would return!

This hotel has been more than expected in various ways. The breakfast is spectacular with all the items available. Donna Marie and Miguel even made some grits for us after the sausage gravy ran out. They went above and beyond to make breakfast great! The only issue I've seen is that the carpet needs shampoo in the 2 rooms we stayed in. Both of us staying had quite dirty feet after walking around in the rooms.

This is my second time staying at this location. I was here back in May of this year. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and housekeeping is very helpful. The added bonus of breakfast is nice although I don't always take advantage of that amenity. Laundry facilities on site are clean with plenty of machines available. Back in May, and again this time, one of the desk employees, Dayonna, really stood out. Often she is here in the late evening and then right back here come morning. She is always smiling and willing to help. I have watched her deal with customers that I myself would have definitely lost my temper with yet she handles them with a smile. Donna Marie is an excellent leader and has a great team working with her! This is, by far, my favorite place to stay when I am in Maryland. As long as they have an available room I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Maryland.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We were able to get us and our three kids and 2 cats comfortably into the room. The other facilities looked nice, and the pool was a hit with out kids. The manager and the folks working the desk were super friendly and went out of their way to help us wrangle our traveling circus 🎪. Would stay here again. Great way to start our cross country move, and we have been looking for other home2suites on the route.

Absolutely fabulous staff!! Woke up a little early and Miguel cheerfully greeted me, contacted the shuttle driver and personally helped me get a quick on the go breakfast. The shuttle driver was excellent as well. Room was clean and quiet. Will stay here again.

I cannot stress enough how EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating the staff was at this hotel. I have never had a more pleasant experience with hotel staff. We were greeted with a smile at check in and made sure we had everything we needed. At check out we were greeted with a smile once again and offered to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast before departing. We were also given waters for our journey home. The room was clean. The hotel was right near the mall, casino, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again!

We cancelled a stay at another area location and chose this one instead. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we experienced the front desk staff to be friendly and engaging. Joy, in particular, is a true blessing and went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected at check-in to resolve a separate issue for us. She is terrific. Travelling with a pet for the first time, we found this easy and convenient and the hotel is remarkably quiet, given it's pet friendly policy. Will definitely be back.

The shower is slick. Be careful. Adjusting the shower temperature was almost impossible. It is difficult to describe. It is one of those single handle fixtures. The toilet runs.....loudly, in the middle of the night. 2 light bulbs were out when we arrived. And why does no one clean the pool when it is closed? I get the impression that since the pool is "free", no one does anything, but this seems to be common.

Folks (Ramona) at the front desk and the lady who handles the breakfast were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast lady went around to each group to let them know it was about to close and to take any more food desired. I felt very comfortable staying here, and the coffee was quite good for a hotel. Usually I can''t wait to get home for a good cup!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its EXCEPTIONAL staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more for a quick overnight stay. We loved the location with it being close to a huge mall, restaurants, shopping, etc. My family with two young kids ended up a little disorganized in our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us despite our challenges. They truly made our travels so much easier because of their kindness and hospitality.

Amazing hotel with a great staff! The breakfast bar was always well stocked. Rooms were spotless. The rooms are well thought out - all of them have a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. You can request an induction plate from the front desk. In addition, they have a great patio space with built in grills! One of the best hotels I have been to!

I stayed at this hotel after having surgery because was unable to use stairs and it was the best decision I made. The suite clean, well stocked with shampoo and body wash and all the amenities. Customer service was great. Liam was exceptional. She went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you.

This is a nice place in the Hilton brand. The rooms are large and ours had a curtain to divide the beds from the sofa area for privacy. The indoor pool area was nice too. The place is well kept , neat and clean. It's right across the street from the Outlet mall, Casino and many good restaurants. There is a grocery store on the corner and even a Walmart to pick up items you may need. Close to and easy access to downtown Baltimore, the Airport and major highways. I used to live in the area and really miss it. I would recommend and will stay again.

This place is convenient and close to everything. Ms. Dayonna is a true gem. She was very patient, kind, and courteous. She helped make my stay enjoyable. She answered any questions I had and her personality is one of a kind. Please stay here it's so amazing!!!! This place is clean and relatively quiet. You will not regret it!!!!!

Room was clean. Beds rock hard. Pillows were pitiful (thin and lumpy). Liked having the dishes, but no dish soap so to clean a few plates, had to run the entire dish washer, which is kinda wasteful. Smoke alarm in bedroom flashed constantly which made it very hard to sleep at night. Room would have been perfectly dark otherwise. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  • 3/5 Meal i. 1 year ago on Google
Desk staff were helpful and professional. Nice layout and amenities. Breakfast was a pretty good spread and a nice perk to be included. Only issues were the room. The couch had noticeable marks and stains so we never sat on it. The mounted smoke detector had a bright pulsing white light that flahed every 5-10 seconds. Why it couldn't be a small continuous green light I don't know. It was horrible at night to try and ignore even with a room divider/curtain. Lastly our shower did not get hot. We stayed for 5 nights. Reported the issue to the front desk but it didn't get fixed. Essentially with the handle at max heat the temperature fluctuation made it too cool to stay in so needless to say our showers were short.

We had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites Hilton. The staff was welcoming, approachable, and knowledgeable. Considering we were traveling with an infant under difficult circumstances (flight delays/uncertainty), the staff was helpful in navigating the shuttle service and accommodating our little one. We will recommend this Hilton to travelers in the future.

Front desk was very friendly. Lots of tasteful Christmas decorations. Very festive. Very clean hotel and room. They make an effort to avoid the spread of germs with various types of sanitizers available throughout. Nice complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee.

Dayonna* is amazing! She was so welcoming when we checked in and very accommodating during our stay! She had a smile on her face the whole time and so kind. Thank you Hilton for having such a wonderful person at your hotel. I look forward to seeing her again as she made us feel welcome and appreciated!

The breakfast was delicious and good variety every day. Blanca, the lady in charge of breakfast, was very polite and kind with our family, despite we were arriving to the breakfast buffet almost at close time. The room was comfortable despite we were five people. This hotel has laundry room, there were always a washer and dryer available when we went at night. The building was always cleaned and very nice.

This hotel was the nicest hotel that my family and I have ever stayed in! The room was clean and spacious and looked much more cozy and warmly lit than the official website photos show. Before coming, we read reviews and I was amazed at how often people mentioned staff members by name, but after our stay I can see why. They were all wonderful, polite, and helpful. No matter what we needed, they were happy to help. They brought us towels, hairdryer, etc right away when we asked, found a can opener when we needed one, gave us a toothbrush, and one of the ladies (unfortunately I don't remember her name!) even offered us some of the cookies she baked while we were spending time in the lobby. And while in the lobby, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff members as they interacted with guests as well as each other. The manager Donna-Marie sets a wonderful example, and CJ, Miguel, and the others follow. The hotel lobby and the bathrooms there were constantly being cleaned, and there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7. The breakfast is available 6-9 am, and some of the options switched each day. The pool was heated and honestly felt more like a hot tub/bath water. There is also a shower head in the pool room to rinse off the chlorine before heading back to the room which was convenient, and the flooring was a nice stone non-slip surface. And the whole lobby looked lovely as they decorated for Christmas! We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Room were quiet. You couldn’t hear your neighbors in the room next to you. Staff was extremely friendly and really seemed to care that we had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing with so many options with very helpful staff. I have not seen so many options at a hotel for breakfast before. Would stay at this location again.
