I came in due to chest congestion and cough and they wouldn't see me! I had went to medstar urgent care a few days ago and had a chest xray and it was clear. I wasn't given antibiotics then. The symptoms seemed to get a little worse so I came here to see a provider and possibly get antibiotics. I used to come here all the time and they were always great and had very good providers. All the staff are different and the providers are too. The NP came out and said we don't treat urgent cases like this. I said isn't this urgent care?! I've never had a urgent care turn people away, be careful coming here.

Was told that I couldn’t be seen because the provider could address my problem. I started I was in a lot of pain in my condition. That did not matter… I was sent to a completely different urgent care facility which let me know that my condition could have been addressed here. (Otherwise they would have referred me to the ER) They need to be more clear about the services they provide and not pick and choose what services they will provide to patients.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner went here on Wednesday to have a cyst drained. The person that performed the procedure made TWO incorrect incisions and still did not drain the cyst. Instead of telling her to go to hospital, she sent her off like everything was fine. 2 days later, we arrive to the hospital in an ambulance due to infection and excruciating pain. In the ER , we were told by doctors and nurses that the incisions performed at this location was completely incorrect, incorrect location, incorrect placement, incorrect EVERYTHING. Hospital bills are a frightening thing in this country and being in the ambulance, and hospital for over 24 hours due to something that could have been prevented would have been much more helpful. Never come here unless you want to have permanent damage to your body. Luckily medical malpractice attorneys exists.

Hands down one of the best places to go if your not feeling well.. Very clean and organized.. the staff is absolutely amazing an were very helpful... an get you taken care of very quickly... I must say one of the nurse that work there Stella is amazing an has helped me very much... truly appreciate everyone working at this location

Stella is the absolute best! She is always kind and caring. My children and I are very thankful for her!! I hope you all appreciate her as much as we do!!

First time going there. They were so friendly and nice. Had me in and out for an ear infection that was killing me. My MA Lakita (I am sorry If I spelled your name wrong) was truly amazing and nice and I Loved, Loved, Loved, her! I would for sure Recommend them if you ever need to be checked out for an urgent care that you can’t get into your primary care provider.

I brought my grandma here the other day and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and efficient, especially one of the workers named Stella. She was super nice, made me and my grandmother feel very comfortable. Overall, made the experience very pleasant for the both of us.

Was in town temporarily and had what felt like a bad sinus infection and wanted a professional diagnosis and some relief until I got back home to my primary care. Came here and did not have a good experience. The nurse practitioner was nice and knowledgeable. The overall process felt rushed. First I had to pay even though I have insurance. I was feeling so terrible that I did not care and I made the payment to be seen. Soon after paying I found my insurance card but was advised that my insurance wasn’t accepted simply by looking at the name and not doing any kind of work or search. Once again I felt so horrible that it did not matter. I then got a diagnosis and a prescription to be picked up. Once back at the front desk I asked about the nearest or most frequently used pharmacy to pick up the prescription, I don’t know why I asked because anything that constitutes a little effort was met with negative results. Once again at this point I don’t care because I feel terrible. Once I received my prescription I realized that the location was closed that day. Well no worries, I would just ask to have the location pick up changed so I can start my treatment as soon as possible since I felt so bad. I called because I figured I am already the place for pickup, maybe I can do it over the phone. But you guessed it. No one answered the phone… all the while I feel like death. I drove back to the clinic and asked to please have the prescription pick up changed. Front desk said it will be done in anout an hour. Two hours later after going back to my hotel and feeling like I could barely breathe I went to the pickup location and was advised no order had been placed. I then proceeded to call the clinic back and ask to please call the prescription in urgently or not change it at all otherwise this pharmacy would be closed and the original pharmacy will be open tomorrow to which I can then pick up the medication. I was advised to please wait the charge would be made. As I waited agonizingly in my car in front of the pharmacy until they closed with no prescription for me to pick up. I don’t know if it had had been put in to the origin location or the new location or put in at all. I say all that to say, consider driving a little further if you have too or paying a little more to get better health care service. Health care service is a service that people really need juxtaposed to any other service because your health and well being are at the mercy of someone that you hope has your best interests in mind. The entire point of an urgent care is because you are seeking urgent care. I did not receive that here.

Provider ( Kasey jones ) showed extreme lack of interest or commitment to assessing my child. Lacked patience and hospitality . Was short in communication and did not create a welcoming environment for me or my sick child. I’ve never felt so unimportant and not cared for at any medical facility in my life . Just a terrible feeling experience for me and my sick child

Very competent and caring team. My PA, Carolina, and her assistant, Stella, were tops. I’ve been here a few times and always came away quite satisfied with the care.

Yesterday I took my son and I to get checked out (he’s been coughing nonstop for about a week and half) at first I thought it was allergies untill I started developing a nasty cough waited about 5 days before going to drs bc now I’ve developed facial pain throat sore coughing and taste infection stuffy nose ect! Well we get there and the dr comes in to tell us all out test came back negative ok than she checks my sons ears and belly says ok nothing wrong with him r u sure he’s sick 🤒 I’m like yea he has a terrible cough she said to just use humidifier I’m like ok … than she just checks ny ears and my throat says continue doing what ur doing I’m like well I’m breast feeding what can I take bc I only been doing honey can I take mucinex she tells me wait one minute let me go get my phone go check ….. ugh ok so she comes back and she said there no study on it so uo to you if y want to take it ….. she thsn said go ahead call ur pediatrician ask them 🤦🏼‍♀️ like hello ur the dr here !! My pediatrician was mind blown when I told her all this too !!! Looks like today I’ll be making a trip to another urgent care bc I feel even worst today and 9/10 I’m sure it’s a sinus infection!! Sorry but untill u finally get new drs in this place I will not be returning back !! You guys need to do better ,

I brought my 4 year old in for a Covid test, which she is terrified of. Michelle was so good with her. She was very friendly and sweet. The rest of the staff was great as well and the whole process was fairly quick.

I went here twice so far once for myself twice for my son. They are super fast and the employees are kind. Carolina was so sweet and so helpful with my son. And Jake has the best personality. From front office to back office this is the place to go. No more expresscare.

While this is the quickest urgent care place, there’s a reason. My daughter went there a few weeks ago and they gave her antibiotics despite her test coming back negative for a bacterial infection. In the waiting room they told a woman they couldn’t assess her for a kidney infection because it’s too big of a liability. Then they wouldn’t conduct a sport physical for my son based on his selected answers, insinuating if he changed some things on the questionnaire then they’d be able to sign off; doing the physical based on his answers was too big of a liability. When pressed on why they couldn’t do the physical they said “we’re not a family doctors.” That’s fine but don’t advertise that you conduct sports physicals if you’re not willing to conduct a medical assessment. Understand that’s the corporate policy; however, don’t come to this establishment if you want any sort of medical evaluation. They’re professional rubber stampers handing out low-liability prescriptions.

I’ve been to this place twice now for some emergencies and they have treated me so good the wait time is really short they’ve been really caring and friendly when I was upset. The nurse practitioner and nurse that looked after me were fantastic and the lady name Stella who helped me, was also wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough and I will absolutely be going there if I have any other issues in the future

Went there for nausea, cold and sore throat was told I have a viral syndrome. Was given cough suppressant. Came back a two weeks later my throat was still bothering me was told to gargle saltwater even after I mentioned I've been doing that hasn't been working. They tested for strep was told it was negative that I needed two-days to get results from labcorp to know if it's strep. I could hear the staff talking about how they couldn't do anything but a strep test. It was just a viral syndrome. I pretty much said sorry I wasted your time.

Stella, Michelle and Dr. Albert Struck saw me tonight and had me in and out in less than 30 mins. They were kind, caring and knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed my leg and sent in for an antibiotic. I have never had such good care and politeness from any urgent care and god forbid any anything else were to happen I know exactly where to go! Thank you so much to the entire staff, very grateful I came after concentra refused to help me.

This place is great. Michelle and Stella are so friendly and knowledgeable, always very helpful and sweet. I have been coming here for many years with my family. Always nice to walk in and see a familiar face. The provider Carolina was great and so attentive with all my concerns. These ladies are rockstars!

Sophia was wonderful. There was no time wasted by the admin at the front desk, and Sophia was knowledgeable and thorough with her auscultation and diagnosis. Will definitely be back when needed (hopefully not any time soon).

I went there 10/25 and felt awful I thought I would be waiting for hours to see someone. But, no. I was in and out less than an hour. Staff was highly professional and really nice!! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone! Facility was clean and overall a good experience.

Was looking for a good urgent care clinic and this one was the closest to my house. BEST urgent care experience I've ever had! My primary care doctor is always extremely busy and it is hard for me to get appointments in. I had an infection and needed antibiotics, but couldn't wait weeks to get it. My boyfriend and I swiftly headed over. We walked in and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I signed in and did all my paperwork as a new patient. Quick and easy process! And within 5 minutes of my paperwork complete, I was called back! All the staff (receptionist, nurse, doctor) were beyond friendly and amazing. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and got my antibiotics! Will come here again if I need urgent care (:

Went there on the evening of Thursday 10/6/2022. They were closed before 8pm, and not like "packing up, getting ready to go home" closed, but "all lights off, doors locked up, no employee cars in the parking lot" closed. And it's pretty ironic that they have a huge sign in their window listing their business hours as open until 8pm. So either be open during your business hours or update your business hours to show that you close earlier than 8pm

I had the most excellent experience at this location. I came in this morning for bloodwork for a certain test. The doctor came in and discussed the type of results that were generated and informed me that they were not the quantitative results I was looking for. This small interaction and really taking the time to understand why I was there saved me time, money, and long term disappointment. I wish I had noted her name, but a big thank you to the whole team at Priority Care! ❤️

Wish I could give no stars. Came here on a Saturday was told there's not the right staff to do a DOT physical but there will be staff here tomorrow. It's now tomorrow and there's a note on the door. More then mad right now.

Ms. Stella was my Covid tester, she had a great personality and sense of humor being as though it was my birthday when I received the test. She joked about making me cry which I thought was hilarious. I highly recommend being tested at this facility with professional here to provide quality service.

They entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived at work today feeling ill and my bosses wanted me to be tested for covid I tried 3 different urgent care facilities that were unhelpful and unprofessional. This facility is top notch all the way! Nurse Stella was fantastic! The entire process took 20 minutes and I was negative for covid. I will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Dr. Abigail Bagliani is the best doctor I've ever seen. She makes her patients feel protected, safe, and secure. She really made me feel taken care of and gave me a voice in the conversation. She deserves a raise! She is the BEST DOCTOR at this facility. I would rate her 100 stars if I could. Thank you for the best treatment and kindness. She truly is special and cares for her patients.
